Experiencia fantástica: I did partial planning package, florals and rentals with Wolf Weddings and had amazing experience for our Wedding at Park 31 in Spring Branch. Ravin was very helpful with our 3 items, super responsive and always willing to help guide me with any questions outside of my partial planning items. Our day of coordinator was Calista and she was absolutely wonderful as our coordinator! Super responsive, on top of organization, and just delightful to work with. Her assistant Elizabeth was also a pleasure to have on our wedding day. The florals were beautiful and the rentals were great, they even ordered plate chargers I liked in different colors to match my scheme. I cant recommend them enough!!!

I knew exactly what my vision was despite not knowing too much about florals and was able to send her a Pinterest board prior to talking to her on the phone. She took the time to go over each image with me so I could talk about exactly what I wanted for centerpieces, our seating chart area, our welcome table, aisle, floral arch, my bouquet, extras, and our sweetheart table. She nailed the colors and the design and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She was so kind and is so incredibly amazing at her job. You can tell the amount of effort and time she spent on the florals. Jackie, thank you again for everything you did for our wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist. Another thing I really loved about working with this company was that pricing was completely transparent and that we were able to pay everything off as long as it was done two weeks before our wedding day. It gave us the flexibility of knowing exactly how each item was priced and we received mock up images of how everything would look in advance. They provided the exact vases and candles that we wanted and completely handled set up and teardown for us. Thank you again Wolf Weddings and Jackie!

Experiencia fantástica: We booked Wolf Weddings and their Sister company Look Weddings and I am blown away by everything. Calista was our coordinator and Sophia was the assistant. These women were trained professionals and made everything go over so unbelievably smoothly. We had a few bumps, not due to anything on their end, and they kept everyone calm and fixed what they could or made it even better. For example, we had metal prints on easels but the wind kept taking them down so without hesitation they moved it to a spot more beautiful and secure. I am so grateful for this team I could not say enough honestly. Thank yall!!

Event planning isn’t my thing. I hired her as a full planner, and man did she know her stuff! She made it so easy because she knew the vendors and places in town we would love. We also used her for our flowers, which was a super easy decision because her sense of aesthetic is impeccable. We also used her company for DJ services, and she hit the nail on the head for choosing our AMAZING DJ Ethan. He knew how to keep a vibe, and made sure to make proper and energetic announcements. And what more can I say about her day-of coordinator, Calista! I was in the best hands ever. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, because Calista had it ALL under control. I would not have had nearly as an amazing wedding or day without Ravin and her team(s). I had so many people tell me what a great time they had, and I had someone who owns a B&B and has planned weddings herself say it was one of the best she’s ever been to! I can tell you that when we got access to communicate with our wedding coordinator a few weeks before the wedding, we had so much stress taken off our backs. Calista, our wedding coordinator, was attentive and just all around amazing. She was able to give us ideas with placement of decor and was very knowledgeable about all things weddings. It was also nice that she could coordinate our florals as well since it was all the same company. My husband and I got married close to New Years. Getting in touch with vendors around the holidays can be difficult but the Wolf Weddings team remained reliable and professional the entire time. The flowers were unreal and exactly what I had wanted. We had no issues, and I 100% would recommend them!

Wolf weddings not only coordinated, DJ'd, and made the beautiful floral arrangements for my wedding , but my sister in laws wedding as well. I cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I did not know anything about wedding planning or what we wanted, but they put all their options on the table, and when I say it was worth every single penny, please understand that WE MEAN IT. Ravin did the absolute most to make sure that we got the wedding we wanted. Actually, we’ve been to plenty of weddings, and we think that our wedding was the best one of all and not just because it was our own wedding. Lol. But because it was THAT awesome. She’s worked with so many couples, and so many vendors that she gave us so many AMAZING options. Every vendor that we worked with said they loved to work with Ravin so you’ll know she knows her stuff and knows what will be best for you. We enjoyed every single vendor she suggested and was very honest with us during the entire process. If you are on the fence on whether you want to hire a coordinator, please just pay the money and go with Wolf Weddings. THEY WERE WORTH EVERYTHING. Not to mention she is a florist who can also set you up with beautiful flowers and greenery. It is the truth when they say things will get hectic the weeks that lead up to the wedding so we really needed someone who could get all our ducks in a row, including the day of. We are so blessed that she got to stick around with the second coordinator on the day of our wedding because we really DID need them both! On the day of our wedding, I had a wardrobe mishap minutes before the wedding with my shoes, and also needed some assistance when it came to our first dance. I like to think of Ravin as our superhero, who was able to save the day lol. Thank you Ravin for giving us the wedding of our dreams — we are glad to have made a new friend <3

