As two people who had no time to plan a wedding, she kept us on track, answered our crazy questions, kept things moving and made sure everything fit together perfectly. She even navigated having a baby and her own wedding to make sure that our wedding went off without a hitch. We cannot thank Lindsey and the rest of the VIW team (including Alex) enough for making our wedding a reality. We were able to approach our wedding without the "event jitters" and just to focus on our family and friends and each other, knowing that everything else was taken care of. He interviewed about ten different wedding planners and businesses, and Lindsey with Venue in White stood out immediately and without question. I had the privilege of working with Lindsey for well over a year while planning our wedding. She was there through it ALL — every single vendor meeting, venue tour, food tasting… EVERYTHING. She has the best energy in the world and is unbelievably talented. She responded to my endless emails (even the numerous silly questions), tracked down our marriage license from a rental car we had already returned, and stood by my side every step of the way. We cannot recommend Lindsey Rogers with Venue in White enough. We had the pleasure of working with Alex and she was an integral part of helping to keep us on track with tasks and budget. Alex kept a monthly to do list to make sure we stayed on pace leading up to the wedding day. She handled issues ahead of us and ensured a fair negotiation with vendors on our behalf. Alex has a variety of vendors she has worked with to meet any budget and style and helped us capture the vision for our day. We had many moments where we needed to get on a quick call to discuss concerns or figure out plans and she found a way to make herself available within 24 hours. On the wedding day everything flowed beautifully. Us and our families were unaware if anything went wrong as Alex was behind the scenes taking care of everything as we just got to truly enjoy the day and be present. She coordinated the vendors on the day of with such balance and ease and ensured guests were accommodated. The only glitch we had was a bus that did not show up at the end of the night but Alex solved the issue swiftly and took the initiative to reach out to the bus company while we were on our honeymoon to get a refund for the missing bus. This example speaks to the industry knowledge and pride she takes in her couples. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a calm, organized, and joyful planning process and wedding day to reach out to Alex and her team!

It felt like we had our own waitress catering to our every need the day of the wedding. She even brought us our drinks the whole night and food! We even had to postpone our ceremony due to a tornado warning and Sydney made sure everything was moved inside and went smoothly. We truly would not have been able to do anything without her! When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to have a wedding to celebrate with all our friends and family, but I was not a bride who grew up dreaming of her wedding day. I was very overwhelmed by all of the details and choices. Alex helped keep us on track and gave us a reasonable number of tasks to complete on a monthly basis. When it came to flowers and decor, she helped me figure out what would look best within our budget. On the wedding day everything looked beautiful and better than I could have imagined. We had some rain and other timeline issues arise on wedding day and Alex's team handled it so well. There was as little stress as possible and once we got to the ceremony everything went smoothly the rest of the night. We were able to fully enjoy our ceremony and reception in big part thanks to Alex.

I knew immediately she was the one. Throughout the entire process I truly felt like I was planning our wedding with a friend. We were one of the lucky couples that had to postpone due to the pandemic but even with two date changes Alex did not miss a beat. Each time it was completely seamless and she was always able to calm my very anxious self down. I looked to her to help me with my vision which included having our dog in our wedding and there wasn't a detail that was forgotten and she absolutely nailed it! Highlights: - VERY organized. Alex creates a timeline of when certain planning tasks (ie sending RSVPs, Invitations blah blah) and keeps everything on schedule - When the original date had to be postponed because of Covid -I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it because Alex immediately contacted vendors and set things in place for the new date. - Recommended vendors that were amazing - Was very helpful in navigating the family dynamics that inevitably pop up when planning a wedding - Very available and is quick to respond to emails - Negotiated a partial refund to the ONE vendor she did not reccomend that F’d up royally (also worth mentioning I was blissfully unaware of the drama until days later) - Several other things that were above and beyond the terms of our contract and really meant a lot I truly have no complaints- I feel very lucky to have found this company!

As a corona reschedule, she helped immensely with having to reschedule the entire day. Specifically - we paid for the month before services, and given the reasonable pricing, I truly felt as if I got so much more than that. They made the month before seamless, and far less stressful, as I did not have to deal with reaching out to all of the individual vendors all on my own. They provided suggestions and reminders leading up to the day that culminated in a beautiful, special, and quite frankly flawless event. The execution of the plan on the day of was excellent: all of the details were taken care of, and neither myself nor my family needed to be bothered with making sure that anything was done correctly, because Logan K had it under control! By hiring this team, my day was enjoyable, low stress, and perfect. 14/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Planning a wedding as the 2020 pandemic crept in was certainly not ideal; I realized a few months out from our date that I needed help! I researched probably a dozen coordinators in the Nashville area, and ultimately was referred to Alex Bovee by my trusted photographer and friend. There is truly not enough space in this little box to express my gratitude for all of the hard work, time, consideration, and thoughtful care Alex put into our wedding day. I hired her as our Month of Coordinator and I cannot stress how much anxiety she took off my plate from the moment we had our first phone call. I booked a venue that was essentially a shell, so she took over the task of communicating with literally 12 different vendors - it is safe to say I would have been bald by my wedding day if Alex was not such an integral part of our planning! As with most weddings, we also encountered one potentially MAJOR catastrophe at the last minute; Alex handled it so seamlessly that we did not even know what was going on until it had already been dealt with. Not only did she take on all of these tasks prior to our day, but during our actual wedding day she and her assistant were incredibly attentive to every minor detail. After having to change our wedding plans due to Covid-19 we had about three weeks to plan everything. Alex B got it all done and expertly planned for us! From the first time we reached out, she was the most responsive with every question and paid attention to detail. The elopement package included EVERYTHING we needed to make our microwedding dreams come true. She constantly kept in touch with us through email, texts, and phone calls to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything went smoothly on the day of our wedding. The day of was stress-free and our plans came together perfectly. The officiant, photographer, flowers, venue, hair and makeup, and violinist that were included in the package were all amazing. Everyone wrote wonderful things about working with them, so I reached out. I did the partial planning package with Alex Kournetas, and it was the best planning experience I could have asked for. We worked together for 14 months to plan my wedding. Alex K immediately took the time to get to know me and my wedding vision so that by the time we were doing vendor meetings, she was able to on the spot describe my wedding vision better than I could. She had a way of knowing exactly what I wanted and what would go with my vision - it was crazy! She never pushed me to go with certain vendors or looks but more gave her professional opinion based on getting to know me. She was so communicative - texts, emails, calls. We talked so much over the 14 months (I was planning from afar in D.C.) that by the end, I felt like our meetings were more like friends getting together. Planning from afar too was no problem - Alex always made time to meet with me and come to vendor meetings with me when I was in Nashville. We walked away from that meeting and my husband suggested I cancelled our other meetings with potential planners. He felt like it was a waste of everyones time to speak with anyone else. And I total agreed. It's crazy how good she made us feel RIGHT AWAY! We went with the month of planning (because I am a control-freak-crazy-pants).
