Fantastic experience: As soon as we got off our first call with Brianna at Bela Lumiere Events, there was no question in our minds that we wanted her to be our wedding planner. She had this aura to her that made us instantly feel like we would be in good hands. Two major things resonate with me from our experience: 1. Bri and her team took the time to genuinely get to know us and capture the details.They provided questionnaires to learn more, led thorough meetings each step of the way and brought us joy and confidence in a time that felt overwhelming and stressful. 2. They were calm, organized and always one step ahead and beyond what we expected. The design process alone was so impressive. Honoring our vision while staying realistic and raising helpful considerations kept us grounded. Not to mention she traveled across state lines several times to meet with us. We couldn't have imagined this process without Bri and her team's support. The experience and care put into their work is palpable. Thank you guys for everything.

Fantastic experience: Bri and her team are absolutely AMAZING and true experts at what they do! From the very beginning of the planning process, I told Bri that all I wanted was for our wedding to be beautiful and fun and she delivered that and then some. She and her team handled everything so seamlessly, from logistics to design, and the day turned out more stunning and more fun than I could have ever imagined. Fantastic experience: Booking Brianna and the Bela Lumiere team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. With a 3.5-4 month engagement and nearly 200 person wedding, we had a lot of work to do. Brianna helped keep us organized, on schedule, and calm. While I was focused on some big picture items, she was double checking with vendors, making sure the right music was set to play at the right time, thinking of the million little details that I would have missed and the day would have suffered from. I felt complete ease and peace the day of my wedding knowing the BL team had us. From steaming dresses and ties, to coat check, to vendor coordination, to decorating, to checking in on everyone and making sure we were okay; there was just no limit to what her team did for us. BL solved every small issue before it could turn into a larger one and they did it all with the calm and professionalism of people who have been doing this for decades. They worked as a well oiled machine. From taking the time to understand our vision and desires for our wedding to making sure the day itself went off without bride or groom ever even knowing there were hiccups, BL is a team I would hire again and again. Absolutely so grateful for them and how easy, carefree, and fun the day was knowing they were there.

Fantastic experience: The Bela Lumiere team truly made my wedding day an absolute dream. I had no idea where to start in the planning process, and I constantly get stuck in making decisions wondering which choice is “the right one”. My fiance was the one who suggested we hire a planner to help us. We called a few planners telling them our dream wedding- an intimate restaurant wedding at our favorite restaurant for 75 people. Of the two planners we talked to, Brianna was the one who was totally open to this idea even though it was her first restaurant wedding. Over the course of 14 months, Brianna, Rachel and Edee worked with us, first by asking us questions on our wants and budget, curating a design layout and helping make those dreams come to life. Their established connections with vendors across Alabama ensured that we had an easy process in finding and booking vendors. Brianna’s invaluable expertise detected holes in plans and worked quickly to resolve them. Shed team utilizes amazing software to help track tasks, searing arrangements, RSVPs and budget. Her transparency was much needed when having conversations about budget and priorities. On the day of the wedding, I was completely at ease and able to enjoy my day knowing that the day was planned flawlessly by Brianna. She made sure to check in on us, ensure that everyone was on time and resolved issues before we even knew issues existed. They also captured beautiful intimate moments throughout the day through their content creation package that my husband and I will cherish forever. In addition to Brianna and her team’s achievements, there is one aspect of this team that makes them truly one of a kind. Their warmth, kindness and encouragement made me feel confident, safe and relaxed throughout the planning process. This team is willing to take on new challenges and try new things with the goal of supporting the brides vision and supporting the bride along the way. To summarize this in just a few words, Brianna and her team’s skills are worth every penny, but their kindness puts them in a league of their own. Fantastic experience: I truly cannot recommend Bri & the Bela Lumiere Team enough! They went above and beyond in every way and were so beyond patient with all my questions, emails, and last minute changes. They absolutely brought my design vision to life! I felt so at peace on my wedding day, knowing absolutely everything was handled. Best day of my life, 100% thanks to BLE Oh and they also happen to make super cool social media content :)

Fantastic experience: Bri and her team planned my wedding on 4/26/25. It’s been over a month and I think about my wedding every single day! Bri made the planning process so easy and so much fun. You will truly feel like you’re the only bride Bri is working with due to her attention to details and always being available for questions/concerns. I trusted Bri 100% from day one and now that it’s all over I can absolutely say working her was the best decision we could have made! Our cocktail hour guitarist canceled on us THREE days before the wedding and Bri and her team had us another person booked within TWO hours. Even through all of that I was never stressed because I trusted Bri so much. Seeing everything come to life on the day of the wedding was unbelievable and watching her in action was honestly so impressive. I am forever grateful for the Bela Lumiere girls and they will hold a special place in my heart always!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin!! We booked Bri for partial planning, which meant she began helping us at 6 months out from our wedding day on May 3rd, 2025. The attention to detail, professionalism, and organization was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. We would have been absolutely lost without her wisdom and advice! We went back and forth so many times about whether or not to engage a wedding planner, in an effort to try and stick to our budget, but involving Bella Lumiere Events in our wedding planning process was hands down the best decision we made. She truly cares about her brides and brings a sense of peace on a day that could very easily be stressful. Highly HIGHLY recommend! So beyond worth it!!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Brianna enough. My mom and I chose a planner a few months out from the wedding because we were just overwhelmed. My check in meetings with her always made me feel soooo much better and she is so relaxed and makes what can be a very stressful day way less stressful. My mom said she never even understood how insanely valuable Brianna was to my wedding until day of and my mom said "worth every penny and more!" I could not have done it without her!

Fantastic experience: Brianna did an great job helping us through our wedding day on 4/29/23. We knew we needed help with setting up the venue, staying on schedule and coordinating vendors - so we chose her for our “day of” wedding coordinator. She made sure all of that was taken care of! I’m so happy with how our wedding day turned out, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Fantastic experience: Brianna was AMAZING. I could not recommend her more. We booked the Partial Wedding Planning Package, and it was perfect for us. The value far exceeded the cost. We live in Texas and were planning a wedding in Huntsville, so it was helpful to have someone in town to attend last minute vendor meetings and Facetime us in. Our wedding was on 4/1/23, and our original venue had a fire 3 weeks before hand. Brianna immediately let us know what happened and called us to brainstorm how to proceed. She used her many connections in North Alabama to find us a new venue, coordinated additional meetings with all of our vendors to update them on the new plan, and most importantly kept us calm throughout. Brianna is so easy to work with and we were so happy to have her be a part of our big day.

Fantastic experience: I consider myself so fortunate to have worked with Brianna! After months of planning and meetings there was never a doubt that my day was in the best hands possible. She welcomed and affirmed all of my ideas and truly made it a stress-free experience! (I REALLY mean that, our venue had a fire three weeks out so we decided to relocate our reception and I completely forgot the fire even happened). She offered me great vendors with excellent talent and service that guests raved about. She made my day incredible, and all the credit goes to her and her team!!!
