Her work speaks for itself - her designs are thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. She is quite literally a dream to work with - she's friendly, timely, efficient, and most importantly, makes the process fun and easy for both the client and the planner. She's willing to help with last minute hiccups/changes that arise, always with a smile on her face. I recommend Marion Matrimony every other day it feels like - she is a world class florist and human. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Cillia was gifted to me from an all inclusive package with my venue and I’m forever thankful that she was a part of the team for our wedding day. Our relationship started several months before the wedding with a zoom call where we got to know each other then I gave Cillia my vision for the florals for our wedding day. Throughout the next several months Cillia was available and adaptable to any changes I made with plans for our ceremony setup, number of bridesmaids, table setups, etc. Because Cillia has a relationship with the venue and coordinator for our wedding she primarily communicated directly to them for wedding day setup and timeline which was one less thing I had to worry about as the bride. This also ensured that her team was on time and professional throughout the day, I never had to worry about if the job was being done. On the wedding day, she delivered my bouquet directly to me which I thought was a nice and personal touch. When I saw the other larger floral installments for our wedding I was truly in awe. After months of imagining what your wedding florals will look like it was an incredible experience to see them brought to life. Cillia and her team went above and even beyond what I had imagined. Our wedding venue was set in the middle of nature, with a sprawling law, tall trees, and a creek so rather than cover the natural beauty of the space, I wanted to utilize florals to enhance the space. Cillia did a beautiful job of incorporating flowers into the space with soft white, pink, and neutral tones that blended with nature. She even settled the flowers into the space so that it appeared that the flowers were simply growing straight out of the ground onto our ceremony tree and grand staircase. Now, months after the wedding I still find myself staring at the photos from our wedding and all of the ones that include our florals are some of my most favorite!

Fantastic experience: There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful, magical, and helpful my experience with Marion Matrimony Events was. We hired Cillia & her team in December 2020 for full service planning, day of coordination, and floral for our April 2022 wedding. It was 1000% the BEST money we spent. Cillia was easy to work with, fun, kind, responsive, and very knowledgable of the wedding industry. I am a "big ideas" kind of girl but details and execution aren't my thing haha, I knew we would need some serious help with our wedding planning. My husband and I live in Austin, but our wedding was in Houston. That was absolutely no problem for Cillia as she has connections all over the state. She found us some amazing vendors that were truly the best fit for us and our personality. Cillia also custom made all of our save the dates, invitations, place cards, programs, and our wedding website. She mailed all of our invites & managed RSVPs for us, even reaching out to guests on our behalf to confirm attendance. Cillia also did our florals including our bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and 2 floral towers. They were exquisite and we have continued to receive complements on them. She also handled all of our hotel blocks, guest questions, transportation arrangements, vendor contract negotiations. You name it, Cillia handled it for us. I promise you - you will not regret investing in Marion Matrimony Events for your wedding. She made our wedding the most stress free, fun, enjoyable night of our lives and I am incredibly grateful to her and her staff for the time, effort, and talent they shared with us.

Fantastic experience: This is so overdue but I had the pleasure of Cillia being our wedding coordinator and could not have made a better decision! Fantastic experience: Some things are a no-brainer. I’m a Type A, D.I.Y. nerd who has a love for unique, immersive experiences. I’ve had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding for a while, but I knew I would need help so I put a call out for coordinators and florists who were willing to cosplay for our themed reverse micro-wedding. After researching and talking with many qualified vendors, it was immediately clear that Cillia with Marion Matrimony Events was the most enthusiastic and the best fit for our professional and personal needs. While our budget limited us to hiring her as our florist only, Cillia went above and beyond during our eight-month planning relationship. She was able to fulfill our vision for an organic, fantasy wedding with custom requests and small budget, as well as provide excellent recommendations for linens, decor, and timeline. I could always count on her for the quickest and thoroughest of replies, which made me feel truly heard and valued. Last-minute request? Cillia was ON IT. The day of our wedding, Cillia and her assistant, Desiree, showed up in excellent cosplay that allowed them to get their work done well while contributing to our experience. They came over-prepared and were able to bring life and beauty to our unintentionally basic wedding cake. They also took wonderfully aesthetic pictures that they shared with us immediately, some of which are our favorites from that day! Fantastic experience: Love this company! Cillia planned my Bachelorette getaway/party and everything was seamless. I appreciated that she captured my unique vision & feel that I was going for for my party. Leading up to the event, she maintained contact with my ladies and coordinated activities and photography at the venue which turned out fantastic. Fantastic experience: I recently had the honor of working with Cilla and her team at the Lost Mission in San Antonio Texas. I was so impressed by how calm, cool, and collected she and her team remained while coordinating a large wedding at a huge venue. Throughout the day I noticed Cillia's great eye for detail — there was not a single piece of decor or florals that were out of place. Additionally, she was so sweet and kind to her fellow vendors, which created a great atmosphere for everyone both working and attending the wedding. Prior to even working with her in real life, Cillia has been an amazing resource for me and my clients. I first met her when I interviewed her for a blog post about creating a budget for your wedding — her answers to my questions were incredibly insightful and educational. I wish I'd found her when I was planning my own wedding! Now, I can always count on her to respond in a timely fashion to my emails and provide me with expert advice whenever I have questions specific to the Austin market. Cillia is a wonderful and kind human — which can be refreshing in our industry — and anyone who hires her to plan their wedding are incredibly lucky.

