Fantastic experience: Shelley and her team at Southern Elegance did our first daughter’s wedding 4 years ago so when daughter number 2 got engaged there was no doubt in my mind who we would use for her special day. Shelley listened to and delivered my daughter’s vision for her wedding day. She was readily available throughout the whole process from the initial meeting until the wedding day. Her team is amazing! I loved that I was able to be with and enjoy my daughter on wedding day because I knew Shelley and her team had absolutely everything covered and under control! Fantastic experience: Southern Elegance Design is a wonderful wedding planning service! I have used them for two daughter's weddings. Both weddings were all we could have wanted and more. From food, cake, flowers, decorations and planning, SED does it all! Shelley and team are wonderful! They can do as much or as little as you desire. They are also great to adjust to your budget. Shelley listens to your ideas, wants and concerns and brings them to life! Shelley also has the ability to pivot and make changes quickly, if needed. When asked, she brings suggestions and recommendations, which are very helpful. Communication with Shelley was easy in the time leading up to the wedding. SED also runs the rehearsal, which made it extra easy and allowed me to enjoy the evening. Shelley was present with us the entire day of the wedding. She laughed with us, which helped to calm nerves. She keeps everyone moving before the wedding and then keeps the reception moving with the dances, toasts, meal and exit. The best part .. at the end of the wedding, SED puts it all in your car for you. All you have to do is enjoy!! On top of all that, Shelley is simply friendly and a joy to be around. I am thankful for SED and highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness I still cannot believe how amazing my son & daughter in laws wedding weekend was!! Shelley & team are the best!!! For the rehearsal dinner decor I told them I wanted a little taste of Texas & boho chic to welcome my daughter in laws New York family & friends & they made it happen far more beautifully than I could have imagined! My Texas family & friends loved it too!! The decor was fabulous & they are so wonderful to work with! I didn’t have to do a thing!!! The wedding was even more fabulous!! It was absolutely gorgeous from start to finish!! You just tell them what you want & they bring it to life!! They make your dream wedding weekend a reality!! Shelley & team have so much talent!! Food was so amazing & they took such good care of us all!! I HIGHLY recommend Southern Elegance!! Wish we could do it all over again!! They truly made our kids wedding weekend perfect!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I renewed our vows on our 5th wedding anniversary. We decided to do an actual wedding type ceremony and reception because we got married on a cruise the first time with not many family or friends in attendance. It did not take long to realize that I needed help because I am a procrastinator and have not ever thrown a large event like this. We only had a two to three meetings in person. Not going to lie, as the date got closer I started to get very stressed out because I had not seen many details. When I arrived, everything was beautiful -- better than I had imagined or ever could have created on my own. It was good to trust the professionals. Shelley and the team worked the evening, I did not have to do ANYTHING but enjoy, and they even cleaned everything up when we left. (This was the part my Mother loved the most, as we spent hours and hours cleaning up after my sister's wedding.) I hope to not ever need their services again, but I will recommend SED to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Southern Elegance took a very rough description from me and turned it into the wedding of my dreams without me lifting a finger! Everything in preparation was organized and precise and everything on the day of the wedding followed suit. Shelley and Tonjua were extremely professional and worked hard to make sure our day was flawless. They were in charge of our decorations, floral, cake, and food. Every single thing was PERFECT! I can't say enough about this group of people.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVED southern elegant design! They are so friendly, helpful, helped take quiet a bit of stress off as my wedding got closer. They set up a beautiful ceremony and reception that my friends raved about. They work so well with all the others we hired on our own such as the photographer. Day of the wedding they even texted me in the early morning when I was already awake wishing me a happy wedding day and even got some nail polish remover for me. Shelley and Tonya are so sweet and personal. I highly recommend them to anyone!
