Experiencia fantástica: Hiring Ro as our Wedding Coordinator is the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable in the industry but her fun and comforting personality is the perfect balance to make you feel reassured that you are in great hands. We were late to hire her, about 6 months before our wedding date. Since the get go she was helpful in vendor referrals and planning (technically outside the scope of our contracted services). She also attended our venue details meeting with us and asked questions we didn’t think to ask. In the months leading up to our big day we met (via phone) several times. Our accountability calls were critical in keeping this procrastinating bride and groom on track. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she became the point of contact for our vendors so we could focus on the items on our to do list. The day of, she took care of every detail for the venue and handled all hiccups that came up (which we weren’t even aware of until after the wedding). We truly felt we were able to enjoy our wedding, carefree, because we knew Ro would take care of anything that came up. Her amazing work was evident not only to us but also to our wedding party and guests. We received multiple compliments about Ro and the level of service she was providing throughout the day. Since both of us are very busy entrepreneurs, we tasked her with taking the very few details we wanted and fluidly executing on the rest. Without hesitation she did so beautifully. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot thank Ro enough for putting on the most amazing corporate event. Our event was a high budget Christmas party with 150 employees and it turned out amazing. She provided options for multiple venues on multiple dates. Throwing a corporate holiday party is like throwing a wedding, and working with Ro is easy. I found myself trusting her judgement on everything, and I'm glad I did. Every employee raved about how incredible the party turned out. I did not hesitate to book her again for next year.

She is organized, a strong communicator, and gets everything done. Ro is very confident and capable and helped us to feel calm going into our wedding. Being a person who always feels like they need to be in control, I was able to relax the day of the wedding knowing that Rolanda had everything handled. From coordinating the vendors, to making sure they arrived on time, making sure everything was in the place it needed to be, and even staying on top of the wedding party- she had everything running so smoothly. I didn't have to stress over a single detail because I could trust that she had everything under control. I feel like she is responsible for me being able to just enjoy my day. She also made sure the groom and I had water and a drink at all times- which was SO helpful while being busy talking to guests! She also made sure we had food at the cocktail hour. She also ran back and forth to our room for us to get a change of shoes, put away things from the reception, and any other little errands we needed that day. There are so many little details that she made sure came together that ended up making our day absolutely perfect and stress free. I could not emphasize hiring her enough! She is truly an angel and the best at what she does!

Experiencia fantástica: Rolanda from Vision Into Reality Events is the most incredible planner for any event, and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else for my wedding. Getting engaged just before a global pandemic added extra challenges to our wedding, but thanks to Ro, the planning went off perfectly, and my husband and I were able to have the wedding of our dreams! She connected us with incredible vendors, managed all of the contracts and timelines, and made the day of the most special and relaxing experience. If problems occurred, my husband and I were made unaware of them the entire time, they were solved without us needing to do a thing. About six months out from our wedding, we even needed to change our wedding date to the weekend before because a racing event that had been postponed by covid was rescheduled and interfered with our wedding, and Ro handled every aspect of that situation. It is impossible to express all of the ways Ro goes above and beyond for her clients, but she is truly wonderful as a planner and makes you feel as though each detail of your event is important and and every concern is valid. You will not find a better event planner around!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t know how many people I’ve called for someone to help me throw a Thanksgiving dinner party. She was the only one to call me right back. Although she’s not taking any more clients for the year, she was extremely helpful and told me where I can go to rent the things I need. She also shared pictures of her dinner and told me where I could go to purchase the things I need at a low cost. Between Rolanda and Pintrest, I think I can put it all together. Just her sharing her resources when she didn’t have to was extremely helpful. Her helpfulness and kindness will go a long way and I will for sure use her in the future!
Experiencia fantástica: Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Vision into Reality Events (Rolanda), literally made our dreams come true. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary, working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The flow and execution of the day did not provide us with any worries or stress. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special! Rolanda leading her company Vision into Reality Events has a gift and those who experience her become richer because of it.
