Fantastic experience: I was a bit skeptical about the decor being worth it when I was quoted how much it was going to cost for my wedding (although apparently Saba is considered a more affordable decorator lol), but I was floored by how well the job Sania and her team did for our wedding. Sania really understands the nuances of decorating. She recommended things that I would have not thought of that made a big difference. For example, adding additional background flowers in sight lines for the photographer, so the photos have prettier backdrops. The only critique I have for Sania is that the process for brainstorming ideas was slow since she mainly used her instagram to find photos to show us for inspiration, which required a lot of waiting while she scrolled to find photos. I wish she had some kind of better organized searchable system. Regardless though, I would still recommend her services!
Fantastic experience: We could not have been happier with having Sania as our decorator for our wedding! Her experience, talent, and professionalism paid off as she executed our shared vision almost perfectly. Each event felt unique, thoughtful, and classy. Our guests keep raving about all of the different designs, and our photos and cinematography have come out fantastic. We highly recommend Sania if you want to do an elevated, large-scale Indian wedding. From the start, Sania was friendly, responsive, and transparent. Before we signed with her, we had an in-person meeting where she shared different visions that she had executed in the past. Her portfolio was stunning and included various unique styles. She also showed us her large inventory of items that could be used as decor for our events and explained different ways to manage our budget. Her upfront and honest approach gave us the confidence we needed to go with her for our wedding. In the months leading up to our wedding, we had design sessions where we brainstormed styles with Sania for our events. Sania based her suggestions on a combination of our attire, color schemes, venues, intended vibes, and budget. Using Instagram, Pinterest, and Sania’s portfolio for inspiration, we came up with unique designs and themes for our events. Sania was receptive to feedback. If there was a certain design element that we wanted to change – such as a color scheme for reception tablecloths, place settings, or centerpieces – she was willing to do so and gave us suggestions to help us execute our vision. Likewise, Sania used her experience to make recommendations on designs, but she was never pushy. In the end, we were so happy that we listened to Sania’s input as it made sure our events were unique and elevated. Sania also gave great guidance during our site visit, which occurred a few months before our wedding. She helped take charge of the site visit and ensured that we diagnosed all potential issues that might impact our designs and wedding logistics. Following the site visit, she worked closely with our venue to ensure that all floorplans and other related items were resolved to avoid any last-minute hiccups. Sania executed our visions for each event almost perfectly. We were simply stunned at how beautiful each event looked and represented our vision. Not only were all of the design elements top notch, but the florals that Sania provided were amazing. The flowers were in full bloom during each event. We could not stop staring at how beautiful everything looked. It felt like a fairy tale. And because Sania had experience working with our coordinator, DJ/Lighting, and other vendors, everything appeared to run smoothly from our perspective. Last, but not least, Sania was fair on pricing. During our first meeting, she gave us a range that was close to what we ultimately ended up spending on decor. During wedding planning, we never felt like we were being upsold unnecessary items or being pushed to select certain styles. Especially compared to some of the other vendors we considered, Sania’s pricing was much more reasonable. And since she handled both our decor and florals, it made coordination much simpler rather than dealing with multiple vendors. Simply put, if you are planning an elevated Indian wedding in the Bay Area or Napa and want a high-quality decorator for your events, then you should strongly consider Sania.
