Chloe is just as personable as she is professional and I am thankful my wife and I got to meet, work with, and trust her. We've seen weddings that aren't coordinated and it can't be make things a mess that you can't predict like people tapping you on your shoulder while your dancing with your new spouse to ask random event questions. Chloe carries everything that negates those headaches. Her and her team are floor generals and also fun to be around. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had the privilege of working with Chloe Jackson and Jenna Bowen from Creating Joyful Moments to plan and coordinate our June 2025 wedding. I found Chloe through social media, and knew immediately I wanted to work with her. From our first zoom meeting, I could tell how professional and charismatic Chloe was. She immediately put us at ease, and ensured us she would guide us every step of the way through our wedding planning journey. And that she did! From providing advice on overall color schemes, to the wording on our invitations, she truly made the planning process so enjoyable and relaxing. She was there for every vendor meeting, asking the questions we probably would have never thought of. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and was very prompt in all her responses. She ensured that our vision was brought to life in every aspect, and if anything didn’t reflect that she advocated for us until it was exactly what we wanted. I would like to think I am a very type A, super organized person but with wedding planning there are so many little details we would not have thought of if it weren’t for Chloe. Florals were something super important to me from the beginning, and Chloe worked extremely close with our florist to ensure every detail and flower was perfect. On the day of our wedding, Jenna Bowen was our lead coordinator along with her two other team members. Jenna came in due to unforeseen circumstances, but you would have thought she had been planning with us for the year and a half that we were planning. Her adaptability and professionalism is admirable. Our first meeting with her, she knew every detail down to the silverware placement. We didn’t have to explain anything to her, she knew everything and was ready to lead. She was with us at rehearsal and all day/night of the wedding. She was there and ready to answer any question, and handle any blip that could’ve occurred. Our wedding day ran so smooth, it felt like a movie, it was perfect. She was extremely kind, calming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to lead/execute our wedding. Our wedding could not have been more perfect, and we have the Creating Joyful Moments team to thank for that. Courtney and the whole CJM team knew everything! Any question we had from vendor contracts/recommendations, designs/layouts, timing, color schemes, etc. Courtney had an answer for! We did the adoring package which was perfect for us as we wanted to plan a lot ourselves, but knew would need help with final details and making sure everything ran smoothly. Day of, her team was excellent! Everything went so smoothly and it is largely due to her team and the effort she puts into your day of timeline and working with all of the vendors. I cannot say enough about Chloe and her team - but the best part about hiring her is that SHE is awesome! It was important to me that our wedding planner around us day of was full of joy and had a great personality/energy. She was exactly that!!! My only regret with her? Experiencia fantástica: I could get emotional thinking about how blessed I was to have Courtney on my vendor team. She truly brought my wedding to life. I got married at a private residence and transformed a private property into a venue, and I had a very specific vision for all of it. The way Courtney not only saw and understood all of my ideas, but also helped me bring them to life was truly incredible. There was not one idea I had where she was like "no that's not possible"- anything was possible with her! Having a wedding at a private residence requires a ton of extra planning and logistics, and Courtney stepped in and made coordinating everything seem like a breeze. She was extremely professional and responsive from day one, while also being so warm and friendly- she truly feels like a friend. Courtney was always there to answer any/all of my questions or ease any of my worries through all of my random text/email bombs to her and never made me feel like I was being crazy or a pain. I was able to enjoy my wedding day from start to finish in complete peace and got so many compliments about being "a chill bride", and it is truthfully all thanks to Courtney. She was on top of everything and handled all of the logistics on wedding day and the months leading up to it so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I knew I was in good hands and that she was going to kill it, and she did. I could not say enough good things about my experience with Courtney and CJM. Highly highly recommend!!!! Experiencia fantástica: Working with Chloe and her team was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We met Chloe at the Indy Bridal Expo. I hadn't even considered hiring someone as a day-of coordinator, even though our venue required it - we figured we could have a family member or friend take care of the day-of coordination (oh, how naïve we were). I was immediately drawn to her (like I literally started