Fantastic experience: We had our Telugu wedding in Austin in December 2025, and working with Cheryl over the 14 months leading up to it was one of the best decisions we made. We first heard Cheryl’s name while touring venues; it kept coming up with glowing praise and now we know why! Hiring Cheryl about ten months before our wedding (before we even had a set date) was the single best decision of our wedding journey. We had an Indian American fusion wedding, and Cheryl embraced both cultures with incredible thoughtfulness. She was well-versed in the Punjabi traditions we wanted to include, while also spending time with the non-Indian side of our families to make sure they felt comfortable and confident with the customs. Our guests kept saying it was the best wedding they’d ever attended and were amazed at the details, the unique extras, and how seamlessly everything flowed. That’s all thanks to Cheryl and the Glitzzy team. Cheryl kept us on track during weekly calls, was always available when we needed guidance, and encouraged us to think outside the box to create a wedding that truly felt like us. One of Cheryl’s greatest strengths is her vendor network. Every single vendor she recommended was phenomenal — talented, professional, and kind. We quickly realized that as long as we trusted her suggestions, we were in the best possible hands. From décor to photography to catering to music, each vendor elevated the experience and worked together seamlessly — a direct result of Cheryl’s experience and relationships. We had guests fly in from India and all over the world, and time and time again we heard the same thing from them: this was the best wedding they have ever attended in the United States. To hear that from guests who have attended countless weddings — many of them elaborate and large — was the ultimate compliment. Fantastic experience: We hired Cheryl for our Gujarati wedding in Austin in April 2025, and cannot recommend her highly enough. For about one year leading up to the wedding, we would have nearly weekly meetings with Cheryl, during which she asked us about our vision for each event and connected us with vendors that matched our price range and needs. She kept us on track during each meeting, and then even met us in person in Austin a few times as well as in Houston a few times for food tasting. Her ability to serve as an intermediary between all of the different parties involved in the planning of an Indian wedding — the vendors, parents, couple, venue staff, Priest, among others - is an amazing skill. Her other team members - Juhi and Simran - were also amazing and incredibly helpful. The execution of the events went extremely smoothly, thanks to Cheryl’s presence. Many of our guests were shocked at how on time every event was (especially for an Indian wedding!) and that was entirely due to Cheryl’s meticulous planning and execution the day of!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe how key Cheryl and the entire Glitzzy Team was to making our big day smooth, flawless, and extremely meaningful and personal. From Day 1 of planning, Cheryl went above and beyond for us in almost every way. She was organized, efficient, honest, straightforward, had a artsy eye with a similar taste in decor as me and my vision, and had all the connections with immense experience in the San Antonio wedding industry to start planning the perfect day for us. Cheryl and the rest of her team are minted professionals, who were able to anticipate not only my husband and I’s every need along the way, but also our family’s. Cheryl got on the phone countless times with my father to discuss budgeting, costs, various open bar packages with our venues, etc. – these were long conversations that went beyond our planning meetings. She worked closely with my mother-in-law (also separately from our planning meetings) to plan our welcome party the night prior to the big day. She knew exactly how to ensure we chose vendors who would be the right fit for us and frequently vetted vendors we were looking for within our budget, frequently connecting with them over the phone multiple times to get us the right deals and packages, and then to plan and coordinate with them. Every crisis along the way was also handled was such poise, professionalism, and urgency by Cheryl and her team. When our hotel block portal online wasn’t working for any guests, Cheryl jumped in. When we were struggling to pick a bar package, Cheryl allowed us to talk it out over and over again in every which way with her to brainstorm together. 3 days before the wedding, when I received an unexpected call from our decorating team requesting things that were new to me, had not been discussed previously, and were not part of our budget (as I was actively on the way to a photoshoot with my husband and had wedding festivity events about to begin), Cheryl literally told me ‘don’t worry about any of it, go enjoy your photoshoot, I’ll take care of this’ and she absolutely 100% did. I was able to enjoy quality time and special moments with my family that day and that week leading up to the big day, those who had flown from all over just for our wedding weekend, which I otherwise wouldn’t have had. The best part of working with Cheryl and her team is that this won’t just be ‘another event’ for her. She and her team care so deeply about the work they do and have such passion to make quality events happen. Planning our event was obviously a personal journey for us and our families, but it felt from the start that it was also really personal for Cheryl and Rohit as well. Finally, the day of felt like a dream for me, my husband, and both our parents. Each puzzle piece, each event, was so smooth, so flawless, I almost literally couldn’t believe it. I would walk into each event after getting hair and makeup done for hours, wondering how things would turn out. And I was just speechless and floored every time and every event when I walked through the doors to see how amazing everything looked and how smoothly things were running. And the best, most important part of all of this, was that my husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day and really maximize the time we spent with our loved ones. Without Cheryl and her team, that would not have been possible, and we are eternally grateful for this. If you are on the fence trying to decide on an event planner, Glitzzy will absolutely NOT disappoint – they are the SINGLE MUST HAVE vendor for your big day and for the planning along the way.

