Every detail was planned by Emily and she prepared everything for us to just load up and leave at the end of a long joyous day. She is remarkable !

Experiencia fantástica: We’re writing this review feeling a deep sense of gratitude for Emily (our coordinator/planner) and all her support in making our wedding truly unforgettable!! From the moment we met Emily we felt that we were in good hands! Every planning call we had with her helped us feel so reassured and supported in our vision for our wedding. Emily is a delight to work with, she always brought joy to our meetings and also made sure we got business done! As the wedding approached and we grew more nervous and began to panic a bit about what seemed like a never ending list… Emily brought calmness to the chaos! She made sure we had a timeline that worked for the day, was the main point of contact for our vendors, and constantly reminded us that we could lean on her for anything we needed. On Wedding Day, Emily and her assistant Kennedy fully took care of EVERYTHING for us! From setting up personal decor, to making sure vendors were ready to go, to communicating with our bridal party so that we were on time (or making up time when we were running behind). More important than anything they made us feel completely worry-free and allowed us to be in the moment and ENJOY our wedding!! We even had some unexpected things come up and they handled it with such grace - they helped put on bandaids and gauze on me when I told them my dress was hurting my under arm !!! AND my mom’s zipper on her dress busted and they came to her rescue to patch it up to make sure she could still move and party the rest of the night! So when I say they went above and beyond, they did so from every angle!! We truly could not have done this without them! Thank you Emily and Kennedy for making our big day so special and memorable! To this day (2wks after wedding) our guests are joyfully sharing their memories from the wedding with us and they have all mentioned just how incredible our coordinator team was! She was able to help plan, organize and run our event with flawless execution. We met with her several times to plan the timeline. She connected with all of our vendors. She helped us think of things that we would have forgot. She was a blessing to us on site on our wedding day and took all of the stress away so that we could enjoy our special day. From day one, she showed up with care, patience, and heart that it felt like having a calm, loving friend walking us through one of the biggest moments of our lives. Honestly, I had to keep telling myself that she was real! This was real! We were getting married. *GULP* I'm not the type who fantasizes about her future nuptials. I really know NOTHING about weddings except attending them. I found Megan through the lucky Googling of my Mom. (She was the first person that came up on her search!) We were almost half-way through our wedding timeline, and I had no idea how to make our cowboy event hall wedding-worthy. Megan and I met, and talked, and contracted with a bunch of vendors. When things were overwhelming, Megan steadied everything. When we had questions, she answered them with kindness and reassurance. ...Then I just had to trust and let things go. I've always heard that something bad always happens on weddings, so I prayed that whatever juju happens, I'll smile through it. Our wedding day came - December 13, 2025 - And it was EXQUISITE. I felt so radiant and joyful, literally an embodiment of the love I have for my then fiancé, with not a single drop of worry for the wedding at all, because I knew Megan had it handled. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine love for what she does were felt in every single moment. We are forever grateful for her, especially my husband. He is exceptionally difficult to please, but he actually told her TWICE, "This is beautiful." (Megan I hope you recorded that!) I've worked with lots of different wedding planners, but Waldina Bigbee is one of the very best I've had the privilege of working with! She has such an eye for detail, and made the entire wedding party feel comfortable. She understands that every wedding is different and that tailoring the experience to the couple she is serving is vitally important. If you need a wedding planner, you don't need to look any further. She is completely amazing. I can't wait to work with her again.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s not an overstatement to say that Megan saved us from disaster! We had been working with Megan for months on our Nov. 1 wedding, and she was already on top of everything. But our venue abruptly shut down with six weeks to go. She immediately got to work on finding a replacement for the same day, helped iron out all the details, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend planning your wedding twice, but if you have to, you couldn’t do much better than Megan and the Wedding Whisperer team!

Experiencia fantástica: The best investment you can do for your wedding is having an experienced and caring wedding planner, and that's why I'm so happy we could work with Megan and the Wedding Whisperer team! So many friends and family also complimented us on how kind, and calm our wedding planner/coordinator Megan was during the wedding day. I think it speaks volumes that so many people went out of their way to say how incredible she was, because she really made sure our whole day was perfect! Even when we first met, Megan was so enthusiastic about mine and Joe's quirky wedding ideas, and her attention to detail was instrumental to bringing my fairytale dream wedding to life! I'm a event planner myself, but I COULD NOT BEGIN to do the things that Megan does, or know all the details and questions I should ask the many vendors that goes into having a wedding!! She really prioritized what we wanted (so much fake moss and little mushrooms!), and was very supportive on anything I didn't want (goodbye real florals! fake rented florals were a game changer). We also wanted to keep the budget of the wedding under control, and I am glad how much Megan respected that because she did a fantastic job keeping expectations realistic and still beautiful. The day of the wedding, Megan did OUTSTANDING as the wedding coordinator. It was a rocky start to the morning, my hair and makeup went to to the wrong venue ~2 hours away, divas were coming out the woodwork, and so many vendors to collaborate with and hunt down across this big country venue! But from the moment Megan stepped into the bridal suite, her positive attitude really rallied me together and changed the whole mood of the day. Again, I cannot recommend Megan and Wedding Whisperer enough. My wedding day was perfect, and I'm so grateful we could work with them for the whole process of wedding planning to the day of coordination.

