We hired Cactus Collective for our wedding and could not be happier with how easy the planning was and how everything turned out! From the transportation for our guests, to the officiant, guitarist, photographer, on site host, hot chocolate bar and flowers, everything was perfect!! Even on a holiday and in the rain, the team showed up happy and professional and made the day completely stress free for us and our guests.

Due to unforeseen issues with another wedding planning company, we had to part ways with them and were lucky enough to find CCW about a month before our planned date. They stepped up and took all our stressors off of us. If was like night and day transitioning all of our wedding needs to CCW. If you can dream it, CCW can make it happen. The communication was clear and timely, the prices were transparent, and every detail that was important to us, felt important to them. They coordinated and communicated so well and everything about our dream elopement wedding turned out perfect. They made it easy to plan from states away, and made sure we were in the loop for every step of the process. Their vendors that they suggest and work with are amazing, and our location that we picked (Red Rock Canyon Visitors Center) was incredible! My hair and makeup through Amelia C and Co was perfect, and our limo transportation with Cactus Transportation was excellent. Our on-site host Tayla was amazing and made us feel special and cared for from the very beginning (she even had a bobby pin on hand to help fix a small loose strand of my hair!), and our minister Griffin was great and conducted a beautiful ceremony for us. Our flowers were absolutely stunning as well. We chose to add on an additional hour of photography and it was so worth it! Our photographer, Damian, was so passionate about his work and had a great artistic eye. He made us feel comfortable and we had such a fun time going through the scenic loop together getting amazing photos with beautiful and unique backgrounds. The photos turned out better than we ever could have hoped for, and we're so glad to have them as mementos of our day. I would absolutely recommend working with Cactus Collective to help you plan the elopement/wedding of your dreams!

The day of my wedding went seamlessly. From meeting with the coordinator to speaking with the officiant prior to our ceremony and lastly meeting our wedding photographer- Pablo. Everyone was absolutely phenomenal but I would be doing a disservice if not giving our photographer a shout out. He was truly a delight. Very professional and friendly. Our day-of coordinator was Marissa, and she did such an incredible job of making our ceremony go off without a hitch. Our officiant, Norma, was a true highlight of our day that we will never forget. We also opted to have a harpist, and her beautiful music really set the scene for us. We did the Gather After option to have our reception at La Mona Rosa, which was also perfect! I would absolutely recommend planning your Vegas wedding with Cactus Collective!

We are actually from Canada but love Vegas and wanted a destination wedding that everyone could enjoy. Cactus Collective seriously made everything SO easy, it was a dream. I know lots of people who went through a lot of stress planning their weddings and I can honestly say, that was not our experience. Everyone we worked with was super kind and kept us informed and made every step clear for us to follow without issue. We got our pictures I think maybe a week to 10 days after the wedding which was super fast! Lastly, the venue at Red Rock Canyon was unreal. So incredibly beautiful. Best day of my life

We were hesitant at first that we would get a cookie-cutter wedding, but this team delivered a truly unique experience that impressed us and our guests. They had it under control and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. The planning team was consistent in communicating and taking our personal requests into consideration. The point person on the day of the ceremony was amazing! The officiant truly took our story and made it special; most people at the wedding thought that he was a long-time family friend. The photographer took beautiful photos and really captured the inspiration from my Pinterest board. My only gripe would be the guitarist who didn't learn the songs that I had asked for and really botched them. I would suggest that you ask for a recording in advance if you plan on hiring someone to play specific songs. Other than that, it was magical!