Fantastic experience: We brought in Cheryl and Glitzzy events when we were midway preparing for our daughter's wedding. We can't thank her and her team enough for making the wedding functions an absolute success. She and her team are a delight to work with. She brought incredible expertise along with a very calm demeanor that was reflected across her entire team. Her knowledge of the intricacies of Indian weddings, her keen and creative eye for decor, relationships with vendors, combined with flawless planning and execution were invaluable to us. Most importantly, she listens. She heard our daughter's vision for her wedding and converted that into a beautiful wedding while managing to the budget. While planning, she was practical on what would work, what was a must-do, and areas where we could cut down. During the functions, she and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring all events went smoothly. She came up with last minute solutions and took care of them with her signature calm smile. For example, creatively tying down hanging floral arrangements when there was a gusty wind blowing during the ceremony, finding a quick solution for the havan (that would not stay lit due to the gusty wind), removing makeup stains from the father of the bride’s clothes, and fixing the bride's jewelry that broke as she was getting dressed. We felt Cheryl and her team were personally vested in making the wedding a success every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Cheryl was our planner for our April 2024, 350 person, Gujarati wedding, and as my father said many times throughout the planning process, “Hiring Cheryl was the best decision we made!” Cheryl has a deep understanding of how a traditional Gujarati wedding should run, so our wedding felt like it went off without a hitch! She has great vendor recommendations and has a good understanding of the Central Texas wedding landscape. We loved everyone she connected us with. She was mindful of our budget and never pushed us to spend more than we were comfortable with. We don’t live in Texas, so she was our boots on the ground and always made herself available to us when we would visit Texas for planning. The best thing about Cheryl and her husband Rohit is that they ultimately felt like family to us. We and our parents felt that Cheryl and Rohit actually cared about us and we weren’t just another “client”. Our moms trusted Cheryl and listened to her, which was huge for us when trying to negotiate location, guest list size, vendors etc with our parents. Cheryl was the best teammate and friend while planning our wedding and we were very thankful to have her!

Throughout our regularly scheduled meetings, she also had some amazing ideas in all areas, from decor down to the snacks and drinks we chose, which enhanced our jungle-themed Sangeet and Italian-themed Haldi. Thanks to her quick thinking, she added a backdrop to our Haldi set up the month of the wedding that totally sold the vibe and made for some incredible photos. Our wedding guests were equally impressed by her professionalism and organization. Every vendor Cheryl recommended was exceptional, and we're so grateful for her guidance in finding the perfect team to celebrate with us. She was so good that we are now the consultants for our friends’ upcoming weddings using tips she gave us. We're eternally grateful for Cheryl and her team's hard work and dedication!!