She kept us on task during our meetings and helped so much with what we needed to get done. She also gave excellent reminders for things that we hadn't thought out yet in the moment (seating arrangements, photo group order, sending out responses, reminding to pay, etc). We enjoyed our beautiful wedding, and she also made sure to capture the highlights in video reels for family and us to share and watch forever. After 11 months of working with her, we miss our calls and wish her and her team all the best. Our wedding was everything and more. Truly, it is a blessing working with her and I don’t regret getting her wedding planning services at all! Megan is a true professional! Her guidance, expertise, and planning skills will ensure that your dream wedding will be a beautiful success!

She provided incredibly thorough information ahead of time—including a clear run of show and a detailed map of where everything would be located—which made planning and setup seamless. On the wedding day, she checked in with me while I was setting up the charcuterie spread to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I needed anything. Experiencia fantástica: For those that have family members that claim you do not need a wedding planner/ coordinator, please do yourself a favor and do not listen, especially if you are having a wedding out of town. Even though I am no stranger to planning in my teaching career, planning a wedding is DIFFERENT. This is the one day you do not want to stress. I was stressed on budget and time (planned my wedding in 4 months or less) and Jessica, my wedding coordinator truly helped me feel at ease. I hired Wedding Whisperer a week before my wedding. She created a timeline for me that included everything I wanted to accomplish and have on my wedding day. She was so attentive to my wedding vision and needs. Trust me, it was embarrassing to say that I had not yet hired my makeup artist or hairdresser or videographer 5 days before my wedding, but she did not once judge me but instead HELPED me. On the day of the wedding, Jessica literally tended to me as if I was a queen. There were moments where my family may not have been the easiest to work with, but she remained professional and continued to focus on us without judgement. She even did things for me that I did not expect her to do, like help me bustle my dress, tape my sleeves on so they wouldn't fall, write my seating chart the day of because I forgot, provided and helped put on pressnails because my nail polish got ruined, and painted my toes because I decided to do it the day of. She even helped pick up my decor without me even asking her. All of this including coordinating. She is the definition of Wedding Whisperer, because I did not stress once and truly got to enjoy every moment of our wedding. Aside from her being part of our special day, she became our friend. Hiring a wedding coordinator/planner may be intimidating at first because your putting your trust in someone you don't know, so I thank Jessica for genuinely getting to know us as a couple. We will forever be grateful.

The Wedding Whisperer's "prep work" for coordination helped my husband and me think through what details were important to us and brought our attention to many things that we might have otherwise overlooked. Our wedding took place at a friend's ranch (not a traditional wedding venue), and we planned it in just five months, which meant there were many moving pieces that needed to come together. To top it all off, it was a destination event, which meant that we had to do all of the on-site prep work in the few days before the event, and had a lot of unanswered questions for our vendors until right before they arrived. Despite the challenges, Jessica handled everything like a pro! In the end, the night left everyone raving about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had. I highly recommend!

I LOVE timelines and made 5 copies of the one you made us to give to our photographers, the mom in laws and anyone else who needed a timeline for that day. It was invaluable! The ideas of bubble send off, to the lighted sticks for dancing and bringing them out about halfway through the dancing part of the reception to jumpstart the energy again was spot on! The video you sent to us the next day I have shared with so many people, having you take those during the wedding day was so cool because we haven’t gotten our photos yet, but people want to see! Besides getting married to my high school sweet heart and best friend, Megan was the best part of our wedding day. We opted in to having an assistant, which happened to be another coordinator through the Wedding Whisper company, Anna Singh. We absolutely we not have had the day we got to have without Megan and Anna. From the beginning, Megan provided professional yet friendly services. We met via video chat 4-5 times prior to our wedding date, but had countless communication via text/email. She gave guidance on all things A to Z. Whether we just completely didnt think of something (i.e. like who was going to cut the cake) or if we needed another opinion on how to do anything (i.e. the ceremony order). She made sure every question my now husband and I had were answered before the day of, so that we could enjoy our day to the fullest without having to think about anything logistical. Throughout the wedding day, Megan + Anna both continuously checked up on me to ensure I was doing well or if I just needed a minute to myself before moving on to the next activity. They coordinated all of our other vendors to make sure that everything was done just as planned (and if it didnt go as planned.. well, I still have no clue about it which is amazing!). They also made extra time in our day to show me the reception hall before our day started (btw, it was everything I could have dreamed of and more)! Throughout the night, they continued to make sure my husband and I were doing great. They even asked some of our little guests to give us some private time while eating, which was so nice that they basically read our minds lol. I cannot thank Megan and Anna enough for all of the help they provided us throughout all of planning leading up to and on our big day!

She always made sure everyone was doing okay and that the bride was okay. Through the stress, she made it seem so easy and looked so calm while taking care of the day. She was always there when we had questions or needed help with anything. I Definitely recommend her! 10 out of 10!
