Fantastic experience: Stacie was our day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding in October 2024. It was a bonus to work with her before the "big" day. She assisted in organizing what needed to be done and helped to keep us on task. She was so prepared the day of the wedding; knew what she was to do and did it. She helped in many areas of the wedding; not afraid to tackle anything. Thank you, Stacie, for assisting us through the day and night. You were very pleasant to be around. Will definitely keep your name if any other events come around. :)

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough nice things about Stacie! My wife and I were very lucky to have her as our day-of coordinator. Not only was she incredibly prepared ahead of our wedding, but she was also incredibly flexible during our wedding. We had an outdoor wedding at a friend's farm. We had a mix of traditional and non-traditional aspects in our wedding. Stacie asked a lot of questions ahead of time to make sure she knew what we wanted while using guiding us along the decision-making process. Stacie's expertise was evident throughout the process. She knew exactly how to set up the reception tables, she knew the lengths of every segment of the ceremony, and she was a great liaison to our vendors. She played an active role throughout the night, making sure everything flowed smoothly. Perhaps most importantly, she was kind, considerate, and understanding! Thanks so much, Stacie!

Fantastic experience: We recently had Stacie from Aqua Bella as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing! From the start, she listened to everything we wanted, was super on top of everything, and helped make the whole day perfect for us. One of our key vendors was running late, and we were worried it would mess up the whole schedule. But Stacie jumped in and handled it like a pro. She quickly jumped on it and kept everyone informed, so everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to Stacie, we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. She was calm, collected, and absolutely hilarious. If you're looking for a fantastic wedding coordinator, definitely go with Aqua Bella. She truly made our day unforgettable!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Stacie during an all day event. There were lots of moving parts with meetings during the day, breakfast, lunch, & dinner, and a reception in the evening. Stacie is organized, has lots of great ideas, and has an eye for planning events and knowing exactly what is needed and when. I enjoyed working with her and hope to do so more in the future! She worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to make the event a success, and it was! Her expertise proved her to be a valuable asset in the success of this event. Fantastic experience: Stacie with AquaBella was a life saver! We hired her to do the decor for our wedding last month and she went above and beyond. I was a first time bride and had absolutely no idea how to plan a wedding. Stacie was always patient with me and did so many things outside of her scope. She did an excellent job listening to my wedding vision and making it a reality. There was not one detail that she didn’t think of in advance. Everything she planned was well in advance of the wedding. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and I attribute that success to AquaBella!!! I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services.

Fantastic experience: Stacie did a phenomenal job coordinator my wedding. She made everything go so smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing. She got ahold of my vendors before the wedding so I didn’t have to. She made a timeline so everyone was on the same page. She even took pictures for me and sent them after the wedding. She is so sweet and personable, you feel like you’ve known her forever by the end of the day. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Stacie was our Coordinator, she was amazing!!! She was easy to get ahold of and she made a schedule for us and our vendors. She emailed it to all our vendors to make it easier. She was on time the day of and super helpful all day. She was always on the move and making sure everything was done in a timely fashion. At the end of the day she even helped pack everything away and made sure nothing was left for us to take care of. She had an assistant that day and she was equally as helpful. To top it off, she even took pictures and videos, I had no idea until afterwards and was super happy and excited to have them! Overall, she is an amazing Coordinator and I highly highly highly recommend you have her for your wedding!!