Experiencia fantástica: Rolanda was absolutely fantastic. She helped us plan our wedding in 6 months during COVID when restrictions were still all over the place. Originally we planned an outdoor mirco-wedding (since that was the only thing allowed at the time). But as restrictions got lifted, we were then able to expand our wedding! She scheduled my dress, venue and vendor appointments quickly and efficiently and helped manage my stress throughout the process. She was very honest about what was realistic with our budget and would tell us what price range was reasonable for various wedding items. Rolanda also recommended the most amazing photographer, florist and bridal shop. Additionally, she handled the coordination and details with the DJ, photo booth, and other vendors. I can honestly say that I could not and would not have planned a wedding without Rolanda. My husband absolutely loved her too and she helped made our day absolutely perfect and stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone for an event!

I had a major wedding planning emergency when my last "planner" had nothing set up and the wedding was 2 weeks away. Experiencia fantástica: I hired Rolanda, better known as “Ro” from Vision to Reality for my husband’s 50th Mardi Gras party. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Trying to plan a party for 100+ people in our backyard proved to be an overwhelmingly task from the start. I knew right away I needed to hire someone. From our initial conversation, my mind was instantly at ease. I knew I hired the right person to get the job done. She was quick at responding to all my questions, was able to find vendors that were quite honestly very difficult to find for my Mardi Gras theme (like finding someone to make fresh Beignets) and provided a lot of insight on how to make my event absolutely memorable for our family and friends. On the day of the event she was prompt, arriving a few hours before to help decorate and facilitate vendor arrivals and set up. During the event, she made sure none of my guest lifted a finger. She was found helping in ways that I didn’t even except. What was even more pleasing is that she was so personable, interacting with everyone while at the same time working. Ro is a absolutely amazing. She is a one woman show with all the right connections. She helped to execute an event that our family and friends will be talking about for many years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: After interviewing several wedding coordinators ( I think we interviewed a total of 7) when we felt all was lost, we came across Rolanda Hardy, she was heaven sent, literally. We felt such a great connection, good vibe and peace as soon as we had our first conversation over the phone. She was one of the best investments we made for our special day. She is attentive, quick in replying ( this was important to us) very helpful, and she has great vendor referrals, just as amazing as her. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, knowledge and great personality helped bring everything together and in our eyes, it was perfection! she is such a wonderful person, we love RO! She is phenomenal! I would hire her a million times over and over for any event planning.

Rolanda co-ordinated with various vendors and the event managers at Mission Inn to help with with our destination wedding in May 2019. Experiencia fantástica: We were very excited to work with Rolanda on a Luau Party for our school PTA mother/daughter event. Rolanda was a breath of fresh air, that provided new ideas for our existing space. And because of our non-profit status, Rolanda quoted a very reasonable price so that majority of funds for the Luau could go to making it a memorable night for all the attendees. She booked 2 balloon artists, 2 caricature artists, 2 face painters and a brush letter artist(this one was hard to find, but at our request for having one she made it happen)! The caterer was amazing and all our guests enjoyed their delicious Hawaiian meal. I highly recommend Vision into Reality Events as they are local to the Inland Empire but will travel where needed! Thanks for a very MEMORABLE event.
