Fantastic experience: Angie was a true life saver throughout our wedding planning process. Both my husband and I are attorneys, with little to no time for personal matters---let alone planning a wedding. We found Angie through several online forums raving about her experience and expertise and we are SO GRATEFUL that we hired her. Angie's patience, vision, tenacity, and organization helped us navigate the entire planning process from start to finish. She worked with us and our crazy work schedules as we booked vendors, ironed out details, and handled every little fire drill that came our way. What I appreciated most was her availability: whether it be by text, call, or email, Angie was incredibly responsive and able to jump in to help with any questions or concerns that I had. Come the wedding day, we didn't need to worry about a thing. Her and her team made sure that our families could enjoy without having to coordinate, plan, or remediate any decisions. Fantastic experience: Angie and her team were incredible. I love my husband, but I kind of want to get married again just so I can do it all over - that's how fun Angie is. She was incredible throughout the whole process, answering every little question I had and guiding us through it all seamlessly. She provided helpful information without it feeling like she was steering us in any direction. Every decision was our own, but they were easy to make. Her network of vendors is incredible, and her knowledge of everything our venue needed was spot on. As an extremely type A person, I've never felt more relaxed planning something than I did for our wedding. And it really was the best night of our lives! Even as I got cocktail sauce spilled on my dress during cocktail hour, I blissfully laughed with friends as the team swooped in to fix it - a miracle. Choosing to work with Angie and her team is a decision you can feel completely confident about—almost as effortless as saying “Yes!” to your fiancé.

Fantastic experience: Angie was amazing!! We hired her for her day-of-coordinator services and she did an excellent job. I was a very stressed bride with wedding planning but on the day of the wedding I was so care free because of Angie and her team. They set up the reception better than I could’ve imagined, coordinated with all the vendors, were incredibly detail oriented and knew which questions to ask, and took care of everything all day long. Truly could not have done it without Belle Behind the Ball!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best coordinator EVER! Angie and her team were flawless. I hired them after realizing there was no way I could do everything myself for our October 2022 wedding and they stepped right up to the plate. From hooking me up with my designer, to assisting with the day of timeline, they handled everything and if something did go astray that day, I was none the wiser ;). Fantastic experience: Hiring Angie for full service planning was the best wedding planning decision we made! We were planning from out of town but Angie’s knowledge of the area and attention to deal helped ensure everything went smoothly. She knows all the best vendors in the area and helped us secure an amazing team for our day. She made sure it was all about us and never imposed her own preferences, but when we were unsure about something she always had great suggestions. She did a great job answering our questions promptly throughout the process. She was very responsive to all of my ideas and went above her duties to assist with decor and transforming the venue into our luxury wedding. Fantastic experience: We initially questioned the purpose and value of a day of coordinator.... and now post wedding we get it. Thank you! It would not have been what it was without your help, especially during the challenging time of August 2020 with Covid restrictions. Angie kept everything on track and took the work off us so that we could really be present for our daughter’s special day. I think of all the small details that I would have been responsible for that she and her assistant took care of. She was easy to work with and coordinated communication with all the vendors. Fantastic experience: One of the first decisions we made a year before our daughter got married was to hire Angie. And it was the best decision we made! The team of vendors that Angie pulled together was fantastic and the way they all worked together was a marvel. Through the planning process, Angie made all of us (the bride, the groom, the parents) feel listened to and understood and we ended up with a wedding that was just what all of us wanted (even though we didn't all see eye to eye at the beginning!). The pandemic changed our plans greatly and Angie worked closely with us (by Zoom!) to adjust schedules and numbers and plans. The day of the wedding went so smoothly; Angie had us well prepared for what would happen and she handled the inevitable curve balls that came up. We had a beautiful day celebrating our daughter and her husband, and spending time with our family and friends. We highly recommend Angie!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin? Our daughter’s wedding was just so lovely, despite the crazy roads we went down to get to it! Angie took so many of my panicky calls, even when they came at her in rapid succession :). She is a great listener and always had options for us. I also want to acknowledge how incredible this now seems to me, as Angie too, was reeling with a huge impact to her business. Belle Behind the Ball held us up, and that meant the world to us, as we so wanted to give our daughter and her husband the best day ever. And it happened! While I always understood the role Belle Behind the Ball played in all of the planning and re-navigating (their Aisle Planner tool was so helpful), I do want to say that Angie and Becca were AMAZING the day of! Just their presence was a huge comfort – this team in action is something else. We wanted for nothing - everything we needed, they anticipated. And they did it all with a joy and enthusiasm that told us all that this was truly a special day. I highly recommend Belle Behind the Ball!

