Experiencia fantástica: I told Tricia on the day of our wedding that hiring her team was the absolute best decision I made for the entire event. We brought her on a full year before our February 2026 wedding, and from day one, she was an incredible resource. Whether it was answering texts and emails or meeting us in person, she was always willing to make us feel supported. While her planning is top-tier, Tricia and her team truly shine on the day of the event. They took every ounce of pressure off of us. Our ceremony was at the Santa Barbara Courthouse in the Mural Room, which comes with very specific rules and logistics. Tricia managed the space effortlessly. For our reception at El Paseo, we were responsible for providing all our own decor, such as, centerpieces, table numbers, guest books, and more. Instead of us having to coordinate family and friends to handle the manual labor, Tricia’s team picked up all the boxes from our hotel and set everything up perfectly. They even handled the teardown at the end of the night, and we were amazed to find everything safely back in our room when we returned. They were so "on it" that they even stepped in when they saw my uncle trying to help clean up centerpieces, insisting that he just relax and enjoy the party! We had a powerhouse team of three: Tricia was the "command center," coordinating everything. An assistant shadowed me from getting ready, to photos and through the reception, ensuring I had everything I needed. A third coordinator focused entirely on the reception setup to ensure the vision came to life. The level of last-minute problem-solving and coordination they provided is a total lifesaver. If you want your bridal party and family to actually enjoy your wedding rather than working it, hire Tricia. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

As a bride I got to the day of and family and wedding party and I let everything go completely with Tricia at the helm. It was wonderful and the team did not miss a single detail. Highly recommend. We were not local to LA/California and relied heavily on her experience, vendors and knowledge of the local market and how to accomplish our vision for our daughter's wedding. From the beginning when we established a budget she was always conscious of staying within our means. Her demeanor was always calm and level headed and focused on the task at hand. She helped make it a standout event by working closely with vendors she previously worked with, Vibe florist, West Coast Connections band, Cake Goodness (AMAZING) and of course the Bel Air Bay Club and their team. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Experiencia fantástica: It is nearly impossible to encapsulate in words just how amazing Tricia and her team are. Tricia helped take our vision in the very early stages and connect us with all of the PERFECT vendors in order to make that vision come true! She was always available to us via email with all of our questions (and we had a lot!) and was incredibly fast to respond. Then on the wedding day itself, we were able to hand over the entire day to Tricia with full trust that she would make it happen. Because of this, we got to attend and actually enjoy our wedding day with zero stress. We received so many comments on how amazing it was to see the Bride & Groom actually having fun on their wedding with no signs of stress and that is entirely because of Tricia! I am a Producer, so planning and managing big events is what I do. I thought it might be difficult for me to find someone that I trusted to coordinate the most important day of my life, but after my first phone call with Tricia, I knew we were in great hands. She is incredibly kind, patient and knowledgable and not to mention, a lot of fun! She was truly the Superhero of our wedding and I can't recommend her highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book her - you will not regret it! THANK YOU TRICIA!!! Also, I need to give a special shout out to Tricia's Assistant, Keller, who assisted on our wedding day. Keller literally saved me from passing out when my corset was too tight and I had been out in the heat taking photos for a few hours. She saw me fading, got me lemonade, water and to the shade for rest & loosening of my corset. I was on the brink and she revived me back! She was a rockstar! Thank you Keller!

We initially hired her and her team as day-of coordinators for our multi-day Indian wedding, but very quickly we realized that we needed so much more help and guidance and ended up bringing her on as our full wedding planner. And we could not have done it without her! My wife and I (and both of our families) agree that hiring Tricia and her team was the most important decision we made throughout the wedding planning journey. It's true what they say that a good wedding planner can make all the difference, and after going through my wedding with Tricia it's easy to see how all of her value, experience, and professionalism gets translated into making the wedding weekend as smooth and stress-free as possible. Not to mention that she was incredibly helpful in finding us great vendors with the best prices, and doing so much of the heavy lifting of correspondence and price negotiating for us. She was also such a great resource to ask any questions we had about how other weddings did things, so that we had a point of reference when figuring out what we wanted and what we could achieve with our budget. So many guests at our wedding said it was one of the best ones they've ever been to, and a lot of that credit has to go to Tricia and her team! If anyone is on the fence about hiring her and her team for full wedding planning, or even as a day-of coordinator, all I'll say is to absolutely do it and it will make your life (and your wedding) so much easier!!

