Experiencia fantástica: Whitney was our coordinator for our wedding in October and I cannot recommend her and Christina Burton Events enough!! She was so helpful in the leadup to the wedding day answering any questions we had, being the go between person for us and our vendor team, ran the entire day seamlessly on top of consistently checking in on us throughout the planning process and especially throughout our wedding day. I was able to fully let go of all control the moment the rehearsal dinner was underway and was able to be fully present and just enjoy my wedding day thanks to Whitney taking care of everything behind the scenes. Not only did she handle our entire vendor team but she also was able to keep control over both my husband and I's very loud and very opinionated extended family members lol. One thing we had stressed was our private last dance being truly private and she managed to clear an entire ballroom in less than a minute despite multiple people trying to protest that they wanted to say goodbye "just really quick!" prior to us having our final dance. It was the most perfect day, and it truly could not have happened or gone any better without Whitney there!

From the very beginning, Kelly brought a calm, grounded presence paired with an incredible level of organization and expertise. She anticipated needs before we even knew them, kept every detail on track, and made the entire planning process feel manageable and even fun. Kelly took the time to really understand our vision and priorities, and she guided us with thoughtful suggestions that always made things better. She was realistic, resourceful, and incredibly supportive, especially in moments when we needed clarity or reassurance. On the wedding day, Kelly was truly extraordinary. She handled timelines, vendors, logistics, and last-minute details with absolute grace, allowing us and our families to be fully present. Everything ran seamlessly because of her, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Kelly is warm, patient, sharp, and so good at what she does. We are endlessly grateful for her and can't imagine our day without her steady, skillful hands behind it all.

Experiencia fantástica: We had Sierra as our “day of” planner and the only thing I regret is not booking her as a planner from the very beginning. My mom and I pretty much did everything by ourselves at first and there were about 1 million decisions we had to make together. One day we decided that we certainly needed someone to help us out and that is when Sierra came in and immediately lifted the weight off of our shoulders. She is extremely communicative, detailed, and organized. She put a master schedule together for the day and included details we never would’ve thought of! She spoke with other vendors so I did not have to, and the days leading up to the wedding were a lot less stressful because I could focus on me and my fiancé rather than coordinating several different people. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything. She was present at the venue from the morning when we were getting ready to the very end of the night when she helped us load items into the car. We literally have no complaints and would recommend her to anyone! To all the brides reading this — cut a silly expense and do yourself a favor and invest in a planner. Sierra kept me sane during this whole process.

She really kept me on track throughout the planning process and I couldn’t have done it without her. Also such a trooper and would be pinning my dress up every time the bustle fell down during the reception I didn’t have to lift a single finger my wedding weekend. I highly recommend Sierra and Christina Burton Events.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow wow wow. What can I say? Christina Burton Events made our wedding so seamless and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Sarah was our coordinator and she understood our vision from day one. She was on top of everything and it took so much stress off my plate. I came with a lot of questions and Sarah was able to answer them all and more. She had great recommendations for vendors I didn’t even think about, such as audio services. Sarah checked in often and was so empathetic when I needed to vent about something I was overwhelmed about. She truly stepped up and made me feel like a VIP. She was wonderful with my family and super patient when it came to directing everyone during our rehearsal for ceremony. She truly alleviated my stress the night before, even taking some ribbon off my hands that needed to be cut last minute for the reception. Day of coordination made everything move effortlessly. We had to flip the lawn from ceremony seating to dinner seating during cocktail hour. My husband is still talking about how it felt like magic. We looked out the window one moment, and the next, dinner was set! Even when the weather changed on us, Sarah and her team were able to make quick changes and our guests were none the wiser. Truly the most beautiful, magical day and it could not have been done without Christina Burton Events. Worth every penny and so much more! I cannot say enough good things. I was an anxious bride and these girls worked their magic.

