She was so supportive throughout the entire process, which made it easy for us to fully relax and enjoy the day. I was nervous since they never had an event at our venue, but you would never have known it! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found Celebrations by Brandi! Brandi and Noe were incredible and helped me pull off the most elegant Monte Carlo Casino Royale birthday party. They handled everything from the design and the custom casino money to the stunning florals, backdrops, and lighting. They were even there the night of to make sure the live chef, rentals, and everything else ran perfectly. Brandi and Noe are beyond professional but also just so much fun and easy to work with. On top of that, their fees were extremely fair for the high end level of service they provide, and they really kept us in budget. I will definitely hire them again for our future events!

She was very attentive to all of our needs and thought of things that we didn’t think of and went above and beyond to make things smooth. From our first phone call, we were instantly calmed by her professionalism and attention to detail as our daughter described the kind of reception she envisioned. Fantastic experience: Brandi’s 90 minute kickstarter call was so helpful! I was totally lost and overwhelmed at where to begin (even though I’d already been engaged for several months) with planning my wedding or figuring out how to allocate my budget. I sent Brandi all my questions ahead of the call and she was able to answer every single one of them. She really went above and beyond and thanks to our call, I had a budget broken down by category, tons of venue and vendor suggestions that fit my budget, and was able to just get so much good advice in general. I ended up going with one of the venues she suggested and got my wedding planning back on track! I would recommend anyone who is newly engaged to start their wedding planning by talking to Brandi!

Fantastic experience: I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Fantastic experience: Brandi coordinated our Labor Day weekend wedding at Balboa Yacht Club, which had 100 guests. Jimali assisted for the day of. With their hard work, everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our wedding day! She also went above and beyond — ensuring I got back an item I had misplaced at the end of the night. She also coordinated a surprise with my fiancé without me finding out! During the timeline and coordination process, Brandi was easy to get a hold of and listened/incorporated our ideas and also brought ideas/suggestions. Would highly recommend for your wedding!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely would recommend! from beginning to end, Brandi made the day of coordinating so seamless. on the day of the wedding she was there early, even bringing us lunch to make sure we were fed. and she was last person we saw on the day of the wedding making sure everything was cleaned and accounted for. She not only brought my vision to life but she was there every step of the way. She was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Two months before my wedding I received heartbreaking news that my original day-of-coordinator, whom I felt a deep connection with, tragically passed away. Her assistant was taking over her book of business and was double booked for a few weddings. I decided to seek out help, very last minute, in hopes of finding someone to step in. By the grace of God I found Brandi. I spoke with a few other coordinators but Brandi was so easy to talk to and really understood my vision. Brandi coincidentally knew, was friends with and worked with my original coordinator, so when she generously offered to help I knew that this was meant to be. She had never been to my venue, but she was doing a walk through later that week with another bride and already knew all the players at the location. I felt instantly at ease and her professionalism spoke volumes. Closer to my wedding date I was so scattered and trying to finish so many things at the last minute as I always do. Brandi called every one of my vendors and pieced together a timeline with minimal input from me. Knowing she had coordinated with the entire team gave me a huge sense of peace and I just knew everything was going to flow perfectly. I met up with Brandi the day of my rehearsal to give her some items to set-up and she walked my fiancé and me through the schedule. I felt guilty handing off all my DIY decorations, but she was so positive and comforting. One of the first texts I received on my wedding day was from Brandi (group text) introducing herself to the wedding party. She made sure to be the main point of contact for not only the photographer helping with my getting ready photos, but also the team going to photograph my fiancé. The amount of juggling and multitasking that she had to do was unreal. Thank god she had her assistant Rhaiel, because she had to be in a dozen places at once, all while keeping her composure, it was so incredible. The day was PEFECT, effortless. I wish I could re-live it every day. It was the absolute best day of my life. I wish I could go back and savor every moment, it honestly flew by, but everything I wanted to do Brandi made sure it happened. We even made changes and threw things at her last minute and she made it work. I didn’t experience even one ounce of stress- just pure LOVE. If you’re reading this and you’re looking for a coordinator- you came to the right place. Brandi will make you feel so carried, she’s definitely the MVP. Having her expertise leaves out all the guesswork and makes the day flow effortlessly. I received so many compliments on my wedding and how perfect it was, and I know that’s because Brandi organized the flow in a way that made sense. With Brandi, although we only hired her as our day of coordinator, she went above & beyond with our whole planning process. She helped me find new vendors for our dance floor when the original one I booked didn't have a big enough size, she followed up with our vendors, & the evening before our wedding, she directed our rehearsal. She was professional & came prepared, knew everyone's names without even meeting anyone before hand & printed copies of the order for everyone to reference. Our wedding was ALL DIY & on our big day, she knew the timeline & set up plans like the back of her hand - patiently coordinating my family for set up. She had GREAT ideas for activities to keep our guests engaged, & was flexible with our change of plans when we had to switch a few things around day of. She literally saved the day when my aunt didn't want to pick up the cake & coordinated one of my other family members to get it. Her planning, professionalism, & communication is OUTSTANDING! Kim, from the very beginning was friendly, enthusiastic, & truly just a joy to be around. Everywhere I looked, Kim was right there & always open to help - offering assistance, restocking food, picking up trash, she was always so helpful. We had a disco ball pinata that I over stuffed with candy so it actually broke when we were trying to put it up & Kim saved the day by scooping everything up, finding an amazon box, & decorating it with the remanence of the pinata! GENIUS!!! Our wedding activity was saved! Her ability to problem solve is SUPERB! (Side note, she also has her own flower business & does beautiful arrangements!) She remained calm and positive and ensured that I remained stress-free amidst all the behind the scenes chaos. She even gave me her food cause I was rushing and hadn’t eaten all day . Brandi set up my decorative items exactly as discussed and was very creative in figuring out where/how to put things to fit my Boho aesthetic. She even brought some of her own things to fill in the spaces and help complete the look. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a wedding planner so I did what anyone would do and googled wedding planner. Celebrations by Brandi came up through Bark. And that's how I was lucky enough to find Brandi! I am so happy I did! I interviewed a few different planners but my gut told me to go with Brandi. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit for me. Brandi is genuine, kind, caring and always had a positive attitude. I was struggling trying to figure out where to start and how to plan an amazing wedding on a not so amazing budget. Brandi made it all happen and then some! I had another venue set and Brandi knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted. She then found me the most amazing venue. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Brandi is very organized and easy to talk to. It was like talking to a friend. She took care of all the important details and always made sure I was sticking to my budget. Which is great because you get caught up in wanting it all for your wedding! Lol. She made an amazing sweet table for me, exactly how I envisioned it would be. I got so many compliments on it. I am Jewish and during our interview I was hoping Brandi had planned a Jewish wedding before. But she had not. But she was willing to learn. She did a lot of research and found us an amazing rabbi, coordinated the chuppah and all the other important details. And she created an amazing Jewish wedding for us. We got so many compliments on how wonderful the ceremony was and the overall wedding! I also had a issue with the table numbers that I didn't even know I did until I got to venue the day of my wedding. But Brandi fixed it all, so we didn't have to worry. She made sure everyone in our wedding knew what to do the day of and also made sure our family members were comfortable with their roles. She would constantly check in to make sure all was good and if there was a problem that came up she would always be there to help talk it through and problem solve. I can't say enough great things about Brandi. I am sad my day is over and I won't be talking to Brandi as often. If you are looking to plan a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Brandi.
