Fantastic experience: If you need event coordinators, look no further! Michelle and Jake are just amazing. I’m so happy I ended up asking them to coordinate my wedding. Even though everything was planned, hiccups happen the day of (or for me a day before) but they told me not to stress and that everything will be ok. And it was! They are able to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time. They were great at communicating and emailing me back fast (this is really important to me when planning). If I need another event planned and need coordinating help, I would ask them again!

They even went out of their way to scout our wedding venue's internet connection for our live streaming component, which we didn't even think about until they mentioned doing a speed test. They have such a warm and inviting energy and provided great suggestions to ensure we remained realistic with our timeline. Jake & Michelle really know what they are doing. They had such a genuine concern for our day being special and going off without a hitch. They know how to put themselves in your shoes and make space for you to ensure they live up to your expectations. They aren't just day of coordinators; they did all the leg work necessary to be *insanely effective* day of coordinators by being involved in all the planning steps, so they knew what was expected from them to carry it out successfully. They were awesome and rocked our wedding! They went above and beyond for us, and we were so grateful to have the two of them lead our day with grace and authority.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and Jake took excellent care of our important day! I looked extensively for a coordinating team that was lgbtq+ friendly and would make both of us feel comfortable on the day of. Michelle and Jake did just that and were very flexible with our changes we needed to make last minute.