Initially, I didn’t have a floral dream because I was convinced that flowers at a wedding aren’t worth it. The more I spoke with Carlee (sp), the more excited I was about spending money on flowers. Carlee gave me the idea of the floral rings that would compliment my (first) dress. The floral rings for the bridesmaids were more beautiful than I imagined. Ravin and her team were a pleasure to work it and I’d do it all over again. They helped me pick out flowers that would compliment my wedding theme and I was in awe when I saw them. Experiencia fantástica: Wow! That’s all I could say when I walked into my reception hall the day of my wedding. After all the decision making and planning I was burnt out by time it got to flowers. My planner recommended Wolf weddings to me and said Ravin was incredible. I called Ravin told her what I was thinking and sent some inspirational pictures. That’s it! I didn’t have to do anything else! She understood exactly what I was looking for and brought the entire thing to life. I wanted to use my own vases. We delivered them to Ravin 2 weeks prior to the event and when I walked in they were set up so perfectly. The most talked about part of my wedding was how unique and beautiful my table setups were. I simply can not rave enough about these humans, their kindness, and attentiveness. Experiencia fantástica: I used Wolf Weddings as my Month-of and Day-of Coordinator as well as some rentals (linens, photobooth backdrop, table numbers, reserved signs). Ravin was my 11th hour coordinator for a wedding I had largely already planned myself but needed help pulling together at the end. Her package included contact the 4 weeks leading up to my wedding, which was great. She organized a beautiful and comprehensive Day-Of Timeline, and she coordinated my 8 vendors PERFECTLY. I had imagined the week of my wedding would be filled with calls and emails but really she handled a lot of the logistics for me. She coordinated an off-site rehearsal when my venue wouldn't allow us to rehearse onsite the day before. The day of my wedding her rental team arrived on time and were set up in no time. She even brought an extra easel stand for me when the venue told me (very late) that they'd recently lost their second one. My wedding day ran on time, as scheduled, and we even coordinated the entire outdoor wedding around a rainstorm. Ravin has the perfect personality for this--- she is calm, listens to your vision, executes it with grace and is everywhere you need her to be. I went back and forth about a month of coordinator but I was so happy to hire her and so happy with the rental materials that her company provided and set up. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a worry free wedding day.

Ravin was my florist and did the most amazing job making my wedding vision come to life. She was very responsive via email, I had a great consultation with her in choosing linens and tablescapes, not to mention very flexible when I changed my mind about decor choices. Alexa was my wedding coordinator and I cannot thank her enough for creating a wedding day timeline that was smooth and kept my me and my family on track! Experiencia fantástica: Ravin was absolutely amazing!! I needed help setting up our reception since it was almost an hour away from our ceremony and none of our bridal party or family would have been able to make it there and back in time for the ceremony. Not only did she do an amazing job with the lighting and drapery but she also made sure our favors and table decor were all set up perfectly! In addition, our ceremony ran longer than anticipated AND our limo driver got lost! Ravin did an amazing job of getting us back on track with our schedule—making sure we still got some pictures but made it back inside in time for our grand introduction and first dance. In addition to ALL OF THAT she also used a spread sheet I made and made sure all of our guests received the meals they had chosen via their invitation (chicken/steak/fish). I literally could not imagine how we would have made it through the day without her. She is amazing and such a fantastic person to work with!

They were very strategic with calls/conversations and made sure to ask everything they needed in those few calls, knowing that there are quite a few other people we needed to connect with. They made me feel so comfortable about the whole day and never once did I not feel confident about their ability to make the day perfect. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. They are an awesome team!!!

Ravin & Ryan are the most professional, impressive, and enthusiastic wedding planners you could dream of. I was a COVID bride, our ceremony was supposed to be in Hawaii with a big reception with Wolf Weddings afterwards. 5 weddings dates later, my MIL and I reached out to Ravin with a months notice and they were ready to help make our entire wedding happen locally. Our decor- STUNNING. Flowers- JAW DROPPING. Coordination on the day of? FLAWLESS. Our guests couldn't get over how beautiful everything was, and neither could we. My bouquet was bigger than my waist and this bride was about it!! It was truly our dream wedding. So much better than Hawaii could have ever given us. You might as well stop researching other planners & florist because Wolfs Weddings will give you first class service! <3

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin!?! Ravin and her husband did an amazing job in a short period of time. I could not have possibly picked a better florist then wolf weddings and events. They did an amazing job of making our dream wedding a reality. So many people commented on how gorgeous our wedding was how amazed they were with the floral and gorgeous trees they created. We specifically wanted trees and lights so that it was an enchanted forest and they made that dream come true. When I walked in and saw my trees at the entrance I burst into tears. Her husband went out of his way to make sure the lighting was perfect and created gorgeous pieces to highlight out day. When I walked into the venue everything was set up and done so that there was nothing we had to worry about. They even went above and beyond when my husband did not get his suit in time for the bridal pictures and made him a special boutonniere for the bridal pics. There were times when I had an idea of how I wanted things, but they expanded that (with my permission) to make the event even more whimsical and elegant. I had told them to do what they thought best and they made the table pieces amazing, with very little direction from me. I told them the ideas of my wedding and they made it into something amazing. From day one they made my day special, a priority, and was one less thing I had to stress about.