From our very first meeting with her, we knew we had hit the wedding coordinator jackpot. Alexia is so patient, detail-oriented, personable, and clearly genuinely cares about understanding her clients’ visions and translating them into the perfect day. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was readily available and always quick to respond to my frantic, rambling emails and texts in a kind, calming manner. On the day of our wedding, she made sure Peter and I could actually enjoy every moment without stress; she anticipated our needs before we even knew what they were. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect— including (but definitely not limited to) wrangling my chaotic family at our rehearsal, handling all vendor communication, setting up so much of my ceremony/reception decor, ensuring everyone followed her carefully handcrafted timeline to stay on schedule, having our favorite drinks ready and waiting as soon as our ceremony concluded, and even literally going to Taco Bell to pick up our late night snack for us. Every detail of the entire day felt flawless. Our guests kept commenting on how smooth everything felt—and that’s entirely because of Alexia’s organization, hard work behind the scenes, and calming presence. Truly one of the best decisions that we made was hiring a wedding coordinator, and we would specifically recommend Alexia to anyone lucky enough to work with her. Experiencia fantástica: Review for Alexia – 100/10 Experience Where do I even start? Alexia was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. She was always on top of everything, from reaching out to all my vendors, confirming details, tracking payments, and making sure my vision came to life exactly as I imagined. She even went to the rental company in person to check linen swatches because she didn’t trust the colors from the photos. That’s how dedicated she is! She created detailed timelines, including one for hair and makeup that she shared with the team, and she was there for our rehearsal making sure everyone knew what to do. She even texted me the week of the wedding to check in and make sure I was feeling okay. I have never worked with someone so talented, organized, capable, kind, and warm. I have been to many weddings and met many planners, and I have heard plenty of horror stories, but Alexia was hands down the best. On the wedding day, she checked in on both the bridesmaids and groomsmen, made sure we were taken care of, and handled everything so flawlessly that I never once felt stressed. I felt stressed about time, but she always assured me we were always ahead of schedule, and her poise and composed demeanor calmed me down. I wish I could do it all over again to work with her one more time. She made our day unforgettable, and I will never forget that.

Leading up to our wedding, Alexia was great at communicating and easing a lot of our stress as we planned a larger wedding. She’s very knowledgeable of vendor management, logistics, and how to set an ideal space to match your wedding needs. On our wedding day, she ensured that all events ran seamlessly and helped ensure the big day was absolutely perfect all while routinely checking on the bride and I. We never had to lift a finger on the day of and we would highly recommend her to any engaged couple!

I think to start off I’d like to say here what I had told all of my friends and family over the past year when I was I was asked about wedding planning. 1. Purchasing a full service wedding planner was by far the best money we spent during the whole wedding process. And 2. I couldn’t stop telling people how amazing Grace was. The exact phrase I kept repeating was, I feel like if I asked for the moon, Grace would figure out a way to give it to me. That really sums up the type of planner Grace is. If you tell her your dream, she’ll work tirelessly to make it happen and will also make you laugh and smile along the way. When we first met with Grace to plan our Louisville wedding I was immediately struck by how warm, kind, and patient she was. Since we were planning our wedding from California we were a little nervous about the logistics of it all but Grace was there to catch us at every turn. I can’t count the number of emails I have in my inbox I wrote to her (usually in the dead of night) titled “random questions” with about 10 bullet points of random, unrelated wedding details. Grace responded to them all - usually within a day, and usually with smiling emojis and her signature warmth and sparkle. The actual wedding day was absolutely perfect. Seriously. No notes. Absolutely. Perfect. And a HUGE reason is because of Grace. From directing us at rehearsal, to lugging all my random wedding decorations to the venue for me, to “gently” helping me let my mom know that we probably didn’t want the 12 foot tall balloon arch, she really did it all. When my husband and I are 90 years old and wrinkly and almost senile, we’ll be able to look back and smile at our perfect late summer wedding underneath the trees. Grace didn’t just plan our wedding, she hand stitched together a string of memories that will live in a warm corner of my mind for the rest of my life. I cannot recommend Grace or Christina Burton events enough. Thank you

From the start, the guidance calls allowed me to keep calm and organized while planning. Every call with Jenn kept me on track and answered any and all questions. Sierra was an amazing help from the start, and we were able to enjoy our wedding day knowing she was there keeping everything running smoothly. Sierra was such an incredible coordinator. From her kind and calm manner to the way she kept everything and everyone on track, my husband and I were able to just enjoy every moment of our special day. I would highly recommend CBE for your big day. Every person we interacted with from the company was a gem. They were all kind and efficient, and made our day one we will never forget.

