Fantastic experience: Coming from a venue perspective, Soco 36 is an amazing partner. They are very professional, provide details in a timely manner, and understand/respect all of our venue rules. The best part is they are always so fun and exciting to be around. They are constantly pushing boundaries in the industry and making sure every detail is perfect and beautiful for their clients. I would recommend them to any client booking at The Columbus Museum of Art.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about Sara & her team. Our day was more than I could have ever dreamt of! I can’t even tell you if there were any hiccups because if so, I had NO IDEA. That’s how good they are. She is the absolute sweetest person with a get it done attitude… you are making a mistake if you don’t choose these ladies to plan your day. They will not steer you wrong in any direction what so ever and are there every step of the way. A real quote from family at the wedding: “your planner Is worth her weight in gold”. Taylor, I have no words to express how grateful I am for your professionalism, your attention to detail, your ability to bring my vision to life, and for everything you and Kylie did to make our wedding perfect. Taylor was my lead, and I felt at ease with her from the very beginning. Whenever I had a question or needed guidance, she always responded promptly. The support I received from her on the wedding day was above and beyond our expectations. From waking me up at 6:45 a.m. to make sure I could let the hairstylist in, to working seamlessly with all our vendors to keep us on schedule, to cleaning the dance floor when someone dropped a drink, she did it all. Kylie took over my phone and captured so many special moments so we could relive them during our honeymoon. This team is amazing; do not hesitate to choose them for your wedding. They are worth every penny, and the peace of mind they provide allows you to truly enjoy your day without any worries.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe how invaluable Sara and her team were to us on the day of our wedding and the time leading up to it. We hired SoCo events to do our wedding coordinating as well as the event design and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wedding was over a month ago, and we are still getting feedback from our guests that it was the most beautiful and stunning wedding they had ever been to. The team is so creative, so insightful, and so supportive. Neither I nor my husband are type A people, and it was such a huge stress reliever to have someone else take the reigns. Sara is extremely experienced and has a considerable network doing weddings within the central Ohio area. Leading up to our wedding, we unfortunately had some cancelations and situations come up with other vendors and BEFORE we could even start to stress out, Sara was on top of it, finding replacements and getting us connected. Having Sara and her army of coordinators behind us gave the reassurance we needed to get through the most stressful parts of the planing process. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Sara SOONER! Depending on where you are in your wedding planning process, I'd highly recommend using her coordinating services at a minimum, but especially her planning services too if you are just starting out. Of every wedding vendor we worked with, her services was easily the best purchase we put down! Hire SoCo events for your wedding, I promise you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: If I could give six stars I would! There truly aren’t words to describe the work that Sara and her team did for me and my husband on our wedding day. We always felt that she went the extra mile for us from design to day of coordination. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is an even better person too, constantly making me feel heard throughout the process as well as confident she had everything handled. Fantastic experience: Loved loved loved using the SoCo 36 team for my wedding coordinators! I had Sara and her team help coordinate my Hindu wedding for two days and they did an amazing job. From the planning stages to the weekend of, everything was super smooth and the team was so great to work with. They handled any emergency that came up with ease and professionalism. They also made sure my husband and I were taken care of during each event and were having a good time. The whole team was so fun to be around and made our bridal party feel so comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding planning team!

She was kind but firm, polite, and prepared for everything, even the wildest issues that we didn't even imagine would occur.

Fantastic experience: If I were asked what was most worth the money on our wedding day, the answer would hands-down be the team at Soco 36. We hired Sara and her team for day-of coordination, and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. They guided us seamlessly through the day - keeping us not only on time, but actually ahead of schedule. Need a tissue? They had it. Need a drink? They brought it. I didn’t have to think for myself ONCE that day, and it was incredible! One of the sweetest surprises came at the end of the night. I had been leaving my belongings all over the venue - phone, shoes, you name it. When I got back to the hotel room, everything had been packed neatly into a box waiting for me just insde the door. Even more magical, they had been sneaking photos and videos on my phone throughout the night of us dancing and celebrating with friends. Having those candid memories to relive right away was such a gift. I will be recommending Soco 36 for the rest of my life and I am so grateful for all they did to make our day a dream!

Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking about whether to get a month of coordinator I 100% recommend doing, and working with Sara and her team. Sara was one of the first vendors I hired after booking a venue. I knew immediately after chatting with Sara that she was the one we wanted to move forward with. That in itself is high praise, as we spoke to so many other vendors to curate our wedding weekend team! We immediately knew we made a great decision! Sara was so helpful with questions throughout the planning process and was available as needed. Once we got to the month of, Sara took over vendor communications, but also understood that my type A nature meant I wanted to be in contact with vendors as well, and she was able easily work with my changes/edits, as well as the vendors. This was such a weight off my shoulders. The days of our events (two days of events), her team executed so well! They assisted with set up and tear down, provided emotional support, helped me with my dress, answered all of our family member’s questions, made sure that we ate at the events, and ensured that things ran smoothly even if our timeline ebbed and flowed. Sara’s team shined during our events, and allowed us to enjoy our days, while also keeping on schedule. We not have been more grateful. Our family and friends also loved Sara and her team! If you want less stress on your wedding day and someone that will be there for questions or to bounce ideas off of, we highly recommend Soco!

Fantastic experience: We used Sara Richardson and her team for my daughter’s wedding in May 2025. She is the one of the reasons that our event ran smooth and on time! She is very pro active to make sure what needs to be done and her team also knows every details! Team went above and beyond to make this event a success! She would contact and provide every details upfront to all vendors,. Also during the events , made sure all vendors are in place and support them as needed! Family did not have to worry about a single thing that way we were relaxed and enjoyed the wedding! Thank you Sara and Team! We highly recommend her !

Fantastic experience: Sara and her team were incredible month-of (but really like 3-months-before) coordinators for my multicultural 2-day wedding!! I really don't know what I would've done without them; they seamlessly took over communication with our vendors and were present for almost all of the 60- and 30-day site meetings (and clearly communicated and checked-in when they could not make it). Whenever the vendors had questions, Sara had an answer, even for details that I hadn't even considered. Sara took the time to build an excellent working relationship, so that by the time of the wedding, I didn't have a single worry about handing things over, even as a Type-A person! The wedding weekend went smoothly, thanks to the detail-orientation of Sara and her team -- all of our events stuck to the timeline and everything was where it was supposed to be. When building the timeline, she always checked in with us to make sure everything aligned with our vision of blending our two cultures together. Multiple guests commented that our wedding was one of the most organized ones they've been to, which speaks to Sara's skill! Moreover, Sara and her team are sweethearts and were a pleasure to interact with before, during, and after our wedding weekend! I recommend them with my whole heart -- they are absolutely incredible!!

Fantastic experience: SoCo36 went above and beyond for our wedding. We had a large multi-day Indian-American fusion wedding and every event was magical thanks to Sara and her team! While I was living in a different city, Sara helped find vendors, get quotes, and check out venue spaces when I wasn't able to. As someone who isn't artsy or detail-oriented, when it came to figuring out the decor or florals for our wedding events, I knew the general themes and vibes I wanted without knowing the specific pieces and Sara really captured my vision and brought it to life! The ceremony and reception spaces were BEAUTIFUL! Sara knows and understands the importance of how Indian weddings can heavily involve family in the planning, so she would meet with my parents and I, and even my uncles who wanted to be involved about the decor, venues. pricing, logistics, etc. Sara was at every single event (there were 5 total) and she was so helpful and organized! Lastly, the wedding days were seamless because she dealt with everything, my parents and I weren't worrying about decor set up and tear down, catering, communication with vendors, we didn't worry about anything other than having a good time because she managed and coordinated everything for us. All of the hard work and time she had put into the wedding was definitely noticeable, I have family and friends STILL raving about how beautiful and organized the wedding events were (2 weeks later)!
