Every service that is offered is competitively priced and absolutely increases the level of event production and design. Do yourself a favor and leave the planning and coordination of your wedding or event in the hands of an amazing client advocate team.

Fantastic experience: Brookes team, especially Pattie who took the reigns on our wedding did an amazing job for our "day of" package. It was really hard to picture how the day was going to go since we had never done this before, but Pattie and the girls reassured us that they had it all handled. With their years of experience, understanding of vendors and timelines the day went by so smoothly. The professionalism and organization that we saw on the wedding day was exactly what we were looking for and they did just that. They also take great behind the scenes photos during your wedding day #madethebridecryhappiness

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? We couldn't have imagined our day without Brooke Ward with BW Events. I call her AMAZING BROOKE! Words can’t describe how amazing Brooke is. Her strength, stability & knowledge was given to us 100% through out the 3 & half months before our special day. She knew exactly how to solve any problem that I was worried about. She helped us make decisions quickly and confidently. She truly never waivered or flustered (even when we were struggling with last minute change of venues and a DJ. March 19th will be a day we never forget thanks to her and her helper Natalie. We cannot thank them enough! Do not hesitate to book with BW Events. Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I hired BW Events for my wedding. Brooke was such a great help through the whole wedding process. She contacted vendors for me to make sure everyone was on the same page and had the correct timeline. She checked my inventory on my rentals and made sure we had everything that we needed. My wedding day went so smoothly. Brooke and her team were awesome! Thank you so much BW Events!! It was the best day for my husband and I.

Fantastic experience: I cannot even describe how wonderful it was to work with Brooke. She did everything to make sure my day was PERFECT! Any problem/situation I had, whether it was months before or the day of, she immediately helped me and made sure I was helped. If you need a coordinator, you need to hire her. I would not have been able to pull off my wedding if it was not for her. Again, she is the BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: If you want to fully enjoy your wedding day or special event hiring a day of coordinator is a must! Thank goodness our venue required we have a day of coordinator because we did not realize how smoothly it would make our wedding day go. Brooke was absolutely amazing and took care of us through planning and making sure our wedding day was perfect. Fantastic experience: Brooke is without a doubt meant to be doing this kind of work. She is such an incredible Event Planner/Coordinator/Florist/Designer… basically your all-around right hand woman for anything! She has been amazing and kind throughout our Coordination/Floral design + planning process pre-Covid and during. We cannot thank her enough for her patience and understanding as we were trying to figure out what to do once the pandemic hit. She is SO talented at what she does and fully understands how to execute your vision perfectly. Brooke truly pays attention to every little detail and went ABOVE + BEYOND for us. Brooke went ALL the way to LA the DAY BEFORE our wedding (at 3am in the morning no less) to get the bride’s requested flowers. Fantastic experience: Used BW Events for our wedding. Brooke did the flower arrangements for the venue, boutonnieres, bouquets, fresh flowers for the cake, table decorations, and center pieces. All the flowers looked gorgeous and vibrant. BW Events was extremely professional. Would recommend them to anyone. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: Brooke did an amazing job coordinating my wedding!! She made the day stress free for me and everything ran smoothly! I trusted her with complete set up, take down, and transportation of my personal decor and she did not disappoint! Everything came back to me undamaged and clean!