Fantastic experience: Saba Decor, under the talented guidance of Sania (CEO) exceeded all my expectations and then some! Referred by my cousin from Ambiance by Tejel, I automatically had high hopes and knew she would deliver, but Sania's work, and her company left us speechless… Beyond her exceptional talent, what truly sets Sania apart is her genuine care and friendship throughout the process. From initial consultations to decor appointments, she guided us effortlessly within our budget while bringing our vision to life with her unique, out-of-the-box ideas and impeccable attention to detail. She just opened her new show room and WOW! We were blown away! Despite unforeseen challenges like rain on our wedding day, Sania and her team rose to the occasion, seamlessly transitioning our outdoor event indoors in record time. Witnessing our transformed ballroom for the reception brought tears to my eyes—it was an awe-inspiring testament to Sania's dedication and love poured into her work. Fantastic experience: My family and I planned our wedding in just three months and we wanted something elegant and different than any other wedding we have been to or seen. I have always thought about my wedding but when the time came to discuss the specifics I had no idea. I just wanted it to be during the fall season. I gave Sania some Pinterest ideas I had, a few color pallets, ideas of my bouquet and more. Not only did she deliver, but she delivered beyond what I could ever imagine and dream of. It was absolutely stunning, incredibly beautiful with the flowers, centerpieces and backdrops. We had a multi day wedding with different themes and Sania took our vision and made it better. I am so grateful, and would recommend Saba Decor over anyone else in the Bay Area.
Fantastic experience: Sania was the perfect decorator for my daughter’s sangeet at the Westin in Millbrae and the wedding and reception at Kohl Mansion in Burligame. We were impressed by her creative and organizational skills from our first meeting in her office. She kept track of every decor decision we made in the meetings and gave us updated estimates at the end of each meeting. This made sure that we were on the same page and that nothing was overlooked at the events. And indeed, everything was stunning and perfect! We received so many compliments from guests for how elegant the decor was. We also valued Sania’s decor and general wedding suggestions - her expertise in Indian weddings really shows. I recommend Sania highly!

Fantastic experience: Saba Decor Rentals was a lovely vendor to work with during our wedding planning process. From our first interactions with Sania when we were looking for vendors, it was clear that she was organized, clear, and willing to answer any questions or work with our budget and vision. That impression could not have been more true. Over the course of our several months of wedding planning, she was always available, prompt, and reasonable. She was able to identify options based on our stated budget and help us identify what would add most to the decor and give us the best bang for our buck! When we could come to her with inspiration pictures, she also was great at replicating the designs but with our own unique twist. She also was able to source several pieces specifically for our wedding, which we really appreciated to bring our vision together. Sania is also lovely at connecting with other vendors and working with all members of our families to make our collective ideas come to life. Our schedules were certainly challenging to work with, but Sania helped to keep us on track, accommodating our limited availability to have design sessions and making sure we had a plan for each event. The whole Saba Decor team is awesome, from the florist to the great team members who were present at every set up and who were tireless in making adjustments to making sure everything was just right. Overall, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with them and could not speak more highly!
Fantastic experience: Sania made our vision come to life, a vision we didn’t even realize we wanted until she made mock designs for us! She is incredibly professional, kind, and ridiculously gifted at her job. She accommodated all of our needs for our wedding of 400+ people, and was the mastermind behind our 3 events (sangeet, wedding and reception). We are so grateful that we found her, cannot recommend her enough!
Fantastic experience: Omg Sania was incredible. I postponed my wedding twice due to covid...from December 2020 all the way to April 2022, and Sania was with me every step of the way. I was living in Australia at the time and I couldn't believe her response time. I was clearly emailing at odd hours due to the time difference, but I'd still receive replies back within 1-2 hours each time! Sania was extremely organized and professional, which to a Type A planner like myself was very much appreciated. She is also the SWEETEST person. When we finally met at our site visit I felt like I wanted to be her friend haha. She has a great reputation in the industry and works really well with all the vendors/planners. I felt I could really get some solid wedding advice from her throughout the process. Sania also brought my complete vision to life. I was super particular about many things and she never once made me feel I was being too picky...and literally brought to life exactly what I envisioned...for everything! I definitely recommend Saba for your wedding decor!