Fantastic experience: When my husband and I were first looking into wedding planners for our San Antonio wedding, several friends and family members from the Austin area had recommended Cheryl. We are SO happy we chose to work with her. From the beginning 14 months before the wedding, we had zoom meetings nearly every 2 weeks and Cheryl was organized and always on top of the details, keeping us on schedule. There are literally a MILLION tasks and vendors that we would have honestly had no idea to even think about, but Cheryl was there to help guide us, give ideas to help stay in our budget, and show examples of concepts from her extensive repertoire of weddings. As we got closer to the wedding, we had weekly meetings, and she was so flexible working around my parents, my and my husbands busy work schedules. Cheryl and her husband made several trips to San Antonio to help with food tastings, venue walk throughs and provided crucial insight in literally every step of the process. During the week of the wedding she and her team were truly irreplaceable. She set up weekly meetings (that we now miss so much) to stay on top of everything and always came prepared and gently encouraged us to make decisions. Our first meeting with Cheryl occurred when she was traveling in Mumbai. She was kind to prioritize and make herself available across timezones to meet with us. When we mentioned our wedding dream of having a 4-day event with different locations for each day, she was probably the only person that said “Let’s do it!”. A few ways in which Cheryl really stood out: 1. Cheryl was like our guardian angel. When our plan for groomsmen kurtas didn't work out, she stepped up in a completely unexpected way to make sure we were able to get excellent quality, matching outfits that fit on time. This was not in her scope as a planner and shows how fully invested she is in taking care of her clients! 2. Cheryl is excellent at making a timeline and keeping things moving according to schedule which took so much pressure off of us. For example, she saved the day on our Mehendi night when one of our vendors forgot a key part of our program, but no one ever would have known because she managed everything behind the scenes! Thank you Cheryl for being so on top of it! 3. We could lean on Cheryl due to her immense experience and great judgment. There were many moments when indecision and anxiety set in, but Cheryl was always reassuring and always had a plan which we are so appreciative of.

Fantastic experience: Working with Cheryl and her team to plan our Indian wedding weekend was the single best decision we made during the planning process! Glitzzy Events came highly recommended when we were researching wedding planners for an Indian/fusion wedding in Austin and it's clear why: Cheryl is extremely experienced and knowledgeable on all things wedding related in Austin, the relationships she has made with local vendors is invaluable, and she has successfully navigated this industry pre- and post-pandemic. She is a pillar of support, gave us realistic expectations throughout the process, is so creative (the bangle cart she made was perfect) and very fun to work with - she truly was our wedding fairy godmother! The planning process was pretty organized, we met for regular zoom meetings, Cheryl had an overall timeline on when to complete certain tasks (when to book venues/vendors, send the save the dates out etc.) and helped us with vendor contracts. I must say this, and I feel immense happiness in saying this, that Glitzzy team exceeds their reputation and everyone’s expectation in planning, execution, and making any event go as smooth as freshly whipped cream. Cheryl, Rohit and Melissa paid diligent attention to every detail and went above and beyond to make our wedding beautiful and memorable. It is certainly possible to find many great event planners, but seldom we find people who, In addition to doing it passionately, bestow their warm and calming vibe to everything. In a particular incident, during the wedding events some of our stuff was forgotten in an Uber ride. I tried to contact the driver and Uber countless number of times over the next 2 days without any success. That was a huge and pleasant surprise for us to receive our valuable items back. Fantastic experience: Coordinating a two-day wedding (one Indian and one American) at two separate venues is not for the fainthearted, yet Cheryl took it on and made it look easy. She has great connections in the Austin area that made planning so much easier. We moved to Hawaii just a couple months before our wedding and she was super flexible with meeting times due to our time change. Fantastic experience: I just recently got married in Austin, TX and I loved my experience working with Glitzzy events! I first started working with Cheryl a little under a year prior to the big day and she was gracious enough to take me on as a client despite her busy schedule. I am so thankful that she did because this wedding could not have been as amazing as it was without her and the entire team! That is not a good way to do business. Update: Your response was not warranted due to the lack of professionalism. You did not confirm if we were still having our wedding on the weekend (we are not), instead your company said the date is booked and good luck. We are now having our wedding day on a weekday but we would not want to use your services anyhow after the lack of professionalism and response. Good day to you.

