Susan made the whole planning process seamless and stress free. Through every step of the way, I knew she had everything covered. I can’t imagine the planning process without her. My wedding weekend was completely stress free and that is thanks to Susan and her team. She took care of every detail, large and small, which allowed my whole family and bridal party to relax and actually enjoy all of the events. Susan is sweet, organized, detail oriented, and so good at her job. I cannot recommend Susan and SYE enough. I think they are worth about 5x what they charge if not more. Book them!!!

We were planning this wedding from out of town so she helped tremendously with finding vendors in Savannah. She also had backup plans for any possible scenario that could happen on the wedding day. Madison was our wedding planner and she was truly my go to girl for months leading up to the wedding and of course on the wedding day. Not many people can say nothing went wrong on their wedding day but because of Madison and Sincerely Yours, I can! My wedding day was the best day of my life and Madison made sure it would happen. Experiencia fantástica: Our venue required a month of/day of coordinator, and we chose SYE because it was one of our venue's preferred vendors. And we are SO glad we chose them! Our coordinator Kayley Fleming has such a fun, bubbly personality and did an amazing job keeping all our vendors on the same page. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect--from answering her phone immediately whenever I had a question or concern, to giving her phone number to one of my bridesmaids so that I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. And the moment I stepped out of the party bus after the wedding ceremony, she met me and Will at the entrance of our venue with our signature drinks and even made sure we had appetizers and MORE drinks in our "getting ready" room. She was so attentive and has such a calming demeanor; she truly provided an atmosphere in which I was able to let loose and enjoy my wedding day. It was the best day of my life, and I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! Where do I begin. I got engaged May 2021 and stumbled upon Sincerely Yours Events when I saw an amazing wedding they did at Colleton River in Bluffton. Emily was gracious enough to call me the same evening I reached out, and went over their process, suggestions on holding venues and feedback on weddings at Colleton. All of this without even having booked her. I had one of those gut feelings- immediate trust and comfort with her and knew I had to book her as my full time wedding planner. Over the next two years(just got married in May 2023), Emily became more than a planner- she became a great friend and confidant and helped with every single aspect of our wedding weekend - from the rehearsal, welcome party and wedding day details. We had many logistics to figure out with different trollies for all of the weekend events which Emily planned seamlessly. The vendors she helped source were top notch and made our day absolutely perfect(I would have never found our amazing photographer Holly Felts without Emily!!!) Emily was available any time day or night to text or call and calm my nerves in the planning process, answered any question no matter how small and handled all of the logistical details with vendors so I could just focus on the fun things like design :) . Clare assisted Emily on our wedding day and they both flawlessly handled an issue with our band being a bit late from a flat tire. They thought quickly to have the string trio from ceremony and cocktail play during the first half of dinner while the band set up. (Also huge shout out to Clare for getting my second look from the groomsmen cottage during our dinner) We have lost track of the amount of times we were told “this was by far the best wedding we have ever been to” by family and friends. I know this would not have been possible without Emily’s work on the design, details and organization. On the day of the wedding she and Clare seemed to be every where at once. I don’t think they sat down once the entire 12 hour++ day. Emily’s hustle and love for her brides is unmatched. We all (wedding party, parents, now husband) keep saying “could you imagine trying to have done this without Emily???” She packed and delivered welcome bags, suggested a final venue walk through the week off, and pinned my dress so I could do first dances with my heels off. I am beyond grateful to have had Emily plan our wedding from start to finish and become such a close friend in the process. She made the day more perfect and magical than I ever dreamed of. Truly the best weekend of our lives!! I cannot recommend her enough. I’ll also be forever grateful to her for pushing me to get a videographer and supporting me source that on my own since I had such a hard time deciding on my video vibe.

Experiencia fantástica: We hired SYE for the month of coordination, but I can’t say loud enough how much they did for us! Haley Allen is truly the BEST!!! She reviewed everything I sent her during the planning process and was very available for communication. A review may be a review, but Haley deserves a lot of praise. People tell you that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day, but I will tell you, if it did, I certainly did not know in the best way! She managed everything and made things run so smoothly. Communication, follow up, and thinking about the things I definitely forgot were top tier! I am not lying when anyone said “oh wait i wish I had, xyz” she had it. Tissues for my mother in law, snacks for my husband, glue for my dress, pins for when my bustle inevitably broken, the list goes on. She managed our wedding party which was 20 strong and our families which again are large, and her assistant always made sure that we had food and drinks! But despite all of her incredible abilities, she just was the kindest and sweetest person to have around all day! She really made it feel like my fiance (now husband) and I were just the most special people!! We loved our experience, and would hire SYE again in a heartbeat!