Experiencia fantástica: Ro was the perfect wedding planner! The first thing she said to me, "Caroline, I will make sure your champagne glass is always full on the big day!" And then I knew she was the one! The questions I should have asked, she already had the answers to! We got married in 5 months, so there was a lot to do and Ro made sure everything was checked off the list that we wanted. She made sure I was happy, even when my mom wanted to bud in with her opinions haha! She wasn't blowing up my phone and only called for important decisions. She has THE BEST suggestions for brides because she has done so many weddings and she sees what makes brides so happy! Ro really goes above and beyond to make sure the bride gets everything she wants on her big day and she is always there for you! There are so many decisions to make when planning a wedding, and you really can't survive without a planner like Ro. It was truly an honor to have her as my wedding planner and I'll miss working with her! I will probably use her for future baby showers;)

I went through a lot of research and looking around until I finally met Ro and instantly knew she was the one. From our very first meeting we just clicked. She made sure to be 100% honest with everything and made the wedding planning process so easy and smooth for us. She found and hired everyone from our photographer, florist to the DJ. Even booked my wedding dress appointents with detailed descriptions of how to get there and the right amount of time to get to and from each one with even some food recommendations for us to go eat. Her attention to detail is just amazing. I wanted very specific things and she helped me find every single one of them ! Ro went above and beyond what I expected a wedding planner to do. I can honestly say I would’ve been so lost without her. I recommend her to anyone looking for a planner. Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin? Rolanda is hands down THE best coordinator to take care of any wedding or any event. She was there for me literally every step of the way once I hired her. She was accessible, reliable, professional & executed the timeline/plan for my wedding on top and made sure that it ran as planned. If there were any snags, it was taken care of before I even knew about it. She is detailed oriented and really made sure my expectations were met. In this case, my expectations were surpassed. I thought for sure she had her work cut out for herself with this wedding (I had a lot planned!); she rocked it!! She put in hours (15 to be exact) the Day Of to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for her services enough. I highly recommend her if you want to relieve the stress that comes along with planning a wedding. She's worth every penny. If you’re planning a wedding or a special event and don’t think you need an event coordinator- think again! I was so overwhelmed with the entire process prior to hiring Ro. I remember our first conversation she said, “I will handle it all and if anything goes wrong the day of, you will not know about it!”. I hired her right away and it was the best decision I made for our special day! She definitely kept to her word and our day went so smoothly and perfectly. I still dream about our wedding day- it was honestly so perfect!! Rolanda kept in constant communication with all of my vendors (DJ, Caterer, Florist, Photographer), always kept me up to date AND on my toes! I only hired Rolanda for month-of coordination but I felt like she always went above and beyond for me. We were always in communication via text and phone call- she always made herself available to me. She helped me plan all of the fine details that you may not even think about or consider if you don’t have an experienced coordinator. The day of, I couldn’t BELIEVE how beautiful everything was. She really turned our wedding vision and made it come to life. My husband and I were completely in awe. Rolanda made sure all of the vendors knew where to set up and really kept everybody on their toes with the detailed timeline she constructed in order to have a smooth day. During the cocktail hour, my husband & I were just ready to get to the reception since we had already taken our pictures before the ceremony. I let Rolanda know that we wanted to move up the grand entrance and she worked her magic and made it happen! During the reception, Rolanda was always checking in with my husband & I and kept in communication with my DJ to make sure the activities were happening smoothly. The reception went off without a hitch and we had such a blast! Our whole day was SO beautiful from start to finish. At the end of the night, Rolanda made sure all wedding decor went to the correct person and my husband & I were able to enjoy our wedding night- stress-free! Rolanda is such an awesome and genuine person; I couldn’t have imagined our day without her! She is so passionate about what she does and you can tell she truly loves what she does. If you’re thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Rolanda! She will work her magic, make wedding planning so much less stressful and make your beautiful day stress-free! She is truly the best and you will not be disappointed.
Experiencia fantástica: There were so many aspects of my experience working with Rolanda, and the team at Vision Into Reality Events, I feel need to be spoken about. I’ll start with Rolanda aka Ro! It was love at first sight! Her positive bubbly personality was so amazing I knew right away I needed her in my life to help me through the crazy roller coaster that was about to go down! I forewarned her about my crazy family and the magnitude of insane-ness that was in our future together and she was ready to weather the storm with me! (& she did!) Although I had hired Ro to be a "day of" event coordinator she always was there to lend a helping hand through every step of the way! She brought in her assistant to help her out and she was every bit as pleasant as Ro! -FAST FORWARD TO THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING- She called to check up on me, made sure I was getting to sleep and laugh/crying with me about the insane week I had just endured. The next day I received a calming text reminding me to eat and tinkle;) before I stepped into my gown! Little did I know the madness she was dealing with at my reception venue! My DJ was a disaster but she handled everything perfectly so that I was not under any stress during the reception! Her organization and time management skills were exactly what I needed since I lack in those areas! I would recommend her to everyone! You will not be sorry! Especially if you know you in for a stressful adventure, she won’t let you down! I cannot wait until i need to use her again!
Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot express my gratitude for Rolanda. My wedding was everything I had imagined it to be! It was the PERFECT wedding day and it all went so smoothly because of Rolanda. If you think you don't need a wedding planner , think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! I was referred to Rolanda by a co-worker, at the time I didn't feel I needed a planner. My fiancé (now husband) and I were planning a small wedding less then 100 people. I met with Ro, at the request of my fiancé, he was urging me to get a planner even if for just the day of stuff. And instantly my mom, my fiancé, and I all fell in love with her!! She was so fun and bubbly. Ro is very straight forward and honest. At that first meeting we went over what I had already completed and what my vision was. She said that based on our conversation she felt confident that we really only needed her for month of planning rather then full detail work. She explained that this would mean that about 30 days before our wedding she would gather all my vendors details and do confirmations etc. But she went above and beyond. She was there to always answer any questions or concerns. And even would call me to check in and make sure I didn't need anything and to insure all I's were dotted and all T's were crossed. Ro is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Like last minute finding pedal for my flower girl since the florist forgot them. Trust me, you want this is in a planner!! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Experiencia fantástica: Rolanda was nothing short of AMAZING! Every little detailed I needed done she did, no questions asked. She touched base with all the vendors a month before, the week before and a day before to make sure that everything was in place. I had ZERO worries the day of my wedding knowing Rolanda was there taking care of everything!! Everyone kept asking me how I was so calm all day and I just told them "Well, I know Rolanda is here, she will take care of everything". My husband and I didn't have much time to eat at the reception so Rolanda had brand new plates of food sent back to our room to eat after the reception. It was the most pleasant surprise after our long night to walk in and have delicious food waiting for us. It's things like that, that set Rolanda apart as being one of the absolute bests! We loved having her a part of our special day!

All we had to do the day of our wedding was show up and have a good time, and that we did thanks to Ro and her assistant Desiree. Experiencia fantástica: Ro has a terrific can-do attitude and made it clear every step of the way that she was here to take care of us. Even though we hired her for just Day Of Coordinator, she was helping us to organize before that day, checking our timeline with us. She was so great the day of the wedding and kept making sure that I (bride) spent time enjoying the day, not trying to do anything else, except be a bride. She was firm (when she had to be) with the vendors but positive and fair. Very cheerful throughout the whole process. Just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. She helped to make our wedding day as stress free as possible and we love her! Our wedding venue was at the Ruby Street Venue in Highland Park, CA
Experiencia fantástica: Rolanda was a truly wonderful wedding planner. My husband and I were married this past June. She was personable and she was very helpful. She was easy to work with and she was also willing to work with my interesting family dynamic. She was very well organized and she calmed me down when I was in the middle of wedding worries. She was easy to get a hold of when I needed her and she met me a few different times along the way during my wedding planning journey which helped keep me on track. During the few days prior to the wedding, Rolanda helped me with all of the last minute details, went shopping for me, and took all of the small wedding supplies and made sure they were displayed properly. The day of the wedding was beautiful and I was complimented multiple times. My parents also felt that she helped the day run smoothly. I am very grateful to her and I am glad that she was my wedding planner. I highly recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: From Bride: Cierra McKnight: Wedding Reception So I didn't have a traditional wedding and decided to have a Luau reception party. I scanned over a dozen people on thumbtack and ran into one of the most sincere woman I've ever met. Rolanda Hardy. I gave her my budget (which wasn't much) and she was able to plan everything I wanted and more for less of my budget. She constantly kept me updated on any changes as well as anything that can save me money. Unfortunately do to personal reasons on my part I had to postpone my reception, but from this day forth Any event me or my family plan I will always use Rolanda.
