Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service from this team! These are the planners that you want to help curate your special day. They are extremely responsive, so on top of all of your details, incredibly considerate and advocate for you in harder conversations and just overall a joy to work with during your whole process. I would choose them over and over again! My Husband and I had used them for two months of planning but they came in and it was such a relief. They also were not hesitant on assisting before the two months started, answering all my questions and brainstorming with me in any way I needed. Such great women!

Fantastic experience: Adding just a couple of things to the last review: Tania and Jamison went above and beyond every single day for us. From day one of planning through the last day of our 5 day destination wedding over 2 years later. They were right there for whatever and whenever we needed them, be it a major vendor falling through less than a month from the wedding to us waffling on what shade of table cloths to use. You two did all we asked and more. You become family in such a short time. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: There are no words to express our gratitude to Jamison and Tania. Their knowledge and advice was invaluable, and their service to our guests was unmatched; from personally greeting and checking in our guests, to bringing me tequila shots when I had a Bridal Breakdown at one of my events, they were the rockstars at our wedding… several people asked for their contact information before the reception was over! Our florist pulled out a week prior to our week-long destination wedding, and they used their contacts (and possibly magic) to find the perfect florist in Cancun who went above and beyond our wildest dreams. Our wedding, in spite of everything that could go wrong actually going wrong (due to world and life events), was absolutely perfect in the end, and they deserve all the credit. They saved the day more times than we can count. The best decision that we made was hiring Jamison and Tania, and we will always be grateful. Fantastic experience: From our first Zoom meeting with Jamison and Tania, we knew we wanted to choose them as our planners. We loved their vibe even though the screen, and I'm glad we made this decision. Jamison and Tania met with us virtually multiple times leading up to the month of our meeting. My wife and I are very particular so we had lots of questions and ideas, and Jamison and Tania helped us bring them all to life. And at the rehearsal and day-of, they were there to deal with our nerves and, more crucially, our parents' nerves. And they were so patient, calm, and professional. I never doubted that we were in good hands. They even rescued us from our (well-meaning) photographers after our ceremony so we had time to be alone for a bit between the ceremony and reception. I'm so grateful for their help and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I am a very Type-A person with a strong sense of what I want. I had a pretty specific vision for my wedding day, and I was so very nervous to choose a wedding planning/coordination team simply because I am a control freak...but man, I AM SO HAPPY TANIA & JAMISON (and the rest of the team) WERE APART OF THE BIG DAY! Truthfully, I only began searching for wedding planners because it was required by the venue I chose (Los Robles Greens); however, now looking back on the entire experience, thank God I had Jamison & Tania Events! The amount of assistance they provided during the wedding day cleanup/packing alone was extremely worth every penny, zoom call, teams meeting, etc. that was spent during planning our wedding. We booked Jamison & Tania Events for their "Limited Planning Package with the Design Add-On", and it was so much bang for our buck! This package was only supposed to be inclusive of the last 60-days of planning prior to the wedding day + wedding rehearsal + wedding day itself - but in reality, the entire JTE team was more than willing to chime in and help, answer emails and questions, and check-in on me to ensure all was going well for the entire 8 or 9 months before the wedding that we had booked with them. The entire JTE team were so insightful, eager to help this controlling bride be at ease, and were always willing to help lead me in the best direction to fit my vision and budget for the wedding. I went into wedding planning thinking I am more than capable doing everything on my own (and a part of me knows I could've done it on my own if the venue didn't REQUIRE I have a wedding planner/coordinator vendor), BUT I am ultimately so glad Jamison & Tania were by my side to bounce ideas off of, talk through budget concerns, and discuss all the day-of timeline details with. They even took the lead when it came to reaching out to various florists and rental companies for quotes (thanks to that "design add-on" part of our contract). They ensured no stone was left un-turned, and I literally think back to my wedding and am so grateful my husband and I had Jamison & Tania. It wouldn't have been as smooth sailing of a wedding without them. 10/10 would recommend them, time and time again. P.s. - the Aisle Planner website that they utilize is incredible! Keeps everything so organized (budget, timeline, vendor contacts, website, design/vision boards, etc.). Helped me keep my sanity!!

