Fantastic experience: We used the coordination services for our wedding on 10/1/22 and I definitely recommend Timeless Events, Kristin, and Alisha! We had (I believe) a call about 3 months prior to our wedding and again about a week prior to our wedding with some emails in between. Kristin is clearly and expert in this area as the calls were seamless and efficient with a lot of attention to detail. It was very easy working with her. For the rehearsal and day of our wedding, Kristin and Alisha were there. At the rehearsal, Kristin was not afraid to step up and correct our officiant who, although also great, had some of the details for the ceremony incorrect. Kristin made sure he had it right and got everyone on the same page. For our wedding day, Kristin and Alisha had everything set up exactly how we wanted and done on time (even our 8 ft round metal backdrop for our sweetheart table that had to be assemble!) Our wedding day went perfectly. If there was anything that went or was about to go wrong, I don’t know about even know about it (and that’s because Kristin and Alisha handled it). They kept the day moving along right on schedule. Our wedding day was flawless and definitely recommend Timeless Events!

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience at all. After meeting with Kristin and Sarah, I primarily worked with Kristin. I paid the deposit requested and she simply ignored my needs for the venue. Out of the venues she sent I decided to go and tour one of the places only to be nice and when I asked her to look into specific places she totally ignored me even after I shared with the cost didn’t matter as much as our happiness. And then she just ghosted me for a few weeks. She then attempted to recover after I reached out to her by asking me to meet at one of the venues I requested her to look into. I then informed her that I found my own venue and asked for a refund and haven’t heard from her. If I could rate zero I would because that’s the results I received.

Negative experience: I am in the process of planning a wedding for next summer, and was looking for assistance with day of coordination. I was impressed by reviews I saw for Kristin and reached out. We spoke on the phone one evening, she confirmed availability for our date, and described a bit about her process. My fiancé and I both felt really good about the call. We were so excited and relieved to have found someone who could help lessen our wedding day stress. We quickly decided we would email her right away the next morning so we could secure her services for our date. As planned I emailed Kristin the next morning and let her know we would love to work with her and are ready to do whatever was needed to secure her services. After four days, since I had not heard back, I called and left a voicemail stating the same, just in case my email went to a spam folder, etc. I both emailed and called one more time in the weeks after. There has been no response. I’ve given a lot of thought to what logical excuses there may be for the lack of response, but now that I am looking at other reviews it seems that I am not the only one. It appears we have been ghosted, and I’m not sure why. The conversation was normal and we didn’t have any special requests. Our needs were minimal compared to some setups she described. We were honestly so happy to have found someone who could help with this piece of the wedding day. Frankly, we are feeling a bit hurt about how things have turned out, after having what we believed to be a very positive conversation. A simple response stating she will not be able to take on our wedding (even without giving a reason) would have taken two minutes and would have been respectful. It would have ended my, probably annoying, attempts to contact her. I am giving two stars rather than one just because I do believe she is knowledgeable and experienced in this field based on our conversation, but this has not been a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Kristin was SO easy to work with. I have no idea how she does it, but our wedding day was perfect! We hired Kristin as our day-of coordinator and she as well as her assistant Bailey helped direct the entire day leaving me stress free and rolled with the punches as we made last minute changes. She and Bailey absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish of the day, I was under zero stress, knowing they had it handled. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: With larger weddings, there are very often complications that arise behind the scenes, and Sarah (our day-of coordinator) did an excellent job at making it seem like nothing went wrong at all. I found out, after the day was already over, that there were several complications that occurred, but Sarah took care of it all. The bridal party, my wife, and I did NOT have to deal with our vendors coming up to us to ask logistical questions in the middle of the wedding or reception, so we got to enjoy every bit of our day without worrying about other things. And this was only possible because prior to the wedding we had 2 in-person meetings and had a decently long email conversation where we worked out the details of exactly how we wanted the day to go. And throughout the entire process, Sarah was SO nice and pleasant to work with! Kristin (the owner) was great at laying out exactly what her services were going to cost and why. No surprise fees or anything like that. She was also super nice! If you're worried about what's being said in the one star reviews here, notice how most if not all of them are from people who WERE NEVER PAYING CLIENTS. In OUR experience, Kristin was very eager to do business with us and communication with her and Sarah was always timely. The same is true for a couple of my friends who also used Timeless Events for their weddings.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Kristin on coordinating our wedding prior to the pandemic; she was courteous and willing to work around our budget and event. With having to completely overhaul the wedding because of the pandemic, she has been supportive and understanding. I would recommend Timeless Events.

Fantastic experience: Kristin did a great job making our wedding day as seamless as possible. She and her team made sure all details were organized and we were able to drop off decorations earlier in the week which made the days leading up to our wedding stress free! We had a room flip between the ceremony and reception and Kristin and her team made everything look perfect from start to finish! Highly recommend for any event.