My now Husband and I originally had a huge wedding all planned and with having so many people involved it got to be too much for us, and we no longer wanted to have a big wedding with a million opinions from friends and family telling us how to enjoy our day. We Decided to go to Vegas and elope. We are so blessed we found Cactus collective weddings. They made the entire wedding process so easy for us. I was no longer a bride who was so stressed out I had a team of people helping to make sure my day went perfectly. Our wedding day went PERFECT. When I found Cactus collective weddings, I messaged them and got a reply within minutes. The main point of contacts I had was Ginger, Penny and Wendy, Wendy was our girl who saved the day when we showed up at Red Rock Cannon and my strap on my dress broke and she whipped out a sewing kit and fixed my dress. Wendy had my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere when we showed up to the ceremony site, and it was absolutely perfect. Wendy made the day so perfect from the second we stepped out of our limo. We used the preferred venders for hair and makeup, and drivers. For hair and makeup, I used Ameila and co and they also were amazing they came to my room and set up and did my hair and makeup at the same time which I was very impressed by, and I felt and looked like a princess. We had Steve’s company (Cactus transportation) for the driving service, and they picked us up from the airport and then also brough us to the ceremony site the following day I 100% recommend them to be your divers. Showing up to your wedding in a limo and having complimentary champagne is the cherry on top of a perfect day. Cactus collective weddings truly made my wedding experience perfect; I left like I didn't have to do anything but show up and marry the love of my life. I am so grateful for their help with everything. The pictures are stunning as well. I would like to say thank you a million times to everyone involved in making sure we had the most perfect day. If you are considering using Cactus collective weddings, you should. They will give you a step by step on what you need to do to get married and make it so easy and perfect for you.

We were a little apprehensive about organizing a wedding 10,000 kilometers away from home, especially in a foreign language. Thanks to Cactus Collective, everything was exactly as we had dreamed. We felt very well taken care of from the first email we sent to the most important day of our lives. We would especially like to thank Julie, who is absolutely irreplaceable and took care of every little detail on our wedding day, and Damian, who took wonderful photos of us. Experiencia fantástica: Wow! Just wow! Christina and I this past year tracked down the Cactus Collective group when initially searching for wedding plans in Vegas. We cannot say enough for everything they did for us during our big day and also everything leading up to! Ginger, Penny, Liz, and the photographer Jessica were so amazing. The months leading up to, questions were always answered promptly, and they never left us “out of options” if we didn’t like something. Definitely helped make it as painless as humanely possible when it comes to wedding planning. The big day came, and us, as well as our entire group are from all over the nation. The Cactus Collective crew always made sure information was accessible, and when it came down to the final hours, Liz was SUPER helpful and made everything feel like a breeze. (Even though we were 25 min late to site, THANK YOU LIZ & JESSICA!) Steve, the lead of the transportation service was extremely helpful as well. Our party bus was very clean and very spacious, and the audio system was more than adequate, which was important for our crew haha. He also gets a solid hats off from us for correcting a small miscommunication error while trying to enter the ceremony site. Thank you Steve! We just received our photos from the crew about a week or so ago and we could not love them more! Such beautiful results! Experiencia fantástica: First off, I want to say that I had no idea how seamless and effortless it would be on my part to hire Cactus Collective Weddings as my wedding planner. They literally took care of just about everything that had to do with the day of which took so much stress off of me! I had been researching destination weddings for a couple of years and I had found Eldorado Canyon on The Knot but had searched through elopement companies and CCW was the very first one I had found and instantly knew I had to work with them! We drove in from Colorado with a group of 25 of our closest family and friends, not knowing exactly how the day would pan out. To my surprise, it was perfect (minus a few hiccups on our actual end) besides that, our OSH, Marissa, was amazing and took care of every little thing to make sure the ceremony was perfect. Along with her assistant, Tayla. They both made me feel so beautiful and helped calm my nerves as I was anxious when I got there because I had no clue how everything would play out. My bouquet was soooo beautiful and I was seriously in awe of how it turned out! Tala, our officiant, was also so kind and made our ceremony so personable which I loved! It was full of love, laughter, and happy tears! Jim, our photographer, was amazing! He was so full of ideas and even asked us if there were photos we wanted to take. He was so much fun and even showed us some previews of the photos. I’m so excited to receive my entire wedding gallery because I just know they’ll be just as beautiful as my day was! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to get married through CCW in Las Vegas on the sole fact that they make it so easy, stress-free, and just special for you!! Ginger and Penny are very responsive and have been so helpful. Tayla was our day of coordinator, and Edna performed our ceremony. The ceremony was absolutely perfect and Edna did such an amazing job marrying the two of us. She spoke about how we met and what brought us together. The ceremony was personalized just for us and it was so perfect. Tayla was so helpful with my veil and bustling my dress. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect team. And our pictures came out amazing. We got all the shots with all of our guests. We didn’t get enough of just the two of us because our focus were with friends and family, so we’re definitely coming back for more photos!!

