Fantastic experience: Kaitlyn and Lauren did such an amazing job helping my dream wedding come to life! I received so many compliments about how well organized and beautiful the table scapes turned out. The day could not have run as smoothly as it did without Lauren and her team working as hard as they did, to make sure our special day went perfect. Fantastic experience: While looking for a wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding we looked up ‘YELP’ as we wanted to support a local business. Kaitlin from ‘Forever Peaceful Events’ stood out. We hired Kaitlin and signed up for ‘Top Tier’ coordination services. Kaitlin guided us through the whole wedding planning process and was on top of every little detail. She helped us get organized and had GREAT vendor recommendations. Kaitlin was attuned to my daughter’s vision of what she wanted her wedding to look like. Kaitlin is also an AMAZING florist! Her floral arrangements exceeded our imagination. The week of the wedding Kaitlin took charge completely, contacting all vendors and making sure they are aware of the wedding timeline. She bargained with vendors to get us better prices helping us stay within our budget. On the day of the wedding she executed the timeline to the T. We could enjoy our daughter’s wedding stress-free thanks to Kaitlin. She took care of the setup -and everything looked beautiful!-as well as the teardown for both the wedding ceremony and the reception. Guests noticed and complimented us on the timeliness and perfect execution of the wedding. Thank you Kaitlin for helping us to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kaitlin’s wedding coordinator services. I had a small intimate wedding at my home, and thanks to her the day went perfectly. I planned my wedding in 6 months, and Kaitlin was there every step of the way to ensure I was getting things done on time. She provides super helpful planning spreadsheets and videos to keep you on track and she brings up tiny details that you would have never thought of on your own. As a bride, you don’t want to have the added stress of dealing with vendors on your wedding day. Fantastic experience: From start to finish, Kaitlin was amazing throughout our entire wedding planning experience. As a military couple, planning for anything can be impossible, but she was there every step of the way to guide, assist and support us to ensure we could enjoy our big day with family and friends. Fantastic experience: Kaitlin did a fantastic job organizing, decorating and coordinating our wedding. She was our wedding planner and florist and she excelled at both jobs. I still can't believe how smoothly the wedding day went and how beautiful the floral arrangements were. She helped make sure every little detail was perfected and was a joy to work with. She was always reachable by email/text outside of our scheduled meetings and always quick to respond. Fantastic experience: We hired Kaitlin and Forever Peaceful Events for our wedding coordinator and florals, and we couldn’t have been happier! She kept our day running smoothly and on-time, gave us helpful planning resources leading up to the day, and set up all our decor just as we imagined. The florals were SO beautiful, I sent inspiration photos of the bouquets and arrangements and they turned out even better than I imagined! From the beginning, they were eager and expressed genuine interest to customize our wedding day to our needs. The online course was a wonderful addition. It is best for those who need step by step instructions and detail oriented. It answers any and all questions you may have about wedding planning. Our florals were everything that we could have asked for and more. It was an added bonus that we got to keep all of our beautiful bouquets. Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Forever Peaceful Events as our month of coordinator for our wedding, and they were all amazing from start to finish. Even though they were our “month of,” our coordinator was working to keep us on track from the moment we hired Forever Peaceful, and she was always available if needed. Communication was open and efficient, and they brought up great points/recommendations that we had never even considered. On the day of the wedding, my wife and I didn’t worry about a single thing and everything was executed perfectly. Of note, we also used them for our florals and they were GORGEOUS. Fantastic experience: Kaitlin was wonderful!! Best decision I made was hiring Kaitlin to be my wedding coordinator. She adjusted her schedule to make sure she was available to work with me and my venue directly as the location holds a special place in her heart. I couldn’t of been more happy with the care she took and the attention to details she put into the preparations leading up to the wedding and the actual details the day of the event. Kaitlin provided more than just the coordination of everything, she also did my flowers and to say I felt blessed is an understatement. She took what simple vision I had for the bouquets, minimal flower arrangements and table settings and created something better than I could of ever imagined, I shed tears of joy when she handed me my bouquet!! I was in awe of the design and thought she put into the Sweetheart table for my new husband and myself, the guest tables and the rustic themed cupcake table that was literally thrown at her the night before. Everything was absolutely beautiful!!! I would highly recommend Kaitlin and all the services she provides!!!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Kaitlin again and again, not only for wedding planning but for florals as well! She made the process so easy and provides you with checklists, timelines, etc. She really got my vision down and I could not imagine having the wedding we did without her help! Fantastic experience: Kaitlin with Forever Peaceful Events was absolutely great to work with. I hired her as my florist for my January wedding. She also does wedding coordinating, and her care and detail toward making sure I was stress-free and happy with all of the floral arrangements really spoke for her coordinator services (even though she wasn’t my coordinator.) She went above and beyond and everything was gorgeous. There were major weather disruptions that moved my venue the week of the wedding and a few plans went out the door but she made sure every arrangement was repurposed and made up for the losses that were out of our hands. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I used Forever Peaceful Events as my day of coordinator and florist. However they were so much more than just day of. Kaitlin was so helpful leading up to our wedding. I was planning from across the country and she really helped make my somewhat scattered vision come to life. I am not picky or decisive which was probably her worst nightmare and she understood me. I didn’t give her much direction with my florals and the day of they completely took my breath away!

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was hiring Kaitlin as my wedding coordinator and florist! She was diligent and proactive during the planning process as well as the wedding day. We had a major family emergency a day before the wedding - Kaitlin showed so much empathy and care by being flexible and thoughtful despite all the last minute changes. It was her first Pakistani American wedding and I really appreciate how she accommodated and coordinated our cultural customs. Also, everyone LOVED the florals she created, the floral colors and arrangements were fresh and vibrant! They really added a special touch to the entire event. Fantastic experience: I hired Kaitlin for the day of coordination for my wedding day and she did great! She was very hands on and made sure everything went smoothly. She replied fast to text messages and answered any questions I had. She gave me ideas that I didn’t even think of . For example , she recommended that I had my first dance under my gazebo. Fantastic experience: Kaitlin is AMAZING! First, when I was in the process of looking for a wedding planner she was absolutely the most open and supportive person I talked to. Even in the initial call to discuss services she was giving me advice and support. We talked about budget and what we were looking for and we quickly signed up for her day of wedding planning package. Prior to getting married, I had never even been to a wedding. So, I was totally in the dark about all the things we had to get done. Kaitlin walked us through everything on our phone calls and after every phone call I felt calm and prepared. She is very detailed and provides lots of documentation throughout the process. We also had her do our florals which were beautiful. She had an exact idea of what we wanted for the wedding and she was able to seamlessly translate that to our florals. She did the bouquets, centerpieces, my two flower crowns, and more. Picture attached! When the day came, she was a boss and managed to keep our bridal party, guest, and vendors on schedule. We got married at Gold Hill Gardens, which is a venue she was very familiar with, and the event went off without a single misstep. I didn't have to think about a single thing except having a good time with my husband, friends, and family. I will forever be referring people to Kaitlin!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to at least a dozen events Kailin has planned in the past three years, some with 100’s in attendance. Kailin is very skillful in planning events down to the smallest detail. This allows those attending to rest easy that their event will go smoothly and be thoroughly enjoyable for everyone in attendance. Topping of the list of successful events was her recent outdoor wedding. The venue was magically decorated and shabby sheik feel was inviting and memorable with a fun feel. I would highly recommend Kaitlin to be your planner for any type of group event including weddings.