During the planning stages, Tricia is always accessible through texts, email and meetings. We had to switch venues from the Bel-Air Bay Club to a location much further away. Tricia was so fabulous through that whole process, which I know must have been a huge inconvenience for her! We are also extremely picky and detail oriented, and Tricia is a calming presence who makes sure the wedding vision is executed just the way you want it! She, and her staff, consistently checked in on us throughout the wedding. And when I say us, I mean the bride and groom, the parents, the bridesmaids - everyone. They are very professional and make everything run seamlessly, but they also are excited and make sure that everyone is actually enjoying the big day. Choosing a coordinator was the most challenging vendor for me as the idea of day-of coordinating felt very abstract at the beginning of wedding planning. When I tell you choosing Tricia was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made, I mean it! Tricia was supportive and informative throughout the entire wedding planning process but where her and her team really shined was the day of the wedding. Tricia and Karlie were on point with every detail. I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and that kind of peace of mind is priceless! Tricia seamlessly coordinated with the vendors, ensured the day-of timeline was moving along, and placed our decor to make our vision come to life. She had worked with several of my friends on their weddings and they all raved about her, and our experience was just as incredible as they all said it would be. We opted for the day of and 3 months before wedding package and that was perfect for our budget. Tricia also had included unlimited email correspondence which helped so much with the million questions i had. Her team made the night go so smooth and seamless. If there was an issue, i didnt know about it! I highly recommend hiring tricia and her team if you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator. My #1 piece of advice when i started my planning was hire a coordinator.

Any time I had a question or idea I wpuld emil her and she would reply super quick. The rehearsal went smoothly and she printed out packets so that our groomsmen and bridesmades knew ecarly what to do. On the day of our actual wedding, she helped me stay calm and everything went according to pan. Her assistant was also amazing! I have never had anyone wait on me hand and foot before, but she killed it! And towards the end of the night after dancing, my bustle came undone and they had safety pins ready to go lol. Overall, they did an incredible job. Planning a wedding is hard, but working with Tiffany made everything so easy. If i could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommed her!!

We booked her to handle all of our day of/month of coordinating, but she was so easily available to help our entire engagement. Prior to the ceremony, her assistant Sarah came to our getting ready location first thing in the AM to gently keep us on track and stayed with me the entire day. She was seriously a dream come true and tended to my every need (something I didn’t even realize I wanted or needed but kept me at such ease). Tricia handled everything else, also making sure my husband and I were always taken care of. Every detail of my overly-detailed wedding was brought to fruition better than I hoped. She even helped me cut my dress when it kept snagging on things. They handled the logistics and made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. When the weather looked like it was going to turn the evening of my day, Aly was checking in with me and keeping me updated. She was also communicating with my other vendors to make sure they were aware and able to pivot if needed. She presented me a plan of a potential alternative and gave me time to think it over (this is all happening on the day of my wedding, mind you!). We did end up needing to change our plan due to the weather, but it was completely seamless and went off without a hitch. Alma was also indispensable. She made sure I ate food and always had water and whatever else I needed; so attentive and calm - there when I needed her but knew when to step back when I didn't. The lead up to the wedding was also excellent. Aly helped run my rehearsal and was an excellent communicator throughout the planning process. Couldn't recommend these rockstars enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My wedding was at Ebell of Los Angeles 05/12/23 and my then-fiance (now hubby) and I had booked Tricia Dahlgren's services and was matched with one of her coordinators/planners, Melissa L. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and a complete dream, largely due to Melissa's above and beyond coordination and efforts on the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. Like all weddings, not everything went according to plan, but I knew everything would be ok because I had Melissa to lean on- when my wedding dress bustle broke and I needed it to be pinned with a safety pin in order to do my first dance, I went straight for Melissa to help and within a few minutes, my dress was bustled and she even brought us a couple cocktails from our open bar to relax. :) I had a lot of decor and was very specific with where I wanted things placed, and she made sure my wedding was as beautiful as I had hoped and planned for. I don't know how else to describe the feeling of my dream wedding come true, but let's just say I'm very much a Type A bride, yet Melissa was so kind and patient with me, answered all of my questions, and was very flexible my last minute scrambling/planning (had to plan this 200 person wedding in less than 6 months).. when I think about how my wedding day turned out, it feels more like a surreal fairytale. Finally, Melissa L. was always very professional and prompt in the planning process which was a major relief, because not all vendors respond in a timely manner (some may take a week or a few days?). I know Ebell has requirements and paperwork for planners to complete, but I didn't even have to check any of that as Melissa took care of it. Nikhil and I will miss working with her <3!

The day went smoothly and we felt so attended to by Tricia and Aly. It was a bit windy during the cocktail hour and Aly came with a shawl for me and put it on and off during each photo. From a brides perspective, I can’t imagine it being any better she was so helpful throughout the day and make sure I had everything I needed.

The rehearsal dinner also turned out to be a surprise 50th birthday party for the groom (the groom is writing this) and it was just amazing! We changed our wedding venue just 5 weeks before the date and Tricia was a huge help in navigating us through that challenge. On the day of the wedding, we simply don't know what we would have done without her and Nika! She smoothed out any wrinkles that came up, including managing a broken down bus situation causing late arrivals. She coordinated with all the vendors on the day with military precision ensuring that everything went ahead to schedule. Tricia has a graceful way of being in full control without being intrusive and allowed us to focus on having the best possible wedding day.