We're from the UK and when looking for a company for our elopement, Cactus Collective was the only one which responded quickly, was transparent and friendly. We had calls over WhatsApp at a time suitable for us in the UK, a really helpful online portal and questionnaires so that everything was curtailed for our liking. Our day itself was super windy and they offered us alternative locations, but we decided to go ahead. The photos and videos turned so lovely despite the wind! I loved their professionalism, promptness, the quality of the photos, and videos and how everything was presented to us. Oh, and the website where you can download the pics directly to Dropbox and other mediums/platforms was very handy. Highly recommend

My fiance and I were sold once we saw the incredible venues they offered. Their website and attentive team made planning from the East Coast a breeze. There is no detail that goes untouched! I would absolutely recommend their preferred vendors, especially Amelia & Co. and Steve at Cactus Transportation. His team got all 30 guests to and from Eldorado Canyon without a hitch. The day of was smooth as butter. From logistics, our officiant (he was fabulous!), paperwork, flowers, music, cake cutting, photography, the CC team was in perfect sync. This left my new husband and I to enjoy the moment with friends and family. We’re coming up on our one year anniversary and our guests still talk about how fantastic the day was. I found Cactus Collective on tik tok and was immediately blown away by how easy everything was! Lauren was my gal from day one. She happily answered my one million questions and had the best recommendations. Our ceremony at Red Rock Overlook was above and beyond any expectation I had. It was absolutely stunning. The ceremony was seamless with the help of Julie the on-site coordinator and Griffin our officiant. Our reception dinner at Vintner Grill was delicious. Penny even helped get our wedding cake delivered to our reception. Everything was perfect. Within 2 weeks of our wedding we were delivered the most beautiful wedding video and photos. Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience with our elopement in January 2025 at the Neon Sign Museum and Cactus Collective was outstanding in their communication and coordination of planning from start to finish. We live in Canada and our elopement was planned from a distance. The level of client service and attention to detail made all the planning up to the event just perfect for us. Everything was arranged and timed ahead down to the thoughtful detail of orchids (my favourite) in the bouquet. Tayla was our fabulous onsite host and was very thoughtful and in making suggestions to enhance our experience by downloading music to our phones and coordinating with the photographer and officiant to ensure the experience achieved our vision. The officiant Angie was friendly and genuinely caring person who customized vows for us prepared from thoughtfully prepared questions. We had a wonderful joyful intimate ceremony that included our story. We have framed a copy of our vows as a souvenir from the day as they were so wonderfully written. The experienced photographer Carrie was creative and worked around getting the incredible captures in and among the Neon Signs and outside the venue had a some different and creative fun captures outside the venue with the vintage Vegas feel. Coordination of transportation to and from the venue with Cactus Transportation whose driver Grace went above and beyond to provide a stop at the famous ‘Welcome to Vegas’ sign after ceremony and at another location as a surprise for some fun candid captures. Jed and I are still reflecting back almost 30 days after our wedding date writing this review, and just amazed at how well everything flowed. All planning and coordination with Cactus Collective were via email/text correspondence, and they covered it all, and more, for what I was looking for! This worked well with my busy work schedule and time zone differences. Jed and I planned a micro-wedding at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas, NV and Cactus Collective truly made it the most romantic and stress-free wedding! This area was new for the both of us, and it was great having locals from Cactus Collective run the show! Receiving the itinerary one week before the wedding and coordinating with guests thereafter seemed daunting and stressful; but I was able to digest and send itinerary out to all guests, no issue with time to spare and questions to be answered. Cactus Collective was worth every penny, the professionalism and transparent costs from beginning to end made budgeting for my wedding a breeze. Cactus Collective was able to help me in-house directly with an On-Site Host, Officiant, Photographer, and Florist for my wedding. I added the Videographer (and so thankful we did), these moments are something I never want to forget and the photographer and videographer were the most professional and fun vendors. Videographers were around but I never noticed them, and now reviewing the ceremony video, I am just jaw-dropped. Words are in sync with the moment. Quality and angles were amazing. I am the luckiest BRIDE ever!! They caught all and more moments, I ever thought possible. I also added the violinist. Music was perfect and brought the mood I wanted to my simple, sweet, but romantic