Fantastic experience: Roe is absolutely amazing! I’m an out of state bride (Illinois) and found Roe via instagram. I emailed her and we had a consultation of the theme I wanted, things I like or didn’t like, and style I was going for. Roe was very sweet during our phone conversation and she came up with a BEAUTIFUL mood board for my wedding! I did change the design a few times to add more of a dramatic feel but she was able to deliver! She made changes until I was completely satisfied! The theme I went with was a Springtime WinterWonderland. I told her the types of flowers I liked and how I wanted all white cherry blossom trees. Roe recommend we go with an all white floral theme and introduced me to the cherry blossom trees she has and my goodness those trees are soooo GORGEOUS! Many people told me they loved the trees! Everything used in my wedding from the flowers, trees, sand candles, floral arch, etc were all excellent quality and very beautiful! I’m extremely happy I went with Roe. You can tell she cares about what she does and her flowers are beautiful! The floral palette she came up with was perfect for the theme! I came to her with a lot of ideas and she helped guide me in the direction she thought would be best! Definitely recommend! So glad I got to work with her! Thank you soo much Roe!! My wedding felt very dreamy!

Fantastic experience: Leir Dor saved my wedding day! I can’t recommend them enough for coordination and rentals! Roe goes above and beyond for her clients. We came to Leir Dor for some rental items for our wedding and we ended up getting help with so much more. We had a wonderful first meeting with Roe Jordan where she answered so many of my wedding questions. I had hired Ruban Bleu Events to coordinate and decorate my wedding but they had not been responsive to me or done any of the things they were hired to do. 25 days before the wedding I had no choice but to fire Ruban Bleu and Leir Dor quickly jumped in as our new coordination team. Roe spent several hours the first few days on our event getting caught up to speed and knocking out tasks my previous team had never started. She took so much weight off my shoulders. Their service covered much more than the other day-of coordination packages I’d seen online. Roe took over communication with my vendors, which made the weeks before the wedding so much easier! Due to our previous coordinators failing us and some health issues I was experiencing, things were pretty chaotic with our wedding but Roe and Chanel were so helpful at getting us organized. We threw quite a few last minute tasks at them but they didn’t let me feel any stress on their end. Through all the chaos, Roe helped me to feel at ease. We had a huge cultural wedding with a lot of voices involved but Roe handled it like a champ and rolled with all the changes. I don’t know what I would have done without them! I’m so thankful for all their help and comfort. And also, the rentals we got were beautiful! Our ceremony arch was gorgeous and the cocktail hour furniture was luxurious. I searched far and wide and they have the best prices for rentals!

It's so easy as a bride to worry about all of the possible scenarios of things going wrong. Fantastic experience: Best decision I made for my wedding was booking Rodriel and her team at Leir Dor & Co.!! I met Rodriel at the Dallas Bridal Show in 2019 and was blown away by her professionalism and creativity. I decided to book with Leir Dor & Co. for day-of coordination services. I am not exaggerating when I say that she went above. and. beyond. She was there for me for two wedding postponements due to COVID, always available to answer questions and checking up on me. My husband and I finally got married May 1st 2021, and the day went so smoothly because of Rodriel and her team. They were prompt and prepared! Rodriel was a miracle worker—even sewing one of my Bridemaids into her dress when the zipper broke before we had to walk down the aisle!!!! I am so thankful to have crossed paths with Rodriel at the Dallas Bridal Show. Fantastic experience: Leir Dor and Company was so great to work with. From the moment I met them at the Dallas Bridal Show they blew me away with their floral designs and creative ideas so I knew we had to work with them. Rodriel was absolutely amazing with the way she handled every detail of my weddings floral decor and event setup and she went above and beyond. Even when we had to cancel my original wedding date due to Covid she was super accommodating with delivering flowers to my home for my back up wedding. During my official wedding celebration I was blown away at my reception decor and my sweetheart table, Leir Dor had captured my vision for my day. It was really beautiful. The bonus was learning that my mother cried when she first opened the doors to the reception hall and had her first look. I am so appreciative for all of their help during the tumultuous 2020 wedding season. You can't go wrong with this company.

Fantastic experience: My fiance (now husband) felt like our wedding was getting expensive. With a year before our "Big Day", I began making arrangements with Roe (because what do guys know about sequined tablecloths and chargers??). I kept making adjustments to every aspect of our wedding. He thought I was incorporating too much for a wedding reception which was only going to last a few hours. Wedding Day came. We walked into the ballroom together. We both smiled with lights in our eyes. I was in complete awe ; his response: "Ok, the money was well-worth it. Your decorator did a really good job. Everything is really pretty." There aren't enough words to describe how I felt walking into that ballroom, looking at Roe's beautiful creations. She turned the wedding of my dreams into a reality. Everything from the floral side to the decorations to the little details, she made sure they were perfect. My bouquet and bridal party floral arrangements were BEAUTIFUL. I made numerous changes to my invoice and Roe was patient with me each and every time. I had to add three tables at the last minute and she was kindly accommodating. Roe is organized, professional, efficient, and patient.. just to name a few things you can expect when working with her. Thank you, Roe, for making me feel like I was in a fairy tale on my wedding day. Proving my husband wrong was priceless.
