Fantastic experience: A tremendous thank you to the OSO IN LOVE team! We planned our wedding from across the country, but with guidance from the OSO team, it did not feel like we missed out on anything. Rob recommended amazing vendors that were talented, available, within our budget, and inclusive. That saved us so much research time, and we could book other vendors with confidence. Additionally, Rob did a fantastic job with designs and decorations. We had an idea of the vibe of our wedding, and Rob turned those aesthetic aspirations into a concrete vision. Our wedding was beautiful and exactly as we wanted!!! Lastly, while we were initially surprised to learn that Rob would not be at our wedding, our day-of coordinator Sarah was such a joy to work with. She led our dinner rehearsal and ensured that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. She GOT THINGS DONE!! Our wedding day was truly magical, and we couldn’t have done it without Rob and Sarah.

Fantastic experience: Rob was an incredible planner to work with. We had a wedding at an outdoor venue that required significant coordination to bring everything together and we couldn't have done it without him! From the very first meeting all the way through tear down afterward, Rob helped every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and proactive about helping us find our other vendors and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day with no stress as he managed everything on the day. Truly worth every penny, we can't recommend Oso in Love enough!

Fantastic experience: We booked OSO for day-of--only coordination but we still received amazing support leading up to wedding as well. I am a A type bride, and we effectively had a backyard barn wedding where we had to bring in a lot of items (tent/table/chairs/decor/food trucks/bar etc). Rob was fantastic. I loved the To-Do list and all the wealth of advice he was available for leading up to the wedding. The zoom planning meetings leading up the wedding were great. Help with a timeline template and finalization was key. I barely saw Rob the day of the wedding because he was WORKING HIS BUTT OFF making sure it was running as smoothly as possible. He contacted all of our vendors beforehand and coordinated with them all the day of. He set up all of the chairs, table decorations, he did an AMAZING job setting up our dessert table, asked minimal questions, prob put out a ton of fires we had no idea about, did tons of clean-up, etc. etc. Really helped to give peace of mind that everything we worked so hard to put together ran as smoothly as possible!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to work with Rob this last December at the Tinsmith, and what he curated for my clients was absolutely stunning. He was very kind, great to work alongside as a vendor, and my couples have nothing but amazing things to say about Rob. Fantastic experience: Rob and Jane were just fantastic! We are not huge wedding people and didn't want to do a lot of the traditions, but decided to have a wedding so we could get everyone together to celebrate. Rob really listened to us and instantly understood the vibe we were going for, and planned us an incredible day that I will remember forever. Every single vendor he suggested was fabulous (caterer, DJ, hair stylist, florist), and every detail he suggested was spot on. We did the papa bear package, and initially weren't sure if it was worth it. I'm so glad we did. He made a budget for us and made sure we stayed within it, designed and printed all of our invitations and thank you notes, designed us a color scheme and design for the day that ended up being beautiful and perfect, and did so much of the upfront planning that it made planning a breeze. After listening to what we wanted (and the things we didn't care about), Rob helped us allocate how to spend our budget, and then found us vendors who were fun to work with, within-budget, free on our day, and who matched our vibe. Every single vendor Rob suggested was fabulous and it must have saved us hours and hours of poring over reviews and agonizing over these decisions. We got so many compliments on our caterer and DJ and truly I think they were some of the best I've experienced at a wedding. And their prices were great! Rob knows all these hidden gems, and the information is just invaluable. Rob and Jane are extremely organized, and very much want you to have the day you want, no matter what that means. I've been to and in a lot of weddings, and often I find that the couple is really stressed leading up to and during the wedding. Working with Rob made it so that we didn't have to deal with any of that. We were able to focus on the things we wanted, not get bogged down in logistics, and were really able to just enjoy the day and have fun. Of all the money we spent on our wedding, hiring Oso In Love was easily one of the best uses of our funds and I would do it all over again. Day of, Jane (our day of coordinator) handled everything big and small, and made the day go so smoothly. On top of it all, they are both incredibly nice and fun people, who are super down to earth and just fun to work with. Every meeting with Rob made me feel relaxed and excited, and I could not have hoped for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

Fantastic experience: We hired Rob for our daughter's wedding. He was WONDERFUL! Throughout the planning we really appreciated his guidance with vendor recommendations & selection, contract reviews, helpful checklists, and his responsiveness to all of our questions. He also scheduled timely check-ins along the way. When the wedding weekend arrived, he ran everything so seamlessly! He did everything from directing the rehearsal, maintaining vendor communication & coordination, setting up decor, keeping us on the pre-determined timeline for the day, all the way to packing up at the end of the night. He took so much stress out of the weekend for us and delivered a perfect day for our families. Everything looked stunning. This is the easiest 5 star review. I HIGHLY recommend Rob to anyone planning a wedding!