wedding. I was able to choose the processional and recessional song and the violinist took care of the rest! Way to easy, and everything I needed. My photographer, Pedro, was TOP of his class. The way he talks to you and gets you in your most natural state without telling you how to pose, but staging you ever so perfectly so he can get that most natural smile and angle, A+ photographer in my book. Pedro acted like we were friends and really made getting photos done entertaining and fun, for Jed, too! Thank you for the awesome memories, and giving us our first tour of the casino! The additional photos time and videography were an awesome add-on to capture those getting-ready photos, too. Many opportunities for photos to capture the most important moments of my wedding day. Photos were prepared and shared in a timely fashion. My Officiant, Jacoba Rose was absolutely the most welcoming to all my guests. Her vibe just jived ever-so-perfectly with mine. Her soft, spoken, but strong voice was everything I could have dreamed for to share the love of Jed and I. She made me feel so loved and beautiful. Best wedding and only wedding I have ever planned, and I am impressed with how stress-free my experience was. See attached photos to get a true depiction of the professionals I was surrounded by. They were prepared with heavy duty clear umbrellas when there was a crazy wind & rain storm right before my ceremony (which magically cleared up just in time). Everyone was really professional and overall excellent. I want to do a shoutout to a couple people who really helped make the day special: our officiant, Jacoba, did so great and made us feel like old friends despite meeting the day of the wedding. She was incredibly kind, funny, and helped make our wedding that much more special. Our family and friends loved her. I also need to give HUGE kudos to Liz, our photographer, who somehow worked magic and got gorgeous photos despite intense wind and cold. She was quick and efficient and got us exactly what we wanted. I was and am thoroughly impressed with her skills. Additionally, Tayla was our on-site host and helped make sure everything ran on time - and again, treated us with so much respect and excitement like everyone else! Everyone from our cellist, reception hosts, florists, and Steve Winders shuttle service were EXCELLENT. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend literally everyone. Marissa explained everything perfectly and made us so uncomfortable it seemed like we'd been talking for months when it had only been a couple days. Rachel was a wonderful photographer who made us so happy with our photos, they are beautiful and couldn't be happier. Marissa and Rachel were perfect specially about fixing my hair in the wind lol. We were nervous about a minister we had never met or talked to but we absolutely loved Shimura you would've thought we had known her for years! My husband and I first started talking with Penny and Allie back in 2023 and booked a wedding for April 2024. Unfortunately, due to an illness in the family, we had to push back our wedding a full year. Penny and the full team were super supportive of us while we worked through a difficult diagnosis and made sure we were still able to have the wedding of our dreams. When the week of our wedding finally arrived, our on site host Marissa was very communicative and made sure all our questions were answered before we even arrived in Las Vegas. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect- we chose the Overlook at Red Rock Canyon at sunset and it was even more beautiful than the pictures! Our officiant Shimura did an amazing job with our ceremony and despite only meeting us a few minutes before, she perfectly captured our relationship and her remarks paired beautifully with our written vows. Our photographer Rachel did such a great job making us both feel comfortable and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. She made great recommendations for different poses and locations around the Canyon. It was also quite windy while we were taking pictures and she was so patient working with us to make sure our hair and my veil were cooperating. The full Cactus Collective team was such a joy to work with and truly exceeded our (already high) expectations and were an essential part of making our wedding day so special!

Small, intimate, nature focused venue, but with the conveniences of a big city, nice hotels, and good restaurants nearby. From the beginning contacts with Ginger, all throughout the process, the recommendations and actions taken by Cactus Collective were amazing. We did a 13 person ceremony at red rock canyon. We used all recommended vendors (hair and makeup, party bus, vintage car, suggested restaurant for dinner after) and they were amazing. We loved our officiant Edna, who was so warm and personal. Elizabeth Le who did our photos and our day of coordinator. The florals, cake, chair rentals, champagne and non alcoholic, all were perfect and aligned with the questionnaire I filled out. The resources that cactus collective has on their website are incredible. I love to read things and research it all before making a decision and this was very thorough. They also help you with information on getting your Nevada wedding license. Overall, I’m beyond thrilled with our experience will look fondly upon our wedding memories!