Being in the wedding industry myself and my mom also being in it, I thought planning this wedding would be easy. However, from our first meeting with Susan, we learned how little we really even knew even with our combined 10+ years in the wedding world! Susan had so many amazing suggestions and advice and truly gave us the best experience. She guided us with such great direction and made our wedding day perfect! Now, let’s talk about how Susan and Emily were true hero’s on wedding day. It rained the ENTIRE day so there were a lot of things that changed day off. Thankfully, I never had to stress at all because they handled everything. We had to do a last minute space flip between ceremony and reception and they handled it with such ease and guests were seating very quickly! Susan and Emily’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed. They even saved a jar of rain water from our wedding day! How sweet is that! Also, we had wanted to have a coffee bar at the reception but it didn’t end up working out logistically or financially. My parents don’t drink alcohol so they were really looking forward to the coffee! Susan and Emily recognized this, we had Starbucks deliver both my parents their fav coffee :’) I mean how sweet!! Truly 2 of the kindest, most thoughtful people I know. It’s not an exaggeration when I say we could not have done it without them! If you’re on the fence about booking a planner, my biggest piece of advice is BOOK THE PLANNER!! Even if you feel like you’ve got it all handled, trust me, you still need the planner. If you don’t have them, the little things will fall on your, your parents, and your wedding party. You want to enjoy your day, so let your planner take care of those details! Trust me, booking Sincerely Yours Events was the second best decision I made for this wedding, first being my choice in my husband, haha. <3

Experiencia fantástica: I don't even know where to begin! We hired Kate with Sincerely Yours Events for our wedding 12/3/22 and could not recommend her and the team enough! From the moment I first spoke to Kate on the phone, I knew she was a perfect fit. She was very genuine, knowledgeable, professional and organized. She was with us every step of the way and truly cared about us as friends and bringing our wedding day vision to life. She helped us make decisions when we couldn't decide and provided so much guidance throughout the entire process. And the day turned out better than I could have ever dreamed of, and it wouldn't have been possible without SYE and Kate. Also, Molly was a huge help the day of and super sweet! We used them for the day of/month of coordinators and there are not enough words to describe how fantastic the experience was! Kate was our lead coordinator and although she was for the month of, Kate was involved throughout the entire year I spent planning! She answered phone calls, texts, random questions at all hours, she came to every single one of my site visits, she joined all of my Zoom calls. No question was a dumb question and thanks to her, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams and barely lose any sleep during the planning! THANK YOU to SYE and especially to Kate and Molly! I would recommend them a thousand times over!

Two months ago, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and SYE made it all possible. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kate Hunt. We first met Kate in person back in January to do a venue walk through and go over details of the wedding to ensure we were staying on schedule. I knew right away it was a perfect fit working with Kate! As soon as our meeting was over my (then) fiancé and I looked at each other and agreed we were so impressed and loved her. We couldn’t wait to work with Kate during our whole wedding process, we knew we would be in good hands. There are so many words to describe Kate…organized, detail-oriented, dedicated, creative, sweet but professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, etc., etc. Planning a wedding is stressful, even more so being out of state and planning a destination wedding. Kate reassured us that everything would be perfect…and that it was OUR special day. She provided great suggestions from table décor to champagne escort cards to the layout of our reception room. She knew exactly what we wanted. Kate even pointed us to a local vendor to create my dream floral arbor for our beach ceremony. We hired SYE for the month-of coordinator, which was the perfect fit for us. I was able to be heavily involved in the planning process and could hand everything over to Kate for a stress-free final month leading up to the wedding. We had numerous issues with our wedding venue but felt so reassured knowing we had Kate. She was someone who advocated for us and made sure everything was perfect. This is exactly why everyone should hire a wedding planner! The day of the wedding flew by, like everyone told us it would, but it was so magical. We knew we wanted a small, intimate wedding. Kate made sure our wedding day was special from start to finish. Kate and Clare were such a big help with our reception room/décor it looked beautiful. Clare stayed with me while we waited for my wedding party to gather and walk down the aisle. She was very comforting during such a nervous and emotional time as I waited to walk down the aisle with my Dad. Everything turned out just the way we envisioned it…but better! We wish we could plan an event every year just so we could hire SYE and work with Kate over and over again!