Fantastic experience: If you’re seeing this review, don’t even hesitate and book Oso in love wedding coordination right now!! He was my day of (really 2 month of) coordinator for our wedding in June 2024 and was by far the most incredible vendor we booked. He went above and beyond to make our day the most spectacular day of our life. He even took the napkins we rented home with him a few days before the tie them into gorgeous knots to be placed on our table settings. He worked SO hard morning of to get everything set up perfectly (and there was a lot!) and he did fantastic at getting everything torn down at the end of the night so that us or our family didn’t have to worry about a thing. During the wedding and reception he was so helpful with any little thing we needed and kept all our vendors running smooth. I’m not kidding, we were able to have the best day ever all because of Rob.

Fantastic experience: We brought Rob in to be our day-of coordinator and we can’t recommend Rob enough! Rob is so easy to work with and knowledgeable. He also has great relationships with other vendors, which really helped build our confidence as we went through the planning process. Since we were planning remotely, we needed a lot of help with logistics and setup during the day. Rob went above and beyond, both leading up to the day and during! We coordinated a number of elements (like linens and printing) through him, which streamlined the day and reduced a lot of stress! With us not being local, it’s hard to imagine everything running as smoothly as it did without Rob’s help!

Fantastic experience: We had the most fabulous experience working with Rob & Jenny for our July 2024 wedding! Rob helped us think strategically about our vision and how to stay organized. As our day of coordinator, Jenny went ABOVE AND BEYOND to set us up for success on our big day. She responded to every message or email in a timely manner (no matter how small our questions were). As we were planning a wedding from out of state, Jenny even went to our venue to meet with the venue staff to talk through all the little logistics. She typed up detailed directions for us to share with our guests to make sure they had a smooth arrival. She provided guidance on every aspect, as needed, and provided recommendations based on her expertise. Our wedding day went PERFECTLY with Jenny handling things without bringing them to our attention and Rob checking in with us to make sure we were all set. I cannot recommend OSO enough. Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Rob enough! We knew from our first call we had found the right person to guide us through the new, and often overwhelming, wedding journey. Rob was extremely helpful and always met us where we were at. He was wonderful communicator and always had an answer to our question or took it upon himself to figure it out. He was an excellent thought partner and was instrumental in helping us find our vendors. We were able to tell him our priorities, what wasn’t important to us, and budget, and he was able to connect us with amazing people. He also helped us with some rentals and additional day of support. Everyone within his community he brought along for the ride amazing and made the day even more special. He has a very calming energy and having Rob there on the big day put everyone at ease. Fantastic experience: Hiring Rob was one of the best things we did for our wedding! We needed a day-of coordinator and someone to run the rehearsal the night before and we liked that he offered different packages and the ability to add on services. He did a great job coordinating the rehearsal, decorating the venue and keeping our timeline on track. We were able to relax and enjoy our day while he took care of everything. Fantastic experience: We met Rob through the WedPlan expo and instantly knew he was the core of our June wedding in 2024. We instantly clicked with Rob's magnetic personality, and we could feel that he felt the same about us! Fantastic experience: We hired Rob to help curate our wedding in September 2023. From the outset, we had a fairly strict budget and timeline (6 months from hiring to wedding day) we wanted to try to stick to, and Rob was happy to work with us to get everything we wanted to have within that budget and timeline. In advance of the wedding, he helped us with choosing a venue, getting hotel blocks set up for the day, and generally coordinating and tracking all the tasks that needed to get done. Closer to the wedding date, some specifics he helped us with were ideating and procuring color-coordinated decorations, dinnerware, and coming up with a day-of timeline of events for our mixed-Indian-American wedding. Throughout the lead up, he and Jenny were proactive and communicative with us and helped us ensure that we were in good shape. On the day of, Rob and Jenny worked extremely hard, mostly behind the scenes, to get everything set up and torn down on schedule. Despite having our ceremony in one location and reception in another, everything went perfectly. Rob even helped with some of the cues during our ceremony without us giving much notice, and everything went without a hitch. Thank you so much for helping to create such an amazing unforgettable day for us!

Fantastic experience: We took a very DIY-approach to the details of our wedding, knowing that we wanted to keep things simple and allow the beauty of our venue to stand out. With that in mind, my husband and I had no intention to hire a wedding planner of any kind. That said, something like 6 months before we realized that the event coordination our venue offered might not completely cover the needs we had (mainly to set out the simplistic decor on the tables), and in a panic we decided to hire a day-of coordinator. We had such a great call with Rob amidst that slight panic, who reassured us and told us that his associate Jenny was available to work our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Jenny went above and beyond in helping us with our timeline, following up with our vendors, and giving us seasoned advice. Day of, Jenny was reassuring, fun, and helped make sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times and that the smallest details were attended to. We wish we could work with Jenny and Rob again! And for any couples on the fence about hiring at least day of coordination services... if you can at all afford it, it is money well spent. The relief and peace I felt on our wedding day knowing that I didn't need to check on anything myself was worth the money and then some. Thanks Jenny and Rob!!!

