Positive experience: **Edit**: The owner reached out and offered clarity into the situation and was very apologetic. I appreciate Jhazmhon taking the time to address my frustration and concerns from the way things originally unfolded. While I unfortunately did not get a chance to utilize Ms. West’s service, her work more than speaks for its self.** My first impression unfortunately felt very unprofessional. The booking website allowed me to make an “after hour” appointment during a time I was unaware that the business was actually closed. The response via email felt unapologetic and made me feel like the business could care less for the effort and time we lost. Despite receiving confirmation emails and appointment reminders, no one ever noticed or reached out ahead of time so me and my fiance could have made plans to reschedule accordingly. Only one attempt to reschedule the appointment was made, but after we had sat in a zoom waiting room for over 30+ mins. And all for times that would not work for me and my fiance’s schedule. We both had already taken time off work and we couldn’t get that back for the original appointment we had booked in the first place. Then, communication simply stopped altogether. I was ultimately bummed and frustrated the situation played out the way it did and I ended up having to take my business elsewhere.

From my experience, they have been available to answer questions concerning their inventory promptly, and I like that their inventory is viewable online.

Fantastic experience: Our day was amazing!! Jhazmhon West and her team are the bomb! I can’t describe how fantastic they were. So sweet, efficient, constantly checked on me in my bridal suite, kept us in the loop throughout the day, professional…professional…and yes…professional! Our guests stated numerous times that they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and everything was wonderful. I knew it was serious when I saw the gold plated name tags on their shirts and the small mics on their collar. I said..”Oh they didn’t come to play today!” I didn’t have to lift a finger the entire day. From carrying everything, giving guest directions, loading and unloading things..they did it all! Fantastic experience: I recently completed my PhD a choose A Beautiful Events LLC., to decorate for my Celebration. Not only did Jhazmhom decorate but she provided additional services to help ease my anxiety since I actually live in Texas. She was very attentive, we had monthly and weekly calls leading up to my Celebration. Even though I had a budget Jhazmhon offered suggestions to capture the elegant details that I wanted. Myself and my guest were like Aww when we walked in. Everything was exactly what I wanted and more.