She had amazing communication with the vendors, answered our thousand questions, and was such incredible help with getting the whole thing done smoothly! Her advice was so helpful and I just don’t know if I could communicate enough just how grateful we are! Sierra was always fast on replying to messages, she helped the photographer, made sure we got all of our stuff back smoothly, and executed special requests perfectly! She and her assitant were everywhere and on top of everything at the wedding. Not to mention, I can sometimes, maybe, be a bit of a control freak with something so big, and I felt so comfortable handing control over to Sierra by the time the big day rolled around! 1000/10 Recommend!

From the very beginning she was communicative, professional, and kind, and gave us so much confidence leading into our Chicago wedding. The planning tools CBE provides were a great value add, but what truly set her apart was the way she took over vendor communication, timelines, and countless details in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She managed everything so seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy this incredible event with our friends and families. On the wedding weekend, Grace exceeded every expectation. She handled tricky vendor moments with calm professionalism, led our rehearsal and welcome party with confidence, and even coordinated photographers and videographers through downtown Chicago seamlessly. She and Christy brought great energy, followed our details perfectly, and made the entire weekend feel effortless. We cannot recommend Grace highly enough, she is an exceptional coordinator and partner to have by your side.

Early on, CBE’s recommended vendor list helped us immensely and gave us the best band and makeup artist we could have imagined. Working with Grace was a dream, she kept me super in the loop early on because I wanted to be as involved as possible but the more I worked with her the more I realized that I could step back and let her execute, and boy did she. In the month before our wedding, she was a sounding board as things got stressful and helped me talk through anything I needed. On the day of, Grace and Stephanie made sure everything went perfectly. They are both incredibly professional yet so so kind and fun, they kept us and our families and friends smiling all day long. We had the best day ever and we owe so so much to them!

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience from beginning to end. We had a specific “travel” themed wedding which incorporated multiple different food stations and activities (think Epcot). From the first meeting Jen got the idea and ran with it! I was in another state trying to plan from afar so she went to the venue and sent photos, had a back up weather plan, made sure all of the family members that were “those family members” were very politely and very well handled by her and her team. The day of experience had zero stress and all fun. Ive been hearing nothing but good things from family and friends weeks later. I’d recommend Christina Burton Events to everyone!

After doing my research, I hired Christina Burton Events. This and selecting the Apiary as my wedding venue, were two of the best decisions that we made. My coordinator was Grace Mays and she was outstanding. Kind, smart, quick, honest, and compassionate, Grace coordinated our wedding with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, she even hand-printed a last minute sign for our reception. The day of the wedding, Grace was on it, focused, smiling, and executing without missing a beat. In addition to her professional skills, Grace was compassionate and caring and offered words of wisdom when we needed some reassurance along the way. Our wedding day was flawless from start to finish and we owe much of this to Grace at CBE. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: We did the "Coordination & Guidance" package and couldn't be happier! We worked with Caitlin Gilliam and she was wonderful. So incredibly professional, unflappable under stress. SO KIND when I was stressed. I plan events for my day job, so I wanted to wedding plan, however I had never planned anything like a wedding or put together florals with stationery or design things like that. I didn't pick the design package, but being able to put things together myself and then run them by Caitlin and the other vendors on our team was hugely helpful! The guidance calls were so worth it. For example, I had no idea what color tablecloth to pick and Caitlin and Bella (Belfleur Florals) were able to show me their favorites on BBJ Tavola and point me to the best rentals and how to pair linens together. This made the whole process so much more fun! Most of our wedding party has also been married in the last few years and all of them were saying how organized and fun and smooth our day went! Caitlin's energy was a huge part of that, she has the perfect energy for wedding coordination. She just comes off as so poised, secure, calm and kind and happy. She dressed in a very polished way and talked to people in a way that was warm and engaging - no matter how stressed anyone else was. I think she helped set a really nice tone - but at the same time, would step back and blend in to let the day be about the bride and groom and their friends and family. I didn't think about it much that day, but looking back she was often a chameleon making sure everything was running smoothly and no one noticed any bumps! I included a few photos (Katelyn V Photography) in here to show where I landed with the designs. I also showed some photos of layouts - it was really nice to be able to just bring all of our stuff to the rehearsal and trust Caitlin and Christy's team to lay it out. When we got the the venue all of the layouts looked perfect. Huge thanks again to this wonderful team!!! Money well spent!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jen was the most amazing wedding planner! I live in Louisville, but my mom lives out of state and still wanted to be involved with the wedding planning process. Communication was incredible for both of us- whether that was email, text, call, or even meeting me in person. Jen literally did not miss a beat! She went above and beyond to do whatever it took to design a beautiful wedding and perfectly capture our vision-- including having to make a last-minute change to our champagne-wall-seating-chart. During the week of the wedding, she creatively came up with a way to showcase the champagne flutes in the most eye-catching design, and we got a ton of compliments on it!! Jen always had options for vendors, and recommendations with explanations. I had a pretty loose idea of what I wanted for the overall look, and she was able to pull together a design board that was better than anything I could have imagined myself AND she made the wedding day even better than the design board!! It was truly my dream wedding that could not have been possible without Jen and all her hard work. I cannot recommend Jen and CBE enough!! Jen kept us on track throughout the planning process to make sure that we were hitting any deadlines and keeping up with the timeline. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about anything – she took care of making sure everyone/ everything was where it needed to be at all times, and she took everything back to the hotel room afterwards. I was stress-free and was able to just dance all night with my friends and family! All of the wedding party also gave me a ton of compliments on how awesome she was to work with! Now that the wedding is over I already miss talking to her so frequently!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We hired Christina Burton Events for Wedding Design & Day of Coordination and couldn't be happier! We had not originally planned to hire any planners or coordinators - but this was the best investment we could have made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Christy, Grace, and team worked wonders to give us the wedding we could only dream of! Christy was able to put together the most beautiful design for our wedding and helped us choose top-notch vendors to execute everything, while keeping our concerns and budget in mind. Grace worked wonders the week of our wedding -- she was able to execute our (originally) entirely outdoor wedding when remnants of Hurricane Helene came through town, and still gave us the wedding of our dreams! Grace ensured we did not have to worry about communication with vendors the month of the wedding, and made sure all the little hiccups that happen on wedding day did not affect ours or our guests' experiences. From one (very) picky couple, we couldn't be happier with our experience from Christy, Grace, and CBE Team!

