As a type A bride, they handled me and everything perfectly and really took A LOT of stress off. I had most of the big stuff planned out but needed help with execution, some vendors and design. Positive experience: Even though my wedding did not go exactly as planned, I appreciated how Claudia was willing to work with us, listen to our issues and figure out a solution at the end. Fantastic experience: Truly Yours with the venue(Thunderbird) was just omg for my wedding back in August 2024 for the Podsadas...we don't have words. How Gloria and Claudia helped us that day with emergency little things and how they just aced the whole planning and coordinating of everything was just perfect! They became like family and just having to be "working wedding guests" but outstanding is an understatement! They held our hands every step of the way and made EVERYTHING so special from the ceremony to the reception ..it was all gorgeous and getting sentimental just typing this! Fantastic experience: These ladies are the best! As an out of town bride, I was thankful to work with this team that has so many great connections with vendors in the St. Pete/Tampa area, which was super helpful. They were so easy to contact and provided a lot of great direction, especially when I was making adjustments to the timeline. Claudia found picture inspiration for flowers when I was having a hard time after picking wedding colors. They kept the venue updated as we had adjustments to our guest list and table set up leading up to the week of. Gloria was so on top of things, especially the week of, when I was too overwhelmed to make decisions. I normally have a lot of anxiety, but working with Truly Yours made the process so much easier and relaxed. My wedding wouldn’t have been so fun without this team and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Gloria and Truly Yours was amazing from beginning to end and beyond. I was a Red Mesa bride. If you are booking with them do not delay and book Gloria before someone else does. From the start she was helpful with choosing vendors and folks who had experience with the venue and working with her. This helped to cut down lots of quote searching as well as communications leading up to the big day. We had so much fun at our tasting which was our first extended period of time together. I am sure that anyone can write a great review about their wedding planner but not many go above and beyond what is required. My mom passed away a week before we were scheduled to do the tasting and it was hard for me to pull myself together in order to make it. What I did not know until arrival that Gloria lost her grandmother the night before and was leaving the tasting to fly out immediately after. She was so kind, thoughtful and generous with her time and energy. She could have cancelled and we could have gone on without her but she gave me the energy I did not have. I will forever be thankful for that. On wedding day she showed up and did her thing! Kept us on schedule and made sure that my moms special tributes were all aligned. The space was beautifully decorated and everyone had a great time! Don't delay, book Gloria. I am pretty sure that we will cross paths again! Thank you Gloria and Claudia. They answered every email, were ready with advice and counsel, and kept our planning on track. Fantastic experience: My husband and I wanted to plan a "post-wedding party" in St. Petersburg, where we live, since we were doing a private wedding ceremony in another state. The plan was to hold it a couple of weeks after we got married, and we knew we didn't want a traditional reception. It's just not us. We knew we wanted to make the event a time for people to hangout, eat at different food trucks and have an open bar. We had already booked a food truck catering company, the venue, and bar, but when it came to the little details, we were clueless and knew we had to find a planner. When I spoke to Gloria, I knew they were the one! They were genuinely excited about our non-traditional vision and Truly Yours seemed incredibly organized. We are so happy we chose them. Gloria and Claudia came up with a vision that we fell in love with, a picnic theme with lemon trees and tulips for table centerpieces. It was such a cool idea. They were with us every step of the way. There were some issues with the catering company, which I won't name. They were being difficult and tried to change the vision that we wanted, but Gloria and Claudia, as sweet as they look, are also very assertive and went to bat for us. On the day of the party, there was rain in the forecast - because Florida. But it all worked out. They scurried to get a space setup in the indoor part of our venue and it just went perfectly. The hangout continued. Drinks were flowing. Everyone was eating, laughing and having a good time. Once the rain cleared, it was good timing, cause the dance portion of the evening started and we were able to head back outside and party party party. I kept stepping on my dress (it was ridiculously poufy) and they zip-tied it in a way that it was still cute but I can keep dancing lol. I can't thank Gloria and Claudia enough. They are hustlers, kind and my husband and I so appreciate them.

I will end this by saying that I have captured over 100 events (mostly weddings) per year for decades as as soon as I learn that Truly Yours Event Planning is involved with one of my upcoming events I exhale and relax because the timelines will be thorough, the vendors will all be on the same page, the client(s) will be well cared for and I only have to focus on doing the best work I can. It makes my job fun!

Fantastic experience: Gloria and her team were very easy to work with. As the Dir. of Operations for Courtesy Valet, we work with plenty of planners and coordinators so we see all sides of events and what does and doesn't work well...Gloria made the entire process very easy and convenient. Fantastic experience: Truly Yours Event Planning is incredible! I met Krystn while looking for a venue. Her energy and knowledge stood out to my entire family. As much as we loved, Krystn, the venue she worked at was not the right fit. My family spoke about her for weeks, continuously met with disappointment that Krystn wouldn’t be involved. Little did I know our paths would cross again, when she started her own company. My DOC went out of business and Truly Yours Event Planning stepped in to help. It was FATE!