Fantastic experience: Leadership in times of potential turbulence. Dramatic I know but these two and their team were anything but drama. The planning was meticulous. periodically, on queue, we would hear a whisper, "it's time for.." to allow us a few more moments within our personal bliss to get ready for the first dance or cake cutting, speeches and so on.....creating a finalized, well thought out experience no matter what concerns or confusion we thought we may have had. These ladies made everything seamless, they are amazing. We raise our glasses and toast Jamison, Tania and the team "Cheers and thank you for the memories!"

Fantastic experience: Jamison, Tania, Tomi, and the rest of their team were such great wedding planners. They answered all my questions quickly and kindly. They executed my vision perfectly, everything turned out exactly how I wanted :) The day of, they were so helpful and informative, telling us and our whole wedding party exactly where we needed to be. Highly recommend, it was the best day ever!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a wedding planner and my photographer mentioned that Tania and Jamison were one of the best planners he has worked with, he was not wrong. I am so glad I chose Tania and Jamison. My venue required a 30 day and day of wedding planner, and since it was my first wedding, I didn’t think I needed one though. Wow was I wrong, you ABSOLUTELY need a wedding planner no matter how organized you are. You want to enjoy your day and not be working, or on your phone. I got the 60 day package, but they were available for anything when I signed our contract 4 months prior. I had constant visibility into all of the vendor communications and decisions. The day of our wedding I received so many compliments by random wedding guests about how organized and smooth my wedding was going. We felt so relaxed and confident in them and our day was perfect!

Fantastic experience: Jamison + Tania were a dream for our wedding day in March. Initially, I was so overwhelmed when reaching out to vendors, and they circled back with me a month later and offered a zoom call to talk about what they had to offer. That alone had me sold, I could tell right away they were the ones I wanted to work with. They both made me feel at ease, and honestly it felt like I knew them forever! My wedding day was absolutely incredible. They were so attentive, so thorough, so on top of it. They made me feel so special, and if anything went wrong I still have no idea haha! I cannot recommend using them enough. They are worth every single bit of your time. I honestly wish I could get married again just to work with them again! They were always so attentive and really helped me articulate my vision. Tania was incredible at helping me stay organized and communicating with our vendors. She went above and beyond to make sure the whole weekend was stress free. She even offered to help my mother in law with the rehearsal dinner set up. The day of my wedding was truly a dream. It could not have been more perfect. The entire day was completely stress free and that is solely because of Tania. Not a single thing went wrong the entire day, she was so on top of everything. There are so many little details to planning a dream wedding, without their experience many would have been overlooked. Fantastic experience: Hiring Jamison + Tania was the best decision we made throughout wedding planning. There’s so much I could say, but mostly I’ll say, just do it. Jamison + Tania ensured that our day was truly perfect and that every detail (large and small) was accounted for. Everything ran extremely smoothly on the day of as well as in the months prior as we created the timeline and finalized all of the pieces. Tania and the team received so many compliments from our friends and family and it was clear that we could not have been in better hands. Our family and friends described the day as perfect and complimented the overall flow, details, and design, almost all of which was due to Jamison + Tania. Leading up to the wedding, everyone commented on how stress- free we seemed, which was entirely due to the support from Jamison + Tania. What sets them apart? 1. The fact that they are a team of two. You’re getting double the expertise and attention along with support from other members of their team. From the second we hired them, Jamison + Tania were just a quick email away and by the end of the process, Tania and I were texting daily. They are not at all transactional and were happy to weigh in on anything relating to the wedding, whether or not it was officially within their “scope” or not. 2. They will always provide their expertise and opinions but at the end of the day, will go above and beyond to ensure YOUR vision comes to life no matter how unique or creative it is (hello, ice cream cake from Dairy Queen). 3. In general, they are the most genuine, caring, and highly professional individuals and our day would not have been the same without their support along the way.