Fantastic experience: Angie was absolutely incredible! She was always very professional, respectful, and punctual. Especially considering the conditions in which we planned our wedding (early 2020), her knowledge of the industry and of the South Bend vendors was invaluable! Fantastic experience: Belle Behind the Ball is AWESOME! Angie and her team made sure my wedding went smoothly. I didn't feel well for part of my wedding so Angie changed the schedule and no one even knew, our night went on and I did not stress at all because Angie and her team made sure all of the other vendors knew about the schedule change. Having a bridal assistant was also very helpful throughout the day/night. I cannot express how CRUCIAL having a coordinator is! If you are questioning if a coordinator is necessary let me tell you it 100% is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I just got married in October and I am BEYOND grateful that Angie and her team were a part of it. When I started planning my wedding I knew I NEEDED someone to help me with all the details, especially the day of. The more I talk to people, the more this name kept being brought up. Angie, you need Angie, Angie Anderson with Belle behind the Ball is who you need on your big day. Do not trust anyone but Angie. Thank you to everyone who recommended her because I don’t know what I would have done without her. Angie has this cool, don’t worry I will take care of it attitude and that is exactly what you need during this stressful process. She works with so many different vendors, knows everyone and can get you exactly what you want. We had to change our venue MONTHS before the big day. With Angie, it wasn’t a problem. She had a backup list ready to go in case something like this happened. We had to set up our own tables. With Angie, it wasn’t a problem. Her team brought my dreams to life. Everything was beyond perfect. My family is divorced and I knew there could be drama when the two families came together. I told Angie in advance and she was there, putting out fires, having my back, making sure MY DAY was exactly that, stress free and perfect. I also can’t say enough about her assistants. They treated me like a princess. They were holding my flowers, train, anything I needed while making sure I was hydrated, laughing, every hair was in place, make up was flawless, the list goes on. Long story short, if you want a stress free wedding, someone constantly in your corner, someone who really cares about your and bringing your dreams to life, Angie Anderson is your gal. She is worth every penny and I adore her so much! THANKS ANGIE!!!

Fantastic experience: I was beyond, beyond impressed with Angie and her team. I was a very laid back bride (probably too much so!) and she really helped me with small details I would have never otherwise considered. She provided so many suggestions and helped me with all the finishing touches for my wedding day, and I believe that helped it take my wedding from average to above and beyond. She also managed to meet all the needs of my very detail oriented mother in law (who is in the wedding business). Overall I was so impressed with Angie and would highly recommend them! Plus the price was very reasonable for the services provided (day of coordinator). My day went smoothly and I practically had zero stress because of Angie and her team. I was beyond thrilled!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Angie to be our month of wedding coordinator was hands down the greatest decision my husband and I made for our wedding! Angie is not only one of the kindest people we have ever met, but she truly is passionate about wedding planning. Angie was my right-hand gal throughout the entire month leading up to our wedding. Any question I had throughout the entire wedding planning process was answered immediately, and she was available to chat with me at all times during the day! She has incredible taste, and was able to help me make crucial wedding decisions with total ease. She completely made wedding planning less stressful for me as an anxious bride. Besides helping us plan our dream wedding, Angie also planned the honeymoon of our dreams! We had always wanted to go to Tahiti, and completely blew it out of the water! She planned us the most magical honeymoon that we are still pinching ourselves over. My husband and I look back on our wedding and honeymoon, and are just so thankful we met and hired Angie. Fantastic experience: I was the MOB at a wedding in July, 2017 in South Bend at Notre Dame. If you want someone who knows vendors and venues, guides you through boutonnières and bouquets, coordinates timelines and toasts, then Angie is your gal. She is organized and makes wedding planning fun. She met with us several times as we were long distance and saved us several more trips to South Bend. That right there translates to money saved! She knows all the vendors and can recommend the best in your price range. Angie or her assistant was with us every minute of the wedding day taking care of multiple details that never even made it to the bride or to me. As one othe MOB advised me, Angie is a little powerhouse of a gift that you give yourself so that you and your family can have a well plannned and well executed event!