Experiencia fantástica: My wedding day would not have been as smooth without the help of Haylea and Alexa. We chose to do the month of package and it was so helpful to have Haylea’s organization and feedback as we got closer to the day of. I had no idea how much I needed a planner until they came into play and it was the best decision we made. She handled all emails, phone calls, timeline, etc. On the day of, Haylea and Alexa were both so level headed and so diligent about staying on track and getting everyone in line. They were able to manage a wedding party of 20 people, families, 200 guests, and still make sure that they were attentive to any changes. They were so fun to be around and helped me stay so calm throughout the evening. I feel like I would not have been able to enjoy our wedding as much without their help. Ravin is so helpful and she runs an incredible business with professional yet kind planners and we were so lucky to have them. If I could offer any advice at all to a bride in the nearby areas-it would be to hire Wolf Weddings!

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin!!! Ravin and Ryan (Who was our DJ/Look Entertainment) are amazing!!! They put us at ease from the very beginning. They were affordable, professional, yet made you feel like family. Whitney Pitts was an angel and my day off coordinator. My husband will agree and reaffirm how much she put me at ease. She was super organized and on top of all the details. She literally thought of everything. All I had to do was show up to the wedding and enjoy. She took care of everything. I will absolutely use her again if I can. I love everything about this operation!

Experiencia fantástica: Out of all the vendors I used for my Nov 2017 wedding, Wolf Weddings was THE BEST!!! They were the only vendor that I had nothing to worry about. Ryan and Ravin are absolutely amazing at what they do. I went to my first consult and was blown away by the level of creativity they have. They gave me so many options and ideas for floral, linens, etc. Not only are they wonderful at what they do, they possess the skills you need to run a successful business in order to make the client happy. Any time I needed to talk, change my mind, get feedback or answers they were prompt to respond and so flexible. My only regret is that I did not use them for all of my wedding needs and I sure wish I had. They did beautiful centerpieces,linens and floral for me and my guests were amazed by the look of elegance in the ballroom. In addition to being great professionals, they are also just great people in general. If you want a beautiful wedding without all the worry, choose Wolf Weddings. I will be personally recommending them to all my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: We came across Wolf Weddings when one of our venue coordinators mentioned how great they were for her wedding. We immediately gave them a call because we needed someone who could do it all to help us plan our out of town wedding. Ravin scheduled us in the same day and worked with our ideas and just ran with them. After that meeting we couldn't imagine not being part of the Wolf Pack! We booked the day of coordination package, florals, decor, and entertainment services from their sister company Look Entertainment all for a great price. Whitney was our lead coordinator and we just cannot rave enough about how amazing she was. She handled it all, we never had a concern because we knew Whitney had it under control. Guests were amazed by her as well, they saw a stress free bride and a smoothly ran wedding. Whitney and Lindsey made our wedding day perfect and memorable! The venue looked beautiful, we were very pleased, even people passing by our venue loved the setup and decor! The florals were gorgeous! We couldn't be more pleased with Wolf and their team! Experiencia fantástica: WOLF WEDDINGS, Mr. Wolf and his extremely competent & professional staff pulled off a two (2) DJ and one (1) M.C. LARGE wedding last night, that included many facets of a traditional wedding and MANY facets of a non-traditional wedding and full audio/visual production!!! WOLF WEDDINGS engineered and facilitated an Argentine Tango performance, an old school rap and dance show with the artist TABU from the early 1990's and facilitated a new school Breakdance show from a community minded break dancer and entrepreneur TIMSTUH! Spotlights, up lights, two (2) elite audio sound systems, two (2) projectors, 8+ microphones, numerous staff, etc. were only a few items on the large list of to dos. Can't get much more technical than that--superb, outstanding, and got to give a shout out to DJ Manny for keepin' it poppin' all night long! They calculated and predicted critical actions all night, to include the always apparent ad hoc/last minute itinerary changes. Stayed on schedule even with an exorbitant amount of Audio/Visual feats through the night. Wolf Weddings is "All that" with a bag-o-chips and of course a banging FIVE-STARS!!! AAA+ Rated. Don't shop anywhere else WOLF WEDDINGS HAS GOT YOUR BACK!! Why do I know this? I was the GROOM!!