Fantastic experience: I first met Cheryl when the bride’s mom, an Austin resident, booked her for our children’s wedding. With all of us scattered across the country, Cheryl kept us on track to ensure that every aspect of the wedding weekend would go off without a hitch. She was in contact with all the vendors to make sure that they would be there on time. She and her husband, Rohit, and their staff were at the venue hours before us and made sure that everything was set up as we had planned, and during the events, she made sure that the timeline was being adhered to. Fantastic experience: We are so so glad we went with Cheryl & Rohit from Glitzzy events for our fusion Lutheran/South Indian wedding. Our wedding weekend was absolutely PERFECT thanks to them. Everyone knows wedding planning is super stressful, but they made it so easy and fun! They intentionally took the time to understand us as a couple and our families, so they could anticipate our needs before jumping into planning. They were calm and collected when interacting with us, even though there was a lot going on behind the scenes of each event. They were extraordinarily detail oriented, and helped us keep track of everything. They have already built a vast network of vendors specifying in South Asian fusion weddings, which was so important since I'm a first generation Indian in the U.S. and don't have immediate family around to help. They were so prompt in communicating with us, especially when it got closer to the date of the wedding, and followed up with every single vendor to coordinate and make sure our day went off perfectly. During COVID, costs started to sky rocket throughout the wedding industry, and Cheryl and Rohit were transparent with us about this from the beginning. As soon as they found out that costs were increasing, they let us know and helped us revise the budget. When we realized we couldn’t go over budget in certain areas to accommodate areas where we would have to go over budget (like food), they spent time trying to find creative solutions to help us stay within our budget while ensuring that our weekend was beautiful. Cheryl designed and executed the decor for our Sangeet, and it’s an understatement to say that it was a smash hit! Our guests have been RAVING about her Sangeet decorations for months after the event. During our Sangeet and on our wedding day, Cheryl & Rohit made sure we were fed, happy and stress free, and that everything went smoothly on a set timeline. They are incredible event planners, and have organized and decorated other events for us like my mother’s 55th birthday and our house warming (graha pravesam) ceremony. We 100% recommend them to anyone that we know, they are the BEST wedding investment that we made! Truly, our wedding would never have happened without them. Fantastic experience: Cheryl and Rohit Fernandes of Glitzzy Events provided the event management services for our son’s wedding in Austin, TX. They assisted in identifying and selecting all the necessary vendors - floral arrangements, photographer/videographer, caterers, DJ, special events items, etc. Our son's wedding was originally planned to take place in 2020 but due to COVID constraints the event had to be moved to the latter part of 2021. We had heard from others that moving the wedding back a year would be difficult, with additional 'rescheduling' costs etc. associated with the move. However, Cheryl worked with her partners and vendors to make the change easy for us, and with no additional costs or fees. Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and out of wedding planning. She has great working relationships with vendors and is wonderful at communicating and coordinating with them. We must say that the Glitzzy Events team (Cheryl and Rohit) really delivered beyond expectations - the coordination and scheduling was seamless and excellent on the day of the event - especially with our complex and multifaceted Indian wedding. She was present with a constant smile and calm demeanor which helped us enjoy the wedding knowing she would handle anything. We highly recommend Glitzzy Events/Cheryl for any event coordination.

Fantastic experience: The 5 star reviews don't do Cheryl justice. Our wedding was planned for May of 2020. Due to Covid, we scheduled it to May of 2021. Since the numbers werent going down we ended up going with Dec 2021. All three of those times, Cheryl was there to help. She was the one who coordinated all the reschedules with grace. It is so hard to contact a million vendors to reschedule, thank god Cheryl was there to to that for us. She is extremely organized. She know how to run a wedding! We met every other week for 6 months and once a week for a month leading up to the wedding. If there was any conflicts, she was flexible to move it to accommodate our schedule. We would throw her random things that we wanted in our wedding and she always found a way to make it happen. The actual wedding was perfection. There was no glitch and I did not stress at all. Cheryl instructed all vendors to their correct place and assisted with tear down at the wedding. All me and my family had to do was have a good time. We are so lucky to have had Cheryl there to share this special event with us. She has done my cousins wedding as well so she is now a fixture in our family. I want to now create more events so that Cheryl can plan them!