Leading up to the wedding, she was very attentive via email, offering advice and a listening ear when I needed it. She also perfectly crafted the timeline while helping me ensure every detail was covered. The wedding day truly was perfect, a lot having to do with her attention to detail and calm nature - I truly felt like she had everything fully under control and I was able to fully enjoy the day. I would have her coordinate our wedding 10 times over. I also had the privilege to work with Jen on the design of our reception and she knocked it out of the park. I was so stressed out at the thought of a blank tent and Jen worked her magic to create a layout and look/feel for the day. Wedding planning can be SO overwhelming, but Jen made it so easy. She answered any questions I had and was always there to offer up solutions to any issues that arose. She reminded me of important details that naturally slip your mind the month leading up to your wedding because you are so stressed and overwhelmed. Her communication with the rest of the vendor team truly took so much stress off my plate. She was an absolute joy to work with leading up to the wedding, but it was on the day of that she truly blew me away. From setting everything up that morning, taking it all down and packing it in the car at night, making sure the bride and groom actually ate, curating the perfect timeline and so much more - she truly does it all. She ensured vendors knew where to be and when, she kept our wild bridal party in line, and she even seamlessly fixed a last minute dress malfunction the MOH had. We got SO many compliments on her professionalism and her adorable personality. Everyone was so pleased with and thankful for her efforts. I truly cannot imagine what the day would have been like with out her (probably a disaster!). If you are a future or current bride reading this… HIRE THE COORDINATOR! And choose someone at CBE, it will be one of the most important things you do for the biggest day of your life! Thank you Jen for making our special day so flawless.

Experiencia fantástica: I will never stop singing praises for Christina Burton Events, ESPECIALLY Jen Guiler. I truly am tearing up writing this review because of how much I adore Jen and how perfect she made our wedding. We could not have had the wedding we did without her. My husband and I both are in professional schools, so a wedding planner was a must. We both agreed we needed one, but we had no idea that Jen would blow it out of the park like she did. We never would have dreamed of how amazing she would be and all of the things she did for us. Our wedding went PERFECTLY because of her. So many people ask us "Aren't you so glad its over? Though she was hired for day-of duties, she answered any questions I had leading up to the wedding quickly and took over vendor communications the week of, handled the return of rented items, and her team helped put together our wedding favors. I left an envelope with a large amount of cash for tips in my hotel room and once she ensured that we were set upon arrival to the venue, she went back to get it for me—thought I’d bring this up to show how trustworthy she is!