Working with her was the best decision we made and I swear the only reason our wedding was amazing and perfect! She is truly the best at what she does; she’s organized, responsive, realistic, truthful, helpful, the list goes on and on. Not only did Emily keep us on track throughout the entire wedding planning process, but my fiancé and I are from Manhattan and had never even been so Savannah when we booked our venue. Emily understood our vision, budget, and what was & wasn’t important to us. She made recommendations for all of our vendors for us to choose from and helped lock down those vendors, and worked with them to get us exactly what we wanted. She really worked with us, got to know us and helped give us the wedding beyond our dreams. We were in almost constant communication from the very beginning. She was there to help answer questions, so revise guidance, listen to us vent when stressed, you name it. We were unbelievably lucky to have had such a constant support throughout the whole process from venue selection to the actual wedding day. I am type A and tend to stress a lot. I can’t explain how amazing it was to know I trusted Emily entirely and knew she had everything covered. Day of the wedding, her and her team were invaluable! They got everything taken care of, we’re there keeping everything on track and handling anything that came up without us even knowing so that all my fiancé and I (and family and friends) had to do was get married and enjoy the best day of our lives! Multiple guests mentioned later how unbelievable the wedding was, how gorgeous and fun it was but also specifically how amazing our wedding planner, Emily, was! Absolute rock star! Experiencia fantástica: Sincerely Yours Events is Sincerely the Best! Planning a wedding is a fun and exciting time for any couple, but can also come with elements of stress. When you toss in a global pandemic, expecting the unexpected becomes a mantra to live by day in and day out. Being event planners ourselves, my husband Jack and I knew we could handle the planning aspects leading up to our wedding, but knew we wanted to hand over the reigns on the actual day. We booked Susan as our Day-of Coordinator back in January 2019 for what we thought would be a May 2020 wedding. Although we hired SYE for day-of services, Susan was always available to answer any question we had throughout the process and helped us navigate the unknown with postponing our wedding twice...once to December 2020 and again to December 2021. After the second postponement, Susan unfortunately had to step down as our coordinator, but in came Haley to save the day! The transition was so smooth and Haley was well versed in everything we wanted and needed for our wedding without us having to spend time bringing her up to speed. Just like Susan, Even though we chose to hold a small legal ceremony the year prior with close family and friends, Haley knew and respected our vision to not change a thing for our wedding weekend in Savannah. She was determined to give us the wedding we had put so much time and thought into and was simply incredible (with the help of Kendall of course) before, during and even after. She checked in on us throughout the day, picked up our lunch order for our entire wedding party and delivered it to where we were staying. Since we were holding both our ceremony and reception at Soho South, the space needed to be flipped within an hour. On top of all of the things that go into making that happen as smoothly and timely as possible, Haley realized the rental company delivered the wrong size table cloths. She worked with the venue as well as the hotel across the street to outsource more linens and ensure that everything looked perfect when we came into the reception. Following the wedding, she worked with the rental company to give us a refund on all linens. Again, Sincerely the Best! One thing that we will always be incredibly thankful for is that throughout our entire planning process, neither Susan or Haley treated us like clients, but more like friends. Even though Susan wasn't present on the day-of, she tuned into the livestream and congratulated us on the day. :) While we will miss communicating with them as often as we did, we are excited to stay in touch and hopefully reconnect when we return to Savannah. Susan, Haley, and the SYE team - Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with us and making our dream wedding a reality!