Fantastic experience: When we started planning our daughter’s wedding in October 2019, the first person that came to my mind was Cheryl Fernandes! We had known Cheryl and Rohit for a while, as we were neighbors and we had also attended some amazing events, including a wedding planned by Glitzzy Events. Cheryl and Rohit always have a very calm, pleasant and cheerful demeanor. I called Cheryl, with my fingers crossed, and asked her to be our wedding planner. She is one of the most sought after Indian wedding planners in Austin area and I was hoping her schedule matched ours when it came to finalizing the wedding date. She checked her calendar and informed that she would be able to help us in planning our daughter’s wedding, which was scheduled for November 2020. Our daughter’s wedding was unique as it was going to be a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony and the food for all events had to be completely Vegan. Cheryl was happy and excited to help us with these requirements. The wedding planning was going well as per Cheryl’s guidance and then the pandemic started! It put a screeching halt on the wedding preparations. Everything became so uncertain, so unpredictable. Cheryl continued to support us in all our discussions. She cheered us up when we were all feeling very stressed. Finally, we (bride, groom and parents) took a collective decision to postpone the wedding till November 2021. As soon as we reached the decision, Cheryl immediately told us that she was going to drop off the call as she wanted to start contacting all our vendors to get them rescheduled and draw new contracts with them for the new wedding date! She sprang into action and within the next few days worked things out with our wedding venue and got us all the same vendors for the new rescheduled wedding date. Cheryl suggested us some of the best vendors, including photographer, videographer, hair & makeup, mandap, henna artist, saree draping expert, DJ and caterers!! There were several challenges due to the limitations caused by the pandemic. Cheryl gracefully and gently navigated us through all the hurdles. Whether it was shopping for all Indian wedding outfits in the US, or online shopping for welcome bags, wedding favors, decorations, jasmine strings, flowers, Cheryl was our guiding light! Our unique requirement of having vegan food at all the wedding events was wonderfully handled by her. She suggested some of the best caterers who made fabulous Maharashtrian, Bombay Chaat, TexMex, Italian food, desserts and gorgeous wedding cakes (bride and groom’s cakes)…..all completely VEGAN!! The multiple food tastings were totally worth it! The regular scheduled zoom calls with Cheryl helped us all. She kept us on track and things were done in a timely manner. Cheryl was always available for us no matter how small or how big our question was for her. If she did not have an answer for us at that time, she would always do her research and get back to us. Cheryl is absolutely passionate about her work and takes the load off of the parents shoulders. We experienced this throughout the process of two years (in our case due to rescheduling). In the last couple weeks before the wedding, she helped us deal with the last minute challenges caused by the local weather, delayed shipments, last minute surprises, etc. We were completely at ease because we had Cheryl on our team! Her attention to detail is outstanding! I cannot say enough of the value Glitzzy Events brought to our daughter’s fairytale wedding! It was absolutely a dream wedding that our daughter always wanted, full of beauty, grace and warmth. It was a heartwarming experience to see her dream turn into reality. Cheryl and Rohit are absolute gems, incredible individuals. They personally took care of us (bride, groom and parents) throughout the entire wedding weekend, just like a sister or brother would do. Fantastic experience: Where do I even start. We booked Cheryl as our full service wedding planner back in August of 2019 and we finally had our dream wedding November of 2021. Cheryl was honestly the best wedding planner we could have ever imagined. She knows the Austin market so well and honestly makes wedding planning such a breeze. Due to Covid and some personal issues we had a few things for our wedding that either fell through or didn't go as plan but Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. Well, of course, fast forward about six months, and we are working on a reschedule with multiple vendors with no safe date in sight. Throughout all of this, Cheryl was patient, motivated, and, above all else, empathetic. She handled the entire situation with a grace that I couldn’t have even imagined. When you pick a planner for your event, I’m sure you are looking for someone who doesn’t panic at the sight of a problem, and instead, is always looking for solutions. Well, I can tell you that the planning of this wedding these last couple of years threw every problem her way, and she was constantly calm and working out contingencies. I truly never saw her fazed, and there is no one better, calmer, better at their job, or kinder that you would want planning your event. Another thing Cheryl excels at is relationships and managing opinions. Every single wedding is bound to have many opinions tossed about, and that can be quite difficult to sort through! In some ways, it is the trickiest part of putting on an event like this - trying to make sure everyone involved is happy with the end result. Well, Cheryl is a master at taking everyone’s opinions into account and coming up with something that works for everyone. She did this several times during our wedding planning process, and she was a complete lifesaver that way. In the end, the event she planned had something for everyone involved, even including little surprises that showed just how carefully she had been listening and really understanding. That is Cheryl’s true strength - taking the visions and ideas of two partners and their families and really taking the time, energy, and what I can only guess is a natural gift to bring those dreams to reality. When I saw the end result, I was nearly brought to tears not just because it was beautiful and meaningful, but because it was exactly what I had imagined and more, and because it was a result of so much creativity and love from someone who is so good at what they do. If you are feeling overwhelmed with planning your event and you have no idea where to start, if you are sorting through planners and can’t make up your mind, if you are struggling in any way with your event, please read this review and know that Glitzzy Events saved the day for my family and myself during a really difficult time with the pandemic, and they can do the same for you! There is no better decision we could have made! For some specific information, Cheryl planned a fusion wedding for us with Sangeet, Chinese ceremony, Indian ceremony (a task which included conducting a baraat on 6th street, I’m sure no easy feat, though she made it look easy), and a western style reception, so truly there is nothing she cannot do! Cheryl, her husband, and her team will always have a place in our heart, having worked on both my sister and my wedding, and we only hope to have more events in the future just to work with her again!