We reach out to them and we were connected with Lauren initially. She walked us through the first steps. Then Penny helped us to get to the end of the process. We used Cactus Joe’s as our venue for our private wedding (just the two of us). Everything on that day was perfect. The location, our officiant, the ladies helping with the organization and the photographer. We used some of the services they offer too: the bouquet, the champagne, and the photo album (that we just got in the mail), and also followed the advice with some of vendors they recommend. Every one was amazing! All we had to do is to make some simple color decisions (for the flowers), make sure we have our license, and our outfits.

Elizabeth captured the most amazing photos; she guided us through the photo session so well and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We love each of our photos, they turned out exactly as we were hoping and we will treasure them forever!! Nicole helped us celebrate after with hosting the absolute cutest mini reception! Experiencia fantástica: We really enjoyed working with Cactus Collective, I don't think I could've handled everything on my own! They were very easy to reach, and I could customize the parts I cared about and let them handle the parts I didn't care as much about. The officiant Alex was wonderful, everyone on site was so great. The Gather After team was also super helpful and flexible. We had an untraditional wedding reception venue, and they were happy to help! The only so-so part was our ceremony coordinator was also our reception coordinator. I believe the Gather After service is still new, so I think the team was still adjusting. I received a lot of emails that were a bit stressful about things that we didn't really need answers for quite yet. The day-of coordinator was a different person and was super helpful and flexible. We loved our photographer at the reception! He did a fantastic job adding to the good vibes at the party, and the photos turned out great. Honestly, all the photographers were so nice, the getting ready photographer got some really fun pictures even with the lighting not really cooperating! Overall, we loved working with Cactus, and are so happy we found them.

We traveled from out of town and we didn’t have to stress over flowers, permits, etc because they took care of everything for us. They also customized every detail based on our color scheme and the vibe we wanted for our day. In advance, they asked for photos of our wedding attire and also for pictures we wanted to use as inspiration. They asked us for our “story” and utilized it within the vows to make it extra personal. The location we chose “Red Rock Canyon Overlook” was absolutely heaven on earth. And the photography was equally exceptional. I should also mention that our main contact person was super attentive and called me before we traveled to Vegas to make sure I didn’t have any last minute requests or concerns. They really made us feel special and not like we were just another couple on the list. I don’t have enough room here to fully describe how happy we were with our entire experience. I would 100% recommend Cactus Collective to anyone looking for an option to elope or have a micro-wedding in the Las Vegas area. 10 out of 10! We live in the Midwest and they ensured all the work in Vegas was done for us when we arrived, so we could enjoy our time in town. Their vendor team is extensive and have so many added touches you can incorporate into your special day. Experiencia fantástica: The team at Electric Sugar Elopements took care of everything for us. And we can’t thank them enough. From the moment we found their website and saw the range of venues to choose from we knew it was the agency for us. We live in the UK and some may think not seeing your venue or being able to meet with vendors would be stressful. But I was the most chilled bride known amongst our friends. And that is down to the amazing team. They’re on hand to answer any questions, no matter what they are. The planning was easy - we were able to spend some time describing exactly what we wanted. Detailing our kind of vibe, who we are, how we met. The flowers were perfect, having only described my likes and importantly dislikes. Every vendor was incredible and really only the best. I mean… Elvis from a Katy Perry music video! A great claim! We invited ten friends to be with us and hadn’t told them where the wedding was. They were in awe of Eldorado Canyon and couldn’t believe such a place existed. We’ve never been to a wedding before where everyone is smiling and laughing throughout. For us it was perfect and we just gutted we can’t do it all over again! Our photos are AMAZING. We really do have the coolest wedding photos I’ve ever seen! We really had very little to do except pick a few options then just enjoy our day. what a blessing it was to be truly focused on only each other knowing all else was taken care of! we flew from Tampa to Vegas only going off reviews and the location we wanted. Our Wedding Officiant, photographer, limo driver (referred by Cactus) and planners were all above and beyond amazing. Truly the best memory for a life time. Allie won my heart through our many phone calls where she helped me pick out several of my choices and finalize the contract. She was so kind and patient through all of my mind changing. We ended up at The Midcentury Manor and I cannot stress enough how happy I am with how things turned out! The vibe is so unique and the pictures will vouch for that! The manor helped create the Vegas wedding of my dreams! The rest of the team was also amazing! Penny was very communicative, our onsite host Liz was fabulous! Our officiant, Griffin, kept myself and the groom at ease. And our photographer was one in a million! The photos will never stop taking my breath away. I would pick Cactus Collective again and again. The planning process was not stressful and they were extremely professional and prepared on the day of our ceremony. We absolutely loved our officiant, Berlynn! The photography was beautiful and super efficient. The preferred vendors for hair/makeup and transportation were great. We had the best time!