OSO In Love worked tirelessly on the day of our wedding to get everything just right, and coordinating with our vendors. The set up was fabulous with high attention to detail, we were able to focus on our big day instead of performing any hands-on set up. Tear-down was accomplished efficiently, ensuring that our families were able to leave at a reasonable time with confidence that everything was taken care of while we enjoyed the afterparty with our guests. OSO In Love’s graphic design was very well done, and helped save us the stress of finding another vendor to produce that element. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more pleased. We will be recommending OSO In Love Wedding & Event Curators to friends and family in the future.

Fantastic experience: We were really pleased to have Rob as both the officiant and DJ at our wedding. We didn't have any strong traditions to base our ceremony on, but Rob gave us plenty of options to choose from and delivered a great, modern ceremony that spoke to our values. Some of our guests even commented we must have known each other for a while. He also offered a song planner that made it easy for us to choose music for every occasion throughout the evening, from the processional to dancing, and his sound and light setup was great. He's been involved in all aspects of wedding planning, so he knows exactly what he's doing. I've run into Rob around town since our wedding and he's simply a nice guy.

Fantastic experience: We hired Rob as our Day of Coordinator. His package was reasonably priced, and he provided some resources to help us organize our wedding materials. We also love his consistent bear/oso theme! He was very prompt in his arrival to our venue, and he needed very minimal direction. Once he was told where things were for set up and where the Bride & Groom were, he was on his way. As the Bride, I barely heard from him on the day of the wedding (good thing!) aside from making sure we got through the essentials such as signing our documents. He really took initiative when it came to cleaning the space even if it was a task the venue was going to handle themselves. He kept himself busy even if it was outside his usual task scope. He even allowed my florists' team to leave before the room swap as he took over moving some of our florals. Whenever we did speak to him, he was very professional, patient, but fun. The day went smoothly without my husband and I having to step in which really made it so we did not have to stress about the logistics of the wedding. We definitely recommend Rob for anyone who is looking for a coordinator!

Fantastic experience: We decided in December that we wanted to get married in July and had a difficult time finding wedding planners who could promise anything substantial on any sort of reasonable budget. We could tell immediately from Rob's demeanor from our first interview with him that he approached it all very differently and tried to keep things slightly more casual but still gave us a sense of professionalism. He helped us pick our wedding venue, our reception location, setup the ceremony itself (both in design & physical assembly), and helped us manage our budget itself, all while charging a VERY reasonable cost for himself. I still can't believe what he was able to accomplish on a limited timeline and how affordable he was and making the entire thing feel much less stressful than it could have been.

Fantastic experience: Rob Anderson with OSO IN LOVE worked a miracle and put together an amazing, fun, very gay wedding for us in just three months. He helped us find a venue that was spectacular, one that we had no idea was in our budget range. He was very attentive and made sure we were aware of everything we needed to do and that we had the information to do it--not that there was much for us to do because he handled the vast majority of things. His fees are very competitive and he brought a great value because just about everything we needed done he could do, from managing subcontractors for rentals and catering to decorating and providing DJ services. I can't say for certain but I believe the savings he found for us covered his fee. Don't choose him based on cost alone: Rob is very good at what he does, he has a team that did a great job taking care of us and our 75 guests on our wedding day, and he's a lot of fun. I would recommend him to our friends with absolutely no reservations.

Fantastic experience: Rob made my Boho Disco dreams come to life! He was so wonderful to work with and made our day so easy and made it possible to enjoy every moment. I went back and forth on whether I needed a day of coordinator and am so happy I moved forward with Rob! I could have never pulled it off without him!

Fantastic experience: Rob was fantastic. He handled correspondence with vendors well, but my main appreciation was everything that he handled the day of the wedding. Between setting up table decor, putting together our last-minute wedding arch purchase, and actually handing the payments to other vendors, we had nothing to worry about that day. We had an all-vaccinated wedding and were checking proof of vaccinations at the door, and Rob and his assistant Jenny handled that checking and were so helpful (even if a few of our guests gave them some trouble at the door). Rob also handled the arrival of our late night bites, facilitated the fix of a silly napkin error on the part of our caterers, and was just generally super helpful and kept us in the loop without constantly bothering us with minor things. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Rob came in at the perfect time. My husband and I hired a wedding planner a year and a half in advance to our wedding. We got to within 5 months of our wedding date and were having issues getting any response out of our original wedding planner. That's when we learned that Rob was in the same business and I had reached out to him to ask him for advice on what to do. He immediately responded with what should have happened up until that point and advised us to go a new a route. Rob told us he was available that Saturday of our wedding and he would love to jump on board. We did and never looked back. We had lots of ideas in our head that were having trouble bringing to life. We told Rob what we were thinking and he immediately sprang into action. We had a demo board within 2 weeks of hitting go! He was bringing our visions to life and we were getting even more excited! For us, design, decor, and day of planning is what we needed most. Rob knocked it out of the park! We know for a fact that our day wouldn't have gone so smooth if it wasn't for Rob. If there was a problem we had no idea about it! We trusted Rob to make the decisions that needed to be made and we are truly honored that he was able to be there for us during this process! Give Rob and OSO in Love a huge thought when thinking about your wedding. You WILL NOT be disappointed!