Fantastic experience: Cheryl was much much more than a wedding coordinator, she was our lifeline!! Our wedding was originally supposed to occur in June 2020 but for obvious reasons that didn’t happen. Cheryl was there with us throughout the whole stressful situation, providing support and helping us navigate through the whole process. We ended up delaying the wedding a year later and had it in June 2021. It was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, truly our DREAM wedding due to the ton of work Cheryl did. She was very much our fairy godmother and we can’t imagine how more stressful and difficult it would have been had we not partnered with her. Cheryl provided us with her undivided attention and support from the day you initially contact her to the day we said “I do”. No matter how busy she is with other clients she always seems to find a way to make you feel like you are her only one (I swear she doesn’t sleep!!). Fantastic experience: There are so many wonderful things we could write about Cheryl, Rohit and Glitzzy Events. Cheryl, her husband Rohit and their team were with us through the challenging time of planning a wedding before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our journey with them started in late 2019 and little did we know at that time would continue all the way through May of 2021. When we initially started planning our wedding in 2019, our plan was to have a grand wedding in Sept 2020 with all of our family and friends at the Hyatt Lost Pines. We had meetings with Cheryl every other week and she meticulously documented everything we would discuss at each meeting and by the next meeting would have spoken to all the vendors and come back to us with everything taken care of and ready for us to review. She never missed a beat either, her organizational skills and ability to keep calm and keep us calm when everything seemed so overwhelming was truly a blessing. We all went through a lot of hardships during 2020 and despite this Cheryl was unwavering in her professionalism and commitment to making sure our wedding would be the best version that it could possibly be within the circumstances outside of anyone’s control. With the pandemic raging during Sept 2020, having a large wedding was out of the question and so we made the tough decision to postpone this celebration until things settled down. However, we still wanted to be married on our original chosen date in September and Cheryl was there to support us in this. We had one of the most beautiful wedding ceremonies on that day in our home with our immediate families only and it was designed and executed entirely by Cheryl, Rohit and their team at Glitzzy Events. This type of mini wedding was something that they had not done before and something we could have never imagined doing and it was all put together on such short timeline and somehow executed flawlessly! The décor they created for the front of our house was magnificent and dream-like. Our neighbors still talk about how beautiful our home looked on that day! It was unlike anything we have ever seen or imagined, and it was such a special day. We were grateful to be able to livestream this beautiful event for our families and friends to be part of virtually as well, thanks to the amazing video team we had as well. Even though we were officially married on this day in Sept 2020 in a small ceremony at our home, we were still determined to have a larger wedding celebration with our family and friends in attendance. With so much uncertainty on our timeline, we postponed this celebration until May 2021. Cheryl was with us during this entire time period through the ups and downs of planning and postponing and planning again and making sure that we would be ready to celebrate with our guests that could attend by then. The wedding we had started planning in 2019 was not the same wedding we ended up having in May 2021, but it ended up being the best celebration we could imagine and exactly what it was meant to be! We significantly modified the celebration to incorporate both Latin and Indian cultures on two separate nights. It was the perfect fusion of two bright and colorful cultures and Cheryl was instrumental in helping to create this. It was such a beautiful wedding weekend at the Hyatt Lost Pines full of so much love and so much emotion. Our friends and families cried, it was the first time for us to all be together again after such a difficult year, and to be able to celebrate together something that had been in the making for so long was such an incredible feeling of gratefulness and hope that our lives were returning and love remains abundant. There are no words to describe how grateful we are to Cheryl for creating this moment for us in our lives. Not just once but twice. Two incredible, beautiful, perfect weddings, different in their scale, but priceless just the same. Although we would never want to plan another wedding again after all we went through (lol), we would choose Cheryl again 1000 times!!!