We got married at Cactus Joe's by Elvis (Roland), and he was absolutely amazing! Our guests raved about him, and his upbeat ceremony helped to keep us more relaxed, considering we hate being the center of attention. Can't really get away from that at your own wedding! We’ve always wanted to plan a small wedding and knowing absolutely nothing, their 15 min consult is very helpful so make sure you book online! We’re from Toronto Canada we were a bit nervous as how the process would be, but from 15 min consult with their manager, Ginger, she was very much in detail with everything you need to know steps by steps! Once everything is settled, you’d be assigned with another coordinator and we were very pleased how Penny stepped in and made us feel so comfortable, importantly any minor adjustments you need to communicate, they’re truly there to provide support and they’re very knowledgeable! I highly suggest to use their vendors as they’ve been working hand in hand especially if you’re not familiar with the location / chosen area. Our hosts Marissa was outstanding! My family and friends were so impressed from start to finish and their chosen officiant for our wedding Norma, was amazing and created the magical experience of our union close to our faith. Our chosen Venue was at a museum, Rita Deanin and I tell you it’s truly world of creatives! The cleanliness, the art. Their staff were so warm and friendly! Our friends and family were able to explore different sections of the museum while we were getting our couple portraits done. lastly! Their chosen photographer Elizabeth le had brought our emotions out and the images were outstanding! Overall, I can honestly say the memories we’ve created with their help and they’re support will truly stay for a life time. Aries and I thank you so much!

For two non-planners, planning a wedding is incredibly stressful, but the team took all the stress off of us and allowed it to be a fun process, despite us residing in a different country. It was a dream day and everything went perfectly. Lauren and Penny were so helpful during the planning stages. They helped us to pick the perfect ceremony venue, as well as gave many options for the Gather After reception service that we chose as an add-on. They always answered my many emails quickly and provided great advice and reassurance. On the wedding day, from the moment I arrived to the venue, Liz met me at the vehicle and immediately took away any nerves I had. She took such good care of us from start to finish. The venue at Red Rock Casino was even more beautiful than the photos showed. Us and our guests were completely wow'd by the view. Experiencia fantástica: Having Cactus Collective plan our elopement to Eldorado Canyon is one of the best decisions we made. With only about 6 weeks to put everything together, I wasn't sure there'd be enough time to secure our venue and organize everything but CC had our permit for our desired location within 4 days. Every step along the way went seamlessly with the help of Ginger, Penny, Mel and the rest of the team. The client portal made it so easy to communicate and do everything that needed to be done in preparation for our big day so all we had to do was show up. Shimura was fantastic as our officiant. For our ceremony she perfectly wove the details of our love story along with her own heartfelt words into a beautiful tapestry tailored just for us. Carrie was amazing and so much fun as our photographer. She effortlessly captured our character in every moment from intimate to quirky and serious to silly, making the pictures turn out absolutely fabulous! What a blast Eldorado Canyon is with all the different props. I only wish we had more time there. Julie was wonderful and so helpful as our on-site host making sure everything went smoothly and exactly how we wanted. She was lots a fun during picture time as well. Although we had only met minutes before, each of them had a way of making us feel like we'd known them forever. It felt like meeting up with friends we hadn't seen in awhile that were there to help make our day extra special. I'd like to thank each and every person that helped make our day exactly what we wanted, simple, fun and memorable.
