Fantastic experience: As I reflect on my 2 year wedding anniversary, I cannot thank the team at Planned to Perfection enough. I mostly worked with Lyndsey and she is a force to be reckoned with! I vividly remember my husband saying "your wedding planner is on point with everything." YES, she absolutely is! My husband gave me full autonomy on our wedding and the stress of wedding planning was something I knew early on that I did not want to deal with or have him deal with. Fantastic experience: I’m a visual artist, my spouse, a musician. We wanted our wedding to reflect our vibrant personalities and interests. I started out a lot of conversations with Betsy by saying, “Okay, this might sound a little nutty, but how about we do…” Betsy ran with every single suggestion. It was incredible. The end result? A modern art inspired wedding complete with an interactive art gallery at the reception! The logistics and planning: Betsy walked us through every single thing. She gave us options when we didn’t have a clue. Photographer, caterer, florist, band, you name it! She gave us things piecemeal, so it didn’t feel too overwhelming. She was also very accommodating in working with folks of a minority faith/culture, as both me and my spouse are Jewish and wanted a Jewish wedding. The big day: I didn’t have to worry about anything. I mean, of course I did worry a little bit, because I’m an anxious person. But I didn’t have to worry. Betsy set everything in motion and when a conflict came up with the transportation (my fault), she fixed it immediately. It was the most beautiful day. It was the best day of our lives. She was on every thing that came up throughout the day, and helped us so much in the lead up to the wedding as well! Fantastic experience: Lyndsey was extremely helpful leading up to our wedding and then putting everything together on wedding day! She helped keep everything organized as we were in the planning stages and made everything happen on wedding day. Her recommendations for vendors to use around Lexington were extremely helpful. We had a couple of issues with access to electrical outlets on the day of our wedding and Lyndsey was able to get generators and keep things moving right along. Lyndsey was great to work with and we can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Betsy Lowe who helped us plan our wedding from start to finish. I couldn't recommend her and Planned to Perfection of the BG enough!!! Our wedding day went exceedingly well and coordination was very smooth; we hardly stressed that day so we were able to live in the moment and enjoy our day so much! Betsy is such a pro with making sure time is appropriate to fit in everything we wanted to include in our day including first look to venturing to the countryside from our venue for additional photo time. Betsy also did an excellent job guiding us and helping to pick out decor etc. to achieve the look we wanted. We ended up with a wedding that truly seemed like a fairytale. I should add that neither my husband or I live in KY any longer so we were planning from afar; Betsy looked after everything for us, created a timeline for getting things done, and had great vendor recommendations. She thought of things that we would have never considered in the process. Every little detail received consideration, down to having our cocktails match our wedding theme. Without her our wedding truly would not have been even half as good. Highly recommend PTOP of the BG, they are so worth it! Photos to come

Fantastic experience: I don't think I can express how grateful I am to have had Jannah as our day of coordinator. She truly made our wedding party experience so much more enjoyable. She was so organized, kept contact leading to the event, and thought of pretty much everything. I was not worried at all about the day of because I knew that she had it taken care of. She is amazing and Planned to Perfection is an outstanding company to work with.

Fantastic experience: Out of every wedding related expense PTP is the only one where I felt like I would have paid 2x or 3x more than we did. Betsy was immediately responsive to every inquiry and made the day flow perfectly. We were planning our wedding in Lexington from 1,000 miles away and needed someone local to work with vendors. Needlessly to say we made the perfect choice. 10/10 recommend. Also, based on what our local friends are paying for wedding planners the price is only 1/10th of what people pay here in Miami (and they aren’t as responsive!). Do yourself a favor and hire Betsy.

Fantastic experience: Lyndsey was amazing to work with! She not only worked with me, but she was willing to work with my mom and my mother in law. She coordinated an amazing wedding and I couldn't have done it without her. She took my numerous phone calls and even more text messages. She was on top of every detail and provided insight about previous vendors that she had worked with. Lyndsey took my budget into consideration and advised here and there where you could save. On top of that she was there when I met with some of my other vendors - she took everything into consideration and told us what was considered necessary and what wasn't which is great because this was my first time planning a wedding so I didn't know what I needed. Lyndsey really takes your interest to heart and is willing to stand up for you to make sure you get what you want. She also has a great stash of decorations which really helped pull the look I was going for into place. Everyone had a blast and we really couldn't have done it without her.

We initially asked another local wedding planner for assistance. She ended up being unapproachable, unfriendly, unavailable, etc. So, only one month out, we realized we needed someone who truly cared about us and our happiness/sanity. That is when we came across Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass. We got to work with Betsy..and she was a true miracle. I have no doubt that our wedding would not have come together without her. She jumped in, with such little notice, and got things done ! She left no stone unturned. She was extremely efficient, approachable, responsive, proactive, friendly, hands-on, thorough, and welcoming. I felt so relaxed and at ease with our wedding in her hands. She made sure every detail was taken care of and brought up ideas I had not even thought about. When it came to the day of the wedding, she made it so that I did not have to worry about one, single detail. She knew who to contact when issues arose, which they inevitably always do at weddings, and I never had to stress. After speaking to other married friends, they could not say the same about their weddings, unfortunately. Betsy was the reason we were able to relax and have fun on our wedding day (we had a large wedding with lots of detail)! I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and dedication of any other business, in general, compared to Planned to Perfection. Their prices are also very reasonable and their service is well worth the money for your wedding sanity !!!! I swear by them !

