Fantastic experience: It's hard to put into words how much Ginna Matson Events helped my wife and I in preparing for our big day, but I will try! When friends have gotten engaged after us, we've always been asked for advice in planning and the first thing that immediately comes to mind for us is hire a wedding coordinator! It's one thing to pick out all of the details and things you want on your big day, but it's another thing entirely for it to all come together efficiently and smoothly. Working with Ginna gave us the latter and then some! She met with us multiple times to confirm details as we got closer to the big day, and was willing to hop on a quick call if needed. I think it's really important to be able to focus on your person and what you're celebrating on your big day instead of whether or not a vendor has shown up, brought what you paid for, etc. That peace of mind is priceless, and with Ginna and her team we didn't have to worry about a thing. We felt so taken care of from moment one and we would recommend Ginna Matson Events to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We hired Ginna to help us plan our wedding in Versailles, KY. We needed an amazing planner to help us plan and organize because we live in Texas. Ginna understood our vision and our must-haves and found the perfect vendors to make our dream wedding a reality. She was quick to respond to any and all questions, as well as offer recommendations to accommodate a variety of price points. It was nice to have her only a call or text away when making decisions. I appreciate that she took the time to meet with us at our venue multiple times to work on things like layout, timeline, and final details. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry, but is also a very laid back person who will help alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. She connected us with all of our vendors in a timely manner and was our liaison. Anytime I needed her, she was readily available and answered all of my questions or concerns. She was very helpful when finalizing all of the details and timeline for the day of. She brought my dream wedding to life and I will forever be grateful for that.