Fantastic experience: My husband , Jake and I got married this past May and Hiring Tania and Jamison was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. I wish we could give them 10 stars- 5 wouldn’t be enough! They are extremely professional, thoughtful and made us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. They are so knowledgeable and well connected- we hired so many vendors through their recommendations and felt our wedding couldn’t have run more smoothly than it did. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and care so much about their couples. They removed any stress that comes with the planning process… Jake and I felt so supported every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond. No detail was forgotten about! I even forgot a speaker to my bridal suite and Jamison went to her home and brought hers just so I could have music while getting ready. Tania always has the answers and if she doesn’t, she will make sure to find out. They make the most amazing team… I would recommend them to anyone in this exciting wedding planning chapter. Fantastic experience: The negative review seems very uncharacteristic for Jamison. We also paid for the month of coordinator package and I had the exact opposite experience. In fact, Jamison was incredibly helpful throughout our wedding planning process even though we only paid for the month. My husband and I are both law students and we were incredibly overwhelmed planning our wedding. I didn’t feel like I was organized enough to pass it all off. But Jamison contacted all of our vendors in the final month and put together a timeline. I was so stressed about the wedding day because I had no idea what to expect since I didn’t the planning myself. Jamison did an incredible job placing our decor items and made sure all of our random requests were there on the wedding day. The day went by so fast for me but I didn’t worry for a second because Jamison was in charge of everything and made the day go so smoothly. I can’t thank her enough for making our wedding day so easy for us.

Negative experience: Jamison was probably the only vendor we felt was a waste of money. Paid for the month of wedding planning service, but felt like we had to drag and prod her for everything. She wasn’t really in contact with other vendors. Didn’t give us heads up on key events (cake cutting / speeches / last dance). Didn’t even coordinate tables for photos on wedding day. A change on the timeline took her 7 days to update after multiple emails and calls of prodding. Her messages to the wedding venue were consistently wrong. She also rolled her eyes and looked unhappy throughout the event. She did a good job of following instructions on setting up the decorations, but that was frankly the extent of value add.

Fantastic experience: Planning a wedding during a pandemic is far from easy but Jamison made it so simple, easy, and memorable! My husband and I were set to be married August 8, 2020 with Jami as our day of coordinator, but had to postpone the big celebration to next year. We ultimately decided we still wanted to marry on our original date and Jami offered us a package to help plan/coordinate a micro wedding with immediate family. She helped us find an amazing venue, kept great communication throughout the whole planning process, and helped bring our vision to life. Even though a micro wedding wasn’t our original plan, with her help our wedding day exceeded anything we could’ve imagined. She picked up our cake for us, helped set up all the decor/florals I had planned, and even helped pack everything up at the end of the night. There aren’t enough words to say how grateful we are for her. We put our full trust in Jami and she went above and beyond to make our day special. We can’t wait for next year to celebrate with her again!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Jamison Events and her staff. Hands down the most amazing experience. There are not enough stars to give in this review. I started the planning of my 1920s / Great Gatsby wedding a year and a half ago. I came to Jami with my ideas and vision. From day one she was able to help with my budget, venue, great referrals for vendors (she knows everyone) and even ideas for decor. I am very hands on and she let me take the reigns where I wanted. Throughout the process she was always available and never let me feel alone or lost she would always tell me "don't worry about that, we got this" and she was always right. I never once had to worry about anything. She helped me to make my themed wedding very classy and not costumey. She was always available to listen to my ideas and if she ever saw anything she thought I'd like or that would go with my theme she always right away got in touch with me. Leading up to the day the rehearsal is where I really got to see her experience and knowledge in action. I had a big wedding party and she was able to get everyone together, focused and on point with in a short amount of time. Leading up to the day of the wedding people kept asking me if I was nervous and my answer was always no. And I wasn't, because I knew I had Jamison there and it was going to turn out perfectly no matter what. And it did. She kept our wedding on schedule, everything moving and made sure we didn't miss a thing. I had a ton of decor and she made sure everything got out where it needed to be. She's so calm and can handle any crazy personality. Going forward I would never let any friends get married without hiring Jamison. She's a life saver and will make sure you have the wedding of your dreams.