My now-husband is budget conscious, so we hired her for "day of coordination" only. Fantastic experience: Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass was just that....perfection! We stumbled across them while I was looking at wedding venues with my daughter. As soon as I met Betsy, I was hooked and very relieved that someone so organized and thorough would be taking care of my daughter's special day. From start to finish the communication was amazing and Betsy made sure to consult me about every detail before anything was decided or signed. She set up all of the meetings with the vendors and went with us to make sure that we were well informed and happy with our choices. She handled all of the communication with the contracts and helped me make special requests to the vendors. The venue, DJ, caterer, flowers, and decorations all flowed together so well and made my daughter's day everything she could have dreamed of and more. Betsy and her team planned and managed everything to perfection and I couldn't imagine having to do all of that without them. She and her team are absolutely going to plan my oldest daughter's wedding when her time comes. It would be a mistake not to use them to plan your big day. Absolutely no regrets, and I feel like I have a new friend. Love you and thank you for such beautiful and perfect memories.

Fantastic experience: I am going to start by saying Betsy was brilliant from the day i first spoke to her. I had just called to get some information and spoke to her for over an hour. I didnt at any point felt rushed or business like. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing because i had absolutely no clue where to even start. I felt like i was in great hands and hired her right away. Although i only hired her for “Day of”coordination, Betsy was quick to take my call or answer any questions I sent to her over text regardless of what was stated on the contract. She came to my appointments with different vendors that I requested her to join me and gave excellent advise on many things. I bought most of my Decor and she was going to set it up at my venue. During the months leading upto my wedding she kept in continuous touch and formed a timeline which brought everything together. My husband absolutely loved working with her and she got along with every single person in my family. We met a few weeks before the wedding at my venue and went over all the details with the Venue’s event coordinator. Week leading upto the wedding, we kept in constant touch and had back up plans in case of inclement weather. I got very lucky and had great weather. My ceremony was inside the venue but i had a rooftop reception. On the day of Betsy helped with unloading the cars and taking everything on the roof. She carefully unpacked everything and we went over our the design. It just so happens i forgot to bring candles for some of the decorations but Betsy was on top of it. I did hire her assistant to help for the day who actually brought my bridal bouquets from Lexington to the Venue in Versailles. I had a small dress emergency and she came through like a charm. I needed fashion tape and lo and behold, Betsy had it in her car. I also forgot my tablecloth and didnt have them till 12 ish which was 2 hours later than when we needed them. I don’t even know how she handled it but my jaw dropped when i entered my reception area. It was like a dream. Everything came together perfectly. She read my mind and went way beyond. Everything was setup beautifully and I received soo many compliments on everything. Betsy was very attentive to the needs of my in-laws and made sure they were well taken care of. We were served as a couple first and she went upto each table and invited them to the buffet. At the end of the night she made sure all my decor was packed carefully and put away safely. I can’t thank her enough for being so wonderful throughout the wedding. I did not stress out even the slightest. She worked very hard and made sure everything was planned to perfection

Fantastic experience: Betsy, from PtP, was a God sent! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner and someone to help us make our big day come to life. Coming in late in the game after another wedding planner back out on us for business reasons, she came in and picked up the pieces and ran with it. From our first meeting all we got was the utmost professionalism. I could tell she really wanted to know exactly what my vision was and was totally willing to look through photo after photo of what I wanted. She was great at telling me what was realistic, what was achievable and what was beyond our budget (something we asked her to do, we needed someone to keep up in the black). She connected us to great vendors, worked around our schedule, came to every meeting I asked her to, and thought of everything we needed and all the things we didn't think of as well. She would keep us on track and make sure things got done! The day of our wedding she was wonderful! She and her assistant helped us get every photo we wanted, made sure we ate at the reception, calmed my nerves when cameras broke, had back up plan after back up plan and even at one point discussed sewing me into my dress when my hook and eye broke. Betsy was in the trenches and was fabulous every second of the day. At the end of it all looking back, both my husband, my mother and I would say that if you don't get anything else, get yourself a wedding planner. Find it somewhere in your budget! I have no doubt that without Besty it would never have come together as perfectly as it did. And when you find the money for a wedding planner, don't hire anyone else but these women! I have met all of them and they are wonderful. You couldn't go wrong with any of them. You won't only hire a wedding planner, you'll hire the person who helps you keep your sanity and be in your corner. These ladies are one in a million! Hire them!