Fantastic experience: Cheryl, Rohit and the rest of the glitzzy event team were such a blessing to Ravi and I as we started planning our big fat indian wedding. From the beginning Cheryl was so attentive, easy to talk to and sooo organized! She scheduled out meetings once a month and than weekly as we came close to our wedding date. This made it so stress free and easy as me and Ravi both worked full time jobs. I can honestly say i felt very little stress throughout this whole process despite planning a wedding in a middle of a pandemic. On the days of the events, Cheryl and her team worked through early mornings and late nights to make sure our families and us didn’t have to worry about anything. And we didnt! We genuinely believe we have had the wedding of our dreams and could not have happened without this team. We cant thank her enough. We continue to day dream about this special day and would do it all over again if we could. We will always be so thankful for Cheryl and the Glitzzy event team!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Cheryl and Rohit! We would like to thank them for the wonderful event they organized for us. Everyone really loved the decor and setup over there. Due to the rain and cold weather, they had to move everything from our originally planned outdoor venue into the house but it still turned out to be a great event and has left a beautiful memory in our hearts. Everything from the initial planning to the final event was a smooth and seamless journey. All the vendors suggested did a fantastic job and everything happened in the timeline decided. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Cheryl and Rohit. I remember the first time I spoke with Cheryl on the phone and we had an instant connection!!! I knew immediately she would be the one to help me plan the most important day of my life. I remember telling her my vision and she knew immediately which venue, photographer and videographer I would like. Of course I did my homework and looked into every other option to make sure I was making the right decision. Ultimately, Cheryl was right! I chose all of her vendors and venue selection and I couldn’t be happier! She has a way of knowing what you are looking for and makes sure to only pick the best options. I was also amazed at how she made sure to incorporate my parents and in-laws requests. She always put my husband and I first but made sure our parents were happy with the final decision. Fantastic experience: Cheryl helped me and wife plan an amazing wedding! We had a fusion Indian/American wedding and Cheryl knew about both cultures and wedding styles very well and did a great job infusing the two. Since I had been living in another state during the planning, having Cheryl was very helpful and took a lot of stress off us! She helped schedule all of our events in the planning phase, making sure we did certain things at the appropriate time, had a lot of great vendors to choose from Cheryl scheduled weekly meetings for me and my wife and the parents to talk through things like budget items, certain things we wanted, and feedback on our ideas. Cheryl helped a get an amazing venue for the wedding and her relationships with the venue really helped on the pricing, plus her relationships with the other main vendors, like the Indian food, the decor, cake, music, and the hair/makeup. The week of she was solely focused on our wedding, taking our calls when we needed and very responsive through the entire process. She made the wedding day very easy and stress-free as possible for us. Cheryl and Rohit made sure we stayed on schedule for both wedding day events, made sure everything was set up perfectly and made sure to plan for if certain things didn't go accordingly. Cheryl is very detailed in all that she does and made sure it was exactly what we wanted and envisioned for our wedding. Not only did she help us envision the wedding we wanted but helped is suggesting great ideas for our wedding in areas we did not know what we wanted. Overall this wedding would not have had gone as smoothly without Cheryl. We are grateful for her and Rohit for making this special day so memorable, stress-free, and amazing! Fantastic experience: Cheryl Fernandez was the event coordinator for our daughter Monisha Konana’s wedding with David Joseph on November 8th and 9th 2019. Cheryl helped us for the entire planning right from finding the venue until the very last minute. All I can say is Cheryl is absolutely amazing and dependable lady who pays detailed attention to every small part of the wedding to make sure we come out with flying colors at the end. Her professionalism, her meticulous planning, striking deals with all the vendors and getting things done on time were just commendable. We had 5 back to back events in 2 days with around 425 guests and the way Cheryl and her husband Rohit executed everything with all the arrangements including the decorations, food, photo/video, DJ and managing the guests was just flawless. All our guests were extremely appreciative of all the arrangements and the smooth event flow. The best part was from one week before the wedding, we were almost out of the planning game and focused on our families and out of town guests. Cheryl and her crew pretty much took everything under control during that last week to make sure everything went smooth. From the day one, Cheryl took our needs and requirements very seriously and worked with us genuinely with lot of personal attention. We are all very happy with Cheryl and highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator.