Fantastic experience: Sania is extremely organized, creative, and has an incredible eye for detail - and that's why we chose her and her team for our wedding weekend at the Dolce Hayes Mansion in June of 2018. I left her a yelp review, but I wanted to do a proper google review as well. Since we were planning our wedding from New York and coordinating with family in California, we loved that Sania was able to facetime us into calls, schedule meetings with my parents, make trips to the mansion, edit last-minute revisions, and coordinate to the T with our wedding planner, to bring our visions to life. Though I'm a California native, it was almost a destination wedding because my husband's family and friends came from New Jersey. We had a total of four events: Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception - each based on a theme, and Sania provided flowers and decor for all. She was a one stop shop in terms of decor, and we really appreciated that. During our first meeting, she got to know us as a couple, really grasped the essence of who we were and what we liked, and helped customize each of our events based on the vibes we wanted to have. Though each of the events were different, Sania helped us keep it simple, colorful, and classic - just the way we liked. Out of all four events, our wedding and reception were the highlights, and till date, we still hear many compliments from our guests about how stunning our decor, customization, and planning were for those events. We wanted an outdoor wedding that highlighted the main elements of our South Indian heritage, but also was bright, floral, and rustic. Sania customized our mandap for us, and adorned the wooden pillars with strands of red, pink and ivory ombre flowers, brass bells, and a sheer ivory cover. We had flowers down the aisle, ivory and baby pink bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, and she helped provide and decorate the palki I was carried in as well. We had an Oonjal (swing) ceremony and Sania provided the brass/gold swing and adorned it with ombre flowers (purples,lilacs, and ivorys). The whole set up with white chairs under our bright pink/gold tents was a vision in itself. With all the flowers and decor, it elevated our big day and made it something magical. For our reception, Sania went above and beyond expected as well. We had an 'Around the World' theme because my husband and I love to travel, and we were about to embark on a 2-month honeymoon to SE Asia as well. Sania was so creative with the theme during our cocktail hour: She worked with my mom to provide a globe, maps on letters of our names, iconic pieces, and a travel luggage bag for our guests to leave presents and gifts. She decorated the ballroom into a stunning candle-lit evening, with champagne-peach colored tablecloths, gold-rimmed plates, three types of floral and candlelit centerpieces, a candle-lit grid for the stage and an ivory couch- all within our budget. To top it off, she helped me customize themed signs for our His/Her drinks and cocktails. Sania was so personable, quick to respond to texts/emails, flexible, and always ready to give suggestions, that she slowly became family to us during this process. Overall, Sania and her team wow-ed us. Even though there are many other indian decorators in the Bay Area, Sania really stood out because of her personality. So many of the decorators we met didn't have the time to spend or had the same trademark look for indian weddings, but we wanted someone that would be creative in respect our Indian-American culture, all while producing a vision that embodied us as a couple. Sania is honest, reliable, very friendly, and more than anything, flexible and understanding. She made the most out of all of our meetings in California, and made us feel comfortable and confident with the items we chose within our budget. She takes the extra step to get to know you as a couple, a family, and what a wedding means to you. I would highly highly recommend her to family and friends. Negative experience: They don't pick calls. They don't return calls and even if they do, the receptionist has no information about anything and would say she will speak to the decorator and get back. Waited for a week no call. Very unprofessional and have absolutely no basic courtesy to returns calls. Either they are too busy or don't want to take projects which don't interest them. Not recommend.
Fantastic experience: Sania and her team are amazing!!! I hired them to do the flower arrangements for my mom's memorial. I showed her specific pictures of how I wanted the flowers to look like and boy did she deliver!! The flowers were GORGEOUS!!! I would not heistate to hire them again for any event!

Fantastic experience: Working with Sania at Saba Decor was an amazing experience. From the get-go, she worked patiently to bring our envisions to life. She went above and beyond to provide tips and vendor recommendations (which all turned out to be amazing) through-out our wedding planning process. Even with Covid planning difficulties, she was always there with us to help out and accommodate as plans and venues had to change. Saba decor designed and provided decor for all three of our wedding events: haldi, ceremony, and reception. The end result at all three venues were stunning! She took our Pinterest ideas and made it come to life. Sania is easy going and awesome to work with, and she will be our go to decor contact for all of our future events!