Experiencia fantástica: I first got on a call with Emily of Sincerely Your Events the week after I got engaged. From the very beginning, Emily guided and supported me through the entire planning processes. Not only was she right by my side planning the original wedding, she supported me when we decided to postpone an entire year, and celebrated with us when we finally had our big day! From the beginning I had a vision for my wedding. Throughout several phone calls and sharing a visual idea board, Emily knew just the right vendors to hire to make my wedding dreams come true. And man, did they come true! The relationships and connections the SYE team has with local vendors is unbeatable and especially important in a place like Savannah. Emily made the timeline process so easy, and made adjustments as I wished for them. The week of the wedding came around with no stressors. I knew Emily and her assistant, Kelley, were going to execute everything perfectly. Not only was the wedding day fantastic in every way, but I got to have this amazing team by my side. It did not feel like I had a “wedding planner” by my side all day, but rather a “great friend.” I cannot be more thankful for everything that the SYE team did for me to make my wedding dreams a reality! Experiencia fantástica: We booked SYE for our wedding at The Westin Resort & Spa in Hilton Head Island, SC. They came highly recommended by our venue, so we really did not look any further. I was paired with Kate through the planning and day of process and I really cannot say enough good things about her and the whole SYE teams. Kate and I clicked instantly and I felt like she was my right hand (wo)man from start to finish. She was always available by text/email/phone calls whenever I needed her and always made every effort to offer recommendations/suggestions or contact vendors when needed. When COVID hit, we were in constant communication about changes that needed to be made and she always made me feel so confident and comfortable that our day was still going to be perfect. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kate handled all vendors and tried to make those weeks as stress-free as possible for me, which was much appreciated. Looking back, there is no possible way our wedding day would've been so perfect without Kate and her assistant - they worked hard all day to make sure every detail was taken care of, everything was extremely organized, and all me and my fiancé had to do was have the best night of our lives. I highly recommend SYE for any level of planning, even their lowest priced package guarantees you have someone planning with you through the whole process. Last but not least -- when COVID hit, there was a lot of uncertainty with many brides and their vendors, and it was a great feeling to know that SYE was with me no matter what and working with me to make our day perfect, even if we had to change our date (which we ended up not having to do). Experiencia fantástica: Sincerely Yours Events, specifically Emily Deloach, was my SAVING GRACE on our wedding day this past October- and really the whole month leading up to our wedding, and many times in the year before! I poured my heart into planning and preparing for our big day but had no idea what was in store with Tropical Storm Nestor heading our way that week, and specifically showering us all day on our wedding day! Emily was seriously everything I needed with all those stressful situations and “Plan B” implementations. I did not want to stress about timelines or little details and it was comforting knowing I had them on my team. I was living in Georgia at first but then moved out of state so having them in Savannah to meet with vendors was amazing! Despite the distance, they made sure I was in the loop on all planning and decisions. I felt like they knew my vision enough to make decisions on my behalf as needed. Emily and I set up weekly calls and she helped us stay on track on our “to-do” list. When I first got engaged, I was extremely stressed out about the thought of planning a wedding – but they made the process so easy and fun, and even became dear friends by the end of the process! From the moment we sat down and I gave them my vision, they hit the ground running and made sure we had the best of the best vendors onboard. Based off of our couple style and what we wanted for the wedding, they hand-curated special details and pieces to the wedding that fit perfectly. I first heard back, relatively quickly, from Emily. From that point, she was instrumental in making our day one we will always remember. Experiencia fantástica: Early on in our wedding planning process, my family and I were (naively) unsure if we needed a wedding planner. We found Emily Deloach and Sincerely Yours on many wedding website with fabulous reviews- so we decided to give them a call and realized very quickly how much we needed their help! From the very beginning stages, Emily was instrumental in finding our dream team of vendors, helping us execute design elements we weren't sure we could pull off and made the planning process as smooth as possible. She even gave us a few great Etsy shop suggestions that we ended up using for our printed menu's and our table number signs. The team's communication was top notch- if something popped into our heads- Emily would be on it, no matter how small of detail. The day of the wedding, Emily and her team were calm, cool, collected and extremely organized- kept all of us running on time with ease and kept our guests and vendors happy. It was clear to me that Emily worked her magic in the background and we never saw her sweat once! If there were problems, we never heard about them! It should also be noted, that Emily is an absolute sweetheart- she has a great sense of humor and is so easy to work with. I cannot believe how Emily and her team transformed our wedding dreams into a reality and I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. I am so extremely grateful to her and her team for what was truly, the best day of my life.