walking toward her before I even knew what her company did). She asked us questions about our wedding plans and I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her. Chloe & her team only did our day-of coordination, but if I could do it all over again I would have her plan the whole wedding. Our consultation and follow-up meetings were so efficient and thorough - Chloe had questions ready for us about details we hadn't realized needed sorting out. The posts she made on social media about us and the other behind-the-scenes perks (like sending us cookies) made us feel so special. Throughout the whole process, we didn't feel like just another client to her - we truly felt like our wedding was her number one priority. Our rehearsal day was incredibly hot, but Chloe didn't break a sweat. She kept everyone on task, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and kept the rehearsal short so people weren't miserable. She gave everyone copies of very detailed, color-coded itineraries for our wedding day and had everything planned down to the minute. Our Wedding Day was absolutely flawless, aside from the hot, hot temperatures... although, I truly believe if I had asked Chloe would have found a way to change the weather. I've heard horror stories about various things on wedding days going terribly wrong - if anything went wrong at our wedding, I was and still am completely oblivious because Chloe and her team had everything handled. I always knew where I needed to be, knew what was going on, and had a drink in my hand (water or otherwise). CJM handled all of my other vendors to the point where I didn't have to speak to a single one of them except to thank them for being there. I didn't have to give one direction or answer a single question about anything the entire day which was so, so nice looking back on it. I could go on forever about CJM and I hope everyone planning a wedding in Indy gets a chance to work with Chloe and her team. If you want an easy, stress-free wedding day with a team of professional wedding planners and coordinators who will make you feel like absolute royalty - hire CJM. Our wedding day was a dream. We worked closely with Hunter and Chole during the days leading up to our big day to ensure everything was right. The day came, and we were able to live in the moment and focus on the day. Hunter ran everything seamlessly behind the scenes. There were a few moments when we got behind schedule, and Hunter adjusted the schedule quickly, which was amazing! We are so grateful to have had the CJM team with us that day! Before I got married, I used to think brides who said their wedding was the “best day of their lives” were full of it. I mean, even if it was an amazing day, don’t weddings always mean at least a little stress and craziness? Now that I’m married, I still think a lot of brides are full of it. However, when it comes to me and my husband, our wedding day was without a doubt THE BEST day of our lives by a long shot - and that is all because of Chloe and her team at Creating Joyful Moments (CJM). After we got engaged, we knew we wanted a full service wedding planner. We met with several great planners in the Indy area with great reviews - but from the first 2 minutes of our meeting with Chloe it was clear that she was the obvious choice. I vividly remember (almost 2 years ago from writing this review) her genuine passion and excitement for us and for our wedding. Her energy was palpable. If you are on the fence about a wedding planner…HIRE THE PLANNER. This will be the one time in your life that all of your favorite people will be in one place to celebrate you and your partner. It is absolutely worth it to have an expert plan and execute such a momentous event. But why Chloe? Why CJM? Chloe and her team take the time to get to know you. By wedding day, I’m pretty sure Chloe knew me better than I knew myself! She was able to take my broad ideas and turn them into something far beyond what I could have imagined. For example, my idea of ‘I want a colorful wedding’ became color blocked tables that had an ombre effect throughout the reception space and JAW DROPPING hanging florals above the dance floor. Chloe and her team are TRUE professionals. Here is just one of many examples: it rained the day of our wedding. It was cloudy, but dry, all day up until about 30 minutes before I was going to walk down the aisle. The aisle that was outside. Now, I am relaying this story as it has been told to me from guests and family members, because, on our wedding day, my husband and I were calmly ‘waiting out a little bit of rain’ in a private room. Our arriving guests were escorted into an indoor space to stay out of the rain. The ceremony musicians wouldn’t play in the rain, so as they were packing up their things, Chloe was getting our DJ (who was originally only supposed to be at our reception) set up at our ceremony space so that we would still be able to have music at the ceremony. To this day I truly do not understand how Chloe and her team did it, but at 4:30 PM on the dot, I was standing at the end of the aisle with my dad; music playing, chairs dry, guests in their seats, a gentle mist falling. And as guests rose and my dad and I started to walk, the rain stopped. Thanks to Chloe and her team, we can say it (and mean it): our wedding day was a dream come true. The best day of our lives. Chloe and her team were our sunshine on our rainy wedding day.