Fantastic experience: Kristin and her assistant did an excellent job at our wedding. She provided “day of” coordination and was very organized, diligent, and timely with her work. She organized our vendor contracts, provided setup and take down, and gave us peace of mind during our wedding day to make sure all of the little details or issues were addressed seamlessly. We cannot thank her enough for her work - she will be recommended to friends of ours who are engaged for her coordinating services. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Kristin as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! We were uncertain whether we truly needed a day of wedding coordinator, but after meeting with Kristin to discuss how she could help us it was a no-brainer! Kristin was very affordable and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly. She recommended numerous vendors and gave us several suggestions for how to ensure our day ran as easily as possible. In our two pre-wedding meetings, she brought up many questions and specifics that we hadn’t even considered. On the day of, she and her assistant handled all the details that I did not want falling to our wedding party or family. She was professional and coordinated with our other wedding vendors in the week leading up to the wedding so we didn’t have to. Kristin and her team were the last ones there on our wedding night cleaning up, and made sure we received all of our remaining wedding trinkets when we were ready to pick them up. If there were any issues on our wedding day, we were unaware of them as Kristin had them covered. We received many compliments on her professionalism from both our wedding party and family members who actually turned to her with questions on the big day. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and we are so happy we hired Kristin to help with the most important day of our lives!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that we had Olya as our day of wedding coordinator. Communication was a breeze and she was able to answer and accommodate all of my detailed requests. Her and Kristin put me at ease on the wedding day. When things went wrong, I hardly knew about it and they quickly and quietly accommodated all of my requests. When my wedding dress broke and threw off our dinner timeline, Olya ran around to all the serving staff and other vendors to let them know, and my guests never knew. Thank you so much Olya! You truly helped make my day the best day of my life!

Fantastic experience: Wow, words cannot express how grateful I am for Kristin and Timeless Events' services on our wedding day! Kristin was a last minute addition to our vendor team. We hired her about a month before our wedding and I'm so glad we did! She quickly caught up to speed on all of our plans. During our consultation meetings, she helped us address details that we hadn't even thought of, helped keep us organized and bring our vision to life! At the rehearsal, she took so much stress of off me by organizing our bridal party and answering all of our presiders questions that I wasn't sure about. To top it all off, on the day of the wedding she took all of the stress and worry off of my family and myself! I didn't have to worry about any of the details on our wedding day. Kristin took care of all of them. Everything turned out beautiful and well run thanks to Kristin! The amount of care and heart that she puts into her work is obvious and her attention to detail was so appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Kristin and her team did an incredible job to make our day perfect. She provided the exact services we needed - help setting up and taking down, cutting the cake and making sure everything stayed on track. Fantastic experience: Timeless Events helped plan and execute my son's wedding. They did a fabulous job! It could not have gone any smoother or been any more beautiful. Sarah was our day of coordinator. She made things so easy for all of us. She even took pictures for me where my son, husband and the grooms party were getting ready. It could not have gone better!

Negative experience: I TRIED to hire Kristin. We met at the venue to decorate with hanging lanterns. Easy Peazy right?From there in it went down hill! I explained what I wanted done. Waited for any suggestions from her but she just stood there. It was very awkward. I kept on asking what she thought and if she had any other ideas.... She looked at me like she really did not want to be there. She then told me she would have to see if she could get a ladder. I contacted her 3 times within 2 weeks. I now have 18 days before the wedding. We started this talking about this well over 2 months ago! I begged her to let me know either way ... No responses Small world , I was talking to another women and she told me she had to fire her wedding coordinator. When I asked who it was she said Kristin Wroblewski! No surprise there! She lost some of her money , for services never preformed! Just a review to warn other future brides not to hire this company for the most important day of their lives! I would give them a 0 if I could!

Fantastic experience: We used Timeless Events for our Daughters wedding June 6 in MKE. Our coordinator was Olya, her assistant Jessica. From the first point of contact with Kristen, to any dealings we had even after the wedding was over, Timeless Events was nothing but wonderful. Easy to work with, organized, professional, full of great ideas to add to our own and very helpful in ironing out any details we may have missed. Both girls kept us all on time and ready to enjoy the day. Olya even asked her husband to convert a file for us for our DJ to use for a slide show. Definately beyond call of duty. It was a great relief to be able to entrust things to Timeless Events staff and be able to relax and enjoy our Daughters big day. The cost was very reasonable for all that they provided. We would recommend them hands down to anyone that needed an event coordinator. Thank you for all of your help.

Negative experience: This company may do a great job, if they decide you are worthy of their services. Below is the email I sent to them. It is self explanatory. Additionally, I see there is another review of the same person I dealt with. Basically their review is spot on. This lady is too full of self to understand how word of mouth could eventually undermine their business. Wow. It has been a week and no answer. I am not impressed with your company. Needless to say, someone has come forward since we last spoke, to fill the needs for this wedding. If you are one of the owners, you should know how important "customer service" is, regardless of the industry. Your lack of interest only instills in me the feeling that I just did not ask for enough services to make this worth your time which I equate to mean not enough money. I mean you could not even provide a courtesy call or email, to state you were unable to assist me at this time. And if you were able; well, shame on you for not getting back in touch in a timely manner. Yes, I have better things to be doing with my time than email a disinterested company, but I felt you should know You did not even ask me any questions, no input on the initial call, until I prompted you. Your question to me was, "Well, how long are you going to need me for." Yes, you indicated you needed to check on the possibility of one of my requests, but the quote you promised that night we talked on September 30, never appeared, and this initial contact was the last I heard from you or anyone from your company. The importance of first impressions goes much farther than you think. I rate you a 1 for at least calling me.

Negative experience: My sister's wedding is in five weeks. She has tried to hire Kristin at Timeless Events to help plan her wedding. My sister has tried to contact Kristin, and Kristin has not returned any calls or emails and has made no time or effort to meet with her - despite my sister's multiple attempts to plan a date and time to meet. She has forced my sister to hire a new planner with only five weeks before her big day! My sister was going to pay this GIRL top DOLLAR for her services but apparently she is "too good" for a paying customer. Kristin is very rude and I don't recommend her services to anyone!