We started planning our Tybee wedding with a different coordinator and it was an awful fit- when I called SYE I was defeated and upset but Emily took over and put all my concerns to rest. She really came to the rescue! Emily and her assistant Sarah Kaitlin went above and beyond on our wedding day- they executed everything in my vision perfectly AND anticipated needs before I even knew about them. I was so worried about what major thing would go wrong the day-of, but if something did, I didn’t know about it! From the beginning, Susan was a joy to work with. The Wedding Day package was so much more than just coordination on our actual wedding day. Susan and team helped suggest vendors, plan timelines, arrange the floorplan, and a million other little things. About a month before the wedding, Sincerely Yours took over our vendor communications, so I could focus on enjoying time with family and friends instead of confirming what time the band, bakery, or bartenders were setting up. Despite being based in Savannah, Susan might have been living next door. Every call, text, or email was responded to promptly, and all of our in-person meetings gave me the peace of mind that every detail was taken care of. Susan has impeccable taste, and we were so grateful for her suggestions and advice. On the day of our wedding, Susan and Emily kept everyone moving along according to schedule. I didn't have to worry once about being late. We bought flowers wholesale, so Sincerely Yours picked up the bouquets and boutineers at my house, along with all of the reception decor in my car, delivered flowers (and lunch!) to the hotel, and took everything else with them to the venue. They met us at the church, supervised photos with the bridal party, and made sure everyone (and all of their things) made it back on the shuttle to the reception venue. When someone hit a telephone pole over half a mile from our reception venue blocking on the only road in or out, Susan and Emily stayed calm and collected. They stayed in constant contact with us, and ended up shuttling guests to and from the site of the downed telephone pole to the venue, and what could have been a disaster was only a mimimal delay. During the reception, they made sure we ate, drank, cut the cake, danced, and enjoyed ourselves while they took care of the details and keeping to the schedule. By the end of the night, they had already loaded my car with all of our gifts and cards, and had it waiting for us after the sparkler exit. Hiring Sincerely Yours was the best wedding gift I gave to myself and my family. Instead of a day of called in favors, bride, groom, and guests were able have fun celebrating!

Experiencia fantástica: As the mother of the Bride, I can’t say enough about the ladies of Sincerely Yours Events! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and that we were able to enjoy the day. They took our vision and made it come to life. We met with them prior to the wedding, they had wonderful vendor recommendations and are great about working within your budget. Their day started with picking up food in Savannah at 9:30 am driving to the venue, working non stop all day and then when we left at 9:30 they were still going strong packing things up with a 2 hour drive home waiting for them! It was so comforting to know Emily was at the venue making sure all of our vendors were there and knew where to set up. She and her assistant made sure our tables and all our accessory tables were exactly how we wanted them. They blew up 150 helium balloons and put LED lights in them for the Bride and Grooms exit, set out all our details, brought us drinks and food, ran and bought things that we left at home venue was 2 hours from Savannah), picked up Chick-fil-A and delivered it to the wedding party, picked up our donuts for the grooms cake, and the list goes on! They also made a timeline that merged all our other vendor timelines together and communicated with each vendor. Emily had an amazing bag of emergency supplies and medications too. They made sure the wedding party knew where to be and when to walk down and after the ceremony they made sure people knew where to go for pictures. We also had an Ice Cream truck surprise that Emily had to make sure arrived at the exact right moment and that she would know where to go. Everything was beyond our vision and dreams. The day went by so fast and having Emily and her assistant there allowed us to take it in and enjoy the day! When the reception was over they packed up all of our things and made sure everything was taken care of so we could leave and visit with our out of town guests. I wish I had a team like this when I got married because my parents were the ones that ended up doing a lot of these things. It took away from their time to enjoy and added lots of stress on them. I highly recommend everyone hire this team as their wedding planner or day of coordinator! They are amazing and made my daughter's big day as perfect as possible!

To say that the Sincerely Yours Events team made their day not only run smoothly is an UNDERSTATEMENT, they also manage to throw in a huge side of fun and joy! Not only did they make everything run so smoothly that day, but they also did it with huge smiles on their faces.