So many told me prior to our big day to not stress, that something WOULD go wrong and to just roll with it. Y’all, Chloe did not let a SINGLE detail fall through the cracks! From the minute I hopped on zoom to meet her at our initial meeting, to our sendoff at the end of the wedding, Chloe was such a joy! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a planner for their big day. We received an impeccable amount of compliments from our guests and other vendors about how great she was! Our timeline was detailed and completely on point, and throughout the day if there was any one moment where we needed additional time, she adapted so well and so easily so our guests were occupied (ex:we needed a few extra minutes to squeeze in all our sunset pictures and she completely made it work!) Chloe is such a joy and someone who will hold a special place in my heart forever. I truly cannot be more thankful I had her by my side on our big day. You really do need someone there that day that you can just trust to handle everything so that you can be stress free. (Planning weddings can be SO beyond stressful, and I am far from an event planner). Chloe is your ultimate hype girl, has such awesome and unique ideas to bring to the table, and is so fun and down to earth. As someone that planned my wedding for two years and then passed off to Chloe and her team for the final month of coordinating, I put a lot of trust in CJM to execute the day I had so meticulously planned. What I expected of their services and what I received was so much more! CJM’s team are true professionals and took care of every. Single. Detail. To the point where I had absolutely zero stress (unheard of if you know me!) and didn’t look at my phone once for 12 hours on the wedding day. Our venue required us to coordinate every single vendor, and just included the venue itself. We had to bring everything else in, and it equated to over 14 vendors. Chloe and her team handled all vendor communications flawlessly, and created the most detail-oriented, specific and smooth-running timeline. Her operations are nailed down to a science! CJM also offered many suggestions throughout the planning process that I would not have even considered, ran our rehearsal, coordinated last-minute requests and changes, all cool as a cucumber! When our late night snack had a bump in the road, Chloe sent her team to pick up the food and had a solution figured out before even presenting it to us. I’m sure there were other bumps in the road that I wasn’t even made aware of, and trusted that CJM would take care of it. I truly don’t believe our wedding would have been possible without Chloe and her team. I am so grateful that she afforded me the ability to live in the moment and enjoy the day that we had been waiting for for so long. The investment in CJM is worth the money tenfold (100-fold?!) to have such peace of mind on my wedding day.

Leading up to the wedding she provided me some amazing tips and helped remind me of small details I would have never thought of. Day of- I felt like myself and my mom were able to sit back and enjoy the day PLUS she was kind enough to share her lunch with me when I was starving pre ceremony. My bridal party adored her which led to an extremely fun day in which everyone had fun. Our day would not have been the same without her!

She is so detail oriented, organized and FUN. On our wedding day, the DJ dropped the ball and didn’t have the most important song of the night with him (this is a song I recorded as a surprise for my husband that I planned to walk down the aisle to). Chloe was so smart to think and get the song off the MP3 player I gave to my husband to preview the song and give it to the DJ. The best part: I never knew about the issue until I got back from my honeymoon! If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it! You will not be disappointed!!

As a wedding photographer, I highly encourage my brides to hire a wedding planner & day of coordinator. Chloe is the first one I have ever been blown away by! Not only does she plan out the day like a total lady boss, she makes the wedding planning process so smooth & organized for her couples (& everyone else involved). After months of coordinating back and forth with her, I was not surprised at all to see that she showed up to the wedding day looking professional, helping decorate and making sure everything was ready to go before the couple even arrived! She also made my job as a photographer 9000 times easier on the day of - allowing me to focus more intentionally on my role. Oh and in case you need one more thing to convince you, she's shows up to the wedding day with a suitcase full of emergency items for anyone to use! If you are looking for a rockstar wedding planner & day of coordinator.... STOP looking! You've found her!
