Experiencia fantástica: We had a 300 person Vietnamese- American wedding in the Fall of 2023 at Adaumont Farm and Vivian helped us so much! She was so attentive to detail and made sure we had everything we needed day prior, day of and after. She is the most organized person I know and so easy to work with. Not one detail escaped her attention and she kept in close contact leading up to our big day. She knew all the right questions to ask vendors in order to make our day run as smooth as possible. For an example, we did not know certain food vendors did not pass out water or have napkins and she helped us develop a plan for each. She followed up with all our vendors. Truly a great experience with her and her team. If we ever have to have another wedding (hopefully not) we will 150% have her help us again. We thank you again Vivian!!!

Without ever meeting in person and only chatting on the phone, we hired Vivian, and I'm so glad we did. We knew we wanted a day of coordinator to take some stress off of us on our big day, but we had no idea what that really meant until our wedding this past weekend. Working with Vivian was such a pleasure and she went so far above and beyond our expectations. Leading up to our big day Vivian frequently checked in to see where we were at with planning and gave us vendor suggestions along the way. She planned out our entire schedule for the day and listened so carefully to everything that we wanted. Vivian also reached out to every one of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of our wedding, Vivian was all hands on deck making sure that everything went smoothly. I was a bit stressed about the fact that my wedding cake had to be picked up and then transferred to a cake stand. My husband picked up the cake and Vivian helped with the process of moving the cake to the cake stand. My wedding cake turned out so beautiful, and I’m so grateful for her help in making that come together so smoothly. In the reception area, Vivian beautifully decorated the tables for guests and my tables for the cake and guest book. My decorations were pretty simple but I really appreciate Vivian’s ideas such as filling up glasses of champagne on the guest tables and placing the bridesmaids’ bouquets on the cake table. These details went a long way in making the reception area look so beautiful. I am so glad that I had Vivian at my wedding rehearsal and coordinating the day of my wedding. As a bride you will not appreciate until the day of your wedding how important it is to have someone coordinating all the aspects of your wedding day! I've had the opportunity to work with thousands of Event Planners and other vendors. With this experience, I have set the bar pretty high for others. This past weekend was my first time participating as parent. From my observations, a Planner has to work with EVERY aspect of the event, starting with establishing and understanding the expectations of the Bride and Groom. Without that first step, the entire process will be a struggle from start to finish. Then, the planner is along side the Bride and Groom for the entire process..(all while remaining nearly invisible to the guests)..until the last guest leaves. A planner has the responsibility to coordinate with all the participants. From the venue to the caterer, photographers, DJ/Band and Bridal Party, everyone has to be in sync to pull off the perfect event. While I cannot speak directly for my Daughter-in-law. I can speak from a professional point of view. Vivian is was one of most, organized person in her field. If you have ever witnessed a wedding party on rehearsal day, everyone comes together for the first time not knowing what to expect or what to do. And if you have seen young 20 somethings at a rehearsal, the Planner has to basically "herd cats!"
