Fantastic experience: 100% the best investment I made during the planning process for our wedding. Knowing I had True Love Coordinating and Design on our team, I never felt stressed or worried because I knew they would execute my vision and the planning I had done. We would not have been able to do it without Caylee and Rachel. They were so on top of it, attentive to our needs, friendly and kind. Our wedding party and mothers loved them. I don’t know how they did it, but by the end of the night, everything was perfectly packed away and ready to go. I never saw it in action, they were magic. It is clear they are the experts at this. Fantastic experience: Every part of my wedding (planning and day of) was perfect in big part due to the True Love team. The entire day I felt like I did not have to worry about a thing because it was gifted out ahead of time OR they handled it without even needing me. It was AMAZING. At the end of the night I grabbed my bag and got on the shuttle.. everything was packed away and organized my type B personality was SAVED thanks to this team. I can not recommend them enough!

Over the course of the year we worked together, Keasha provided thoughtful, tailored recommendations that met our vision and our budget. Keasha took our ideas and turned them into a beautiful reality that was totally us - something we could not have done without her! Transparency was really important for us and we fully trusted Keasha - she was always open, upbeat, and was ready to solve any problem that came our way. From our first meeting all the way through the big day, she was kind, organized, and always one step ahead—thinking of things I never would have and anticipating what I needed before I even realized I needed it. Fantastic experience: Keasha True is a fantastic wedding planner. She is passionate and very knowledgable. My daughter was new to KC and I live out of town. Keasha helped us sort through vendors and select ones who could deliver our vision. She asked us lots of detailed questions and kept track of everything. She made planning a wedding stress free and my daughter and I actually had fun! Day of the wedding she and her team handled everything. Every detail was remembered and taken care of. A surprise summer rain shower almost threw a curve ball, but Keasha and her team took care of it and not a single guest new our plans had shifted. We have absolutely no regrets. Fantastic experience: I think that one of the best decisions I made was hiring Keasha and her team. I used her for the partial planning package and that was crucial. Once we got to the 6 month time mark out from wedding day, I started to stress over details and timeline things that I felt overwhelmed with. Luckily Keasha made the process sooo easy and brought my dream wedding to life. She helped plan all of the decor and found vendors that I could rent decor from for the best price within my budget. She also kept in contact with all of my vendors and did all of the heavy lifting to make sure everyone had everything they needed to make the day perfect. At wedding day, Keasha and her assistant showed up ready to take on the day. I am very type A and want to make sure things are perfect but I knew that I could trust them to tackle everything I threw their way. I had gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the venue and design were and I thought the girls did absolutely amazing and did everything I needed done that I had envisioned for the day to look like. The venue lost AC so the whole day was hot and sweaty but they took it on with grace and continued to work hard through it all and for that I am so grateful. They also stayed all night and helped take down all of the decor and load it up. I am so thankful to have a hard working team behind me and helping make the day an absolute dream aside from the little things that went wrong throughout the day. I wish I re live it all over again but I wouldn't change a thing!

Fantastic experience: When it came time to start planning our wedding, we were both so thankful to have Keasha as our go-to resource. During wedding planning Keasha was always available for questions and made sure that we were always on track by sending us reminders on when decisions were due. With her excellent network, she was able to find multiple vendor options that fit our budget and style. Keasha always listened to what we wanted and made sure that we were comfortable with every decision that was made along the way. Most of all, Keasha was great to work with and made sure that wedding planning was fun and that our special day was memorable and went off without a hitch.

Fantastic experience: I made the decision to obtain a coordinator a little late in my planning process after standing up in a friend’s wedding last fall. She utilized Keasha and TRUElove Planning and Coordinating, and I saw first-hand what a difference it made for her the day-of. I thought all my vendors were incredible. Caylee was my coordinator for my wedding and made my day an absolute breeze!!! If anything went wrong, I never knew. Everything about my wedding day was perfect thanks to their incredible help!!! From making sure my to-do list was up to date to setting up the vases on my tables and even ordering us an Uber at the end of the night! As a bride who wanted to plan everything before the wedding and curate it herself but just wanted someone to execute that vision on the day of, Caylee absolutely nailed my needs and wedding dreams. Fantastic experience: Everyone told me that when you get married, you need a day-of coordinator for your wedding. Otherwise, it puts unnecessary stress on the bride. One of the best decisions and investments we made! Keasha guided and assisted every step of the way (almost a year and a half!), from coordinating and communicating with vendors to providing and creating design ideas and recommendations. She led us to each vendor based on our budget and vision and I firmly believe our wedding day would not have been the perfection it was without each and every one of them. Not only was she helpful the day of on top of EVERYTHING but from day one when we booked her 6 months out, she put us at ease. Fantastic experience: I truly cannot recommend Keasha and her team enough. I booked the Wedding Management package, but Keasha was hands on throughout my entire planning process making sure that I was staying on track, giving me to-do items, and answering all my random questions. I worked with Keasha up until my wedding day, and then two of her team members (Caylee and Monica) were my day of coordinators. They stepped in as if I had been working with them the whole time! I was so impressed! They made us feel like royalty and got us anything and everything we needed or asked for! Their help with setup and tear down was HUGE. My mom was definitely stressing out about it leading up to the day since we were on a strict timeline from the venue, but it went so smoothly and my mom was able to relax and enjoy the day with me. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how much of a massive help Keasha and her team were for my wedding. She worked with us from November 2020, to our wedding day on August 1st, 2021. Her level of expertise and guidance helped keep my wife and I on track the whole time, without ever making either of us feel overwhelmed. None of them felt like the right fit besides Keasha. Keasha truly cares about your day and making sure it’s everything you imagined. We used Keasha’s Wedding Management package, which some people may call day-of, but she was there for any questions as soon as we hired her. She went above and beyond for us in all aspects. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my day while knowing I have someone I trust executing all of the details, making sure I was fed (lol) and taking care of any last minute emergencies, etc. My family also appreciated Keasha and her assistant (shoutout to Abby!) being there to set up decor and clean up at the end of the night so everyone could enjoy our day without having to work!