Cilla must be made of magic because this wedding went on FLAWLESSLY! Her team was onsite doing florals, keeping the couples calm and happy and went above and beyond to make sure us vendors had what we needed. She never came across as bothered or flustered despite managing a team, wedding party across a huge space. I only wish I would have come across her business sooner so I could have recommended her to my past clients. But better late than never. I will always recommend the best of the best to my client because they deserve it, Cilla absolutely meets that standard and anyone planning a wedding/event would be doing a disservice to themselves for not hiring this woman and her team. 10 out of 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I'm a professional wedding entertainer with more than 20 years experience DJing and performing live for some of the most prestigious weddings in Texas, and I can say without hesitation that Cellia is probably the best wedding planner I've worked with. Her calm and always cool demeanor and approach on wedding day is a breath of fresh air in an often hectic environment. Cellia's pre planning and vendor team coordination is invaluable on the biggest day of your life. I can't say enough great things about her! Hire her TODAY before someone else does.

Fantastic experience: I am still in the mist of getting my dream wedding together, but I wanted to comment now so any looking for a wedding planner can see my comments. Cillia is patient...so patient. She is great with developing your vision into reality especially when you don't know what that vision is and you need the help articulating it. She rolls with the changes that consistently come and takes on working out the details. She is SOOO responsive. You can get to her!! You can bounce ideas, get her opinion, and share whatever--your fears, what is not working, & what's just frustrating the heck out of you! Cillia is there with you every step, answering questions. Getting answers from vendors so you don't have to. She makes things work and I am both blessed and thankful for her!

Fantastic experience: Cillia was a blessing. I honestly did not use her abilities to the full extent and I wish I would have. I would say if I had to do it over again I would have communicated with her much better because everything that slipped through the cracks on my wedding day was completely on me for not going over all the details with her. Even still she made the day go so much smoother and made sure that all I wanted happened. I was able to enjoy my whole night thanks to her, and she did it all on her own. Not to mention she is the sweetest most bubbly personality and I just adored working with her. Would recommend her to EVERYONE. She is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Cilia did an awesome job in keeping me sane and making sure my wedding was what i dreamed of. She was very patient with me as i was a needy/bossy bride on the day of my wedding. Leading up to my wedding she did a perfect job of staying in contact with me. Being the forgetful person that i am, it would often slip my mind that we had a call scheduled, but Cilia called when she aid she would. Without Cilia there would have just been so many missing pieces; It is like she has the master wedding checklist. I cannot express my thanks enough! NOT TO MENTION she was like 6 months pregnant and still rocked it! I don't plan on ever getting married again, but if i did I would pick Cilia!

Fantastic experience: Cillia's services were hands down the best purchase I made for our wedding. Even though I only hired her as a DOC, she helped me throughout the entire process. Not only did she help me make sense of my vision, she loaned some amazing decor, and made me the perfect wild flower chandelier. She made sure the timeline went smoothly while simultaneously setting out decorations AND doing flower arrangements. Seriously, she is a wonder woman. I didn't have to stress because she took care of everything! My family has since remarked how smoothly the day went and how amazing everything looked. None of this would have been possible without Cillia. If you are looking for Day of Coordinator or planner, Marion Matrimony Events should be your only choice.
