Fantastic experience: Amit and his team helped my family with my 2 day wedding in October at the Hyatt hill country in San Antonio! They are INCREDIBLE! As a type A person I thought we could handle everything, but predictably, as life happens, the whole thing gets so overwhelming. We started meeting every week about a 2 months or so before the wedding and Amit was incredibly detailed in his conversation and event breakdowns. We went through each small thing, programs, handing out snacks, coordinating our first look, timelines and important people, as well as working with all the vendors and the hotel team on site to ensure everything went smoothly. About 1 week out I got too stressed out, so I just threw up my hands and Vrushali really came through. Every aspect of every event ran perfectly. My husband and I were able to actually relax and enjoy everything. It was the best weekend of our lives and this team played a huge part in making that possible. They had a great team in constant communication with eachother. The girl who stayed with me all weekend was so professional and kind. She helped with every little thing and kept the energy calm. If there was a problem that weekend I still don’t know about it! My venue required a coordinator but I’m honestly so grateful because I don’t think I would have ever enjoyed my wedding as much as I did without Amit and his team! I cannot recommend them enough! Ps. They made sure I got all 3 flavors of cake and got to eat all the food, which is very important. These people know how to help you throw an incredible event! And most importantly, they make sure you enjoy it!

Negative experience: unprofessional with employees bad with communication. Saw them being rude to a girl that works with them and was very heartbreaking.
