This service was worth the price as Arely helped us with every step of the process and our outdoor wedding celebrarion ran so smoothly. All of our guests commented on how smoothly our wedding ran and that it was so beautiful.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé (now husband hehe) and I hired Arely as our full-service wedding planner just three months before our wedding. During moments of panic on my end as the big day approached, Arely remained calm, confident, and never once worried about getting everything done on time. She guided us through every detail and was consistently communicative each week leading up to our special day. Our wedding turned out to be everything we hoped for and so much more. Arely and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the day, and I felt completely stress-free knowing everything was in their hands. She worked with all vendors and the venue to make sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend her services if you are having a wedding!

Fantastic experience: Arely with Amore Planners did an incredible job planning my wedding. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and made our lives a million times easier by coordinating directly with our numerous vendors. She brought my vision for my fairy tale wedding weekend to life, including making every unique detail possible (i.e. flower-covered trees, instruments to play alongside our DJ at the after party, a firework show, sparkling champagne toast, and so much more). Arely and her team were a joy to work with, and my wedding would not have been near as spectacular without them. One million percent recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: We’re several months late on posting this after our wedding, but wow we were so incredibly lucky to have met Arely and her planning team. Arely was very helpful with planning and always made us feel more calm while tackling tough decisions. We ended up needing to push our wedding date due the pandemic, and she and her team helped us immensely with trying to re-schedule vendors, making sure our venue was still available, and helped us book new vendors last minute for the few that were not available on our new date. She managed to make everything work with our new date and we are so grateful for her guidance. Arely and her team are also just wonderful to be around, we loved them!! Fantastic experience: Where to even begin! I'm a very organized person, and I initially decided that I wanted to have the additional support not even necessarily to plan but to just be there to keep things moving along. From the very first conversation with Arely, I ended up needing her support more than I ever realized. So many things we never anticipated popped up during the process, and Arely kept me calm with her can-do attitude. We got help with vendor selection, bouncing ideas, and really just had an advocate that made sure our day was as memorable as possible. We did mostly DIY decor, and her assistant helped us with setting everything up. Arely also helped us ease any anxieties the day of and kept everything wonderfully smooth regardless of any hiccup that popped up. Even when we weren't sure if we truly needed a planner, we found that having one was just the best thing we could've ever done for ourselves. Arely is the best, and we couldn't thank her enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Amore Planners were amazing to work with! They were on top of every detail and provided the best vendor recommendations! They ensured all vendor meetings were set up and we had everything done in a timely manner to not be overly stressed closer to our wedding date. Ahead of the wedding, Arely made great vendor recommendations, helped us feel confident in our design direction, and kept my husband and I on track with planning tasks. We had a major disruption midway through planning when our intended venue unexpectedly closed. Arely was a big help in finding a new reception venue with less than 3 months til our planned date. She is certainly the person you want on your side when a crisis hits! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Arely was an absolute godsend. She was sending TONS of emails to coordinate vendors, creating detailed, bespoke timelines for vendors/family/my wife and I, and facilitating the set up of gift bags and decor. There are so many small details that go into making a wedding great, and without Arely, I don't think we could have ever planned for all of them. I cannot recommend her and her team at Amore Planners enough.
