Fantastic experience: Blog for 2026 wedding Planning guide I thought how you broke down the budgeting aspect on how to plan your wedding was very helpful with someone who plans to get married soon. Fantastic experience: Raina is a wonderful planner/coordinator! We were blessed to have her help and expertise in planning and organizing my daughter’s wedding. The bride and groom were residing out of state during the planning process but this was no obstacle for Raina. She helped us line up a great group of vendors. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had along the way and was truly a guiding light for us. Storms were forecasted the afternoon of the wedding. At one point I looked out the window from the bridal suite to find her covering the ceremony chairs in plastic to keep them dry. The weather caused some stressful moments and the need for some quick decisions on wedding day, but Raina and her team were wonderful and handled everything and everyone (including this emotional mother of the bride) with much grace and professionalism. Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough great words about Raina and her team! From start to finish, Raina was wonderful, pleasant and easy to work with. She was a calming influence throughout the whole process. As the mother of the bride, I could not have done this without her! Every detail was attended to, and I was able to focus on enjoying our daughter's wedding day without one worry. We live in Texas, and the wedding was three states away in Tennessee. During the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Raina helped me to navigate planning from long distance, connecting us to the best vendors and helping us to create the wedding our daughter and her (now) husband dreamed of. Fantastic experience: Raina - The Doer in Chief! We hired Raina and her team 30 days out for day-of planning/coordination of our wedding. We thought we could do everything ourselves but it became overwhelming and clear we needed help. Raina quickly stepped in as the go-to problem solver from our first call all the way through the wedding. She established contacts with all vendors and key members of the wedding party. She developed an impressive, detailed schedule for vendors, which helped make the wedding day go so smoothly. She also calmed us down anytime we had an issue arise. We immediately felt relief having her in charge of the team. She was professional, prepared, organized, and caring during every interaction. Our vendors complimented her repeatedly. She also had excellent contacts for last-minute needs and was able to facilitate that for us, including limo service and calligraphy services. Raina and her team ran the wedding perfectly - in charge but never rude to the wedding party or the vendors. She came with a contingency plan and emergency kit to make sure we had everything we needed. Our wedding would not have been a success without Raina and her lovely team. We developed a connection with her and would work with her again for any special events. In addition, it was so important to us to find someone who recognizes that love is love. Raina's site made it clear that she does not discriminate and all clients are welcome. That was especially comforting to us, since it is not always the case in the South. Fantastic experience: Raina was amazing helping me plan my day from a location setting, recommending a florist and a photographer to a limo driver. Couldn’t ask for a nicer more professional person. She was very responsive. I never waited very long for an answer at most it was 15-20 min and she would apologize and explain she was driving or the one time doing a micro wedding. So things that are very understandable and an apology not even necessary. I would highly recommend her as your planner and for all of your wedding needs. She is fantastic

Fantastic experience: We booked Raina as our month of coordinator for our wedding on 10/19 at Duck Pond Farm in Mount Juliet. I knew the very first thing I wanted to book after I got engaged was a wedding planner. Raina to the rescue! Raina was absolutely incredible and I am so happy I found her through reviews online. I had no idea how nice it would be to have vendors that knew each other and had done several weddings together (not to mention got along so well), but it was great! Fantastic experience: I loved working with Raina!! I live in Houston, but Nashville is my hometown and I got married in Nashville. Planning a wedding from afar is difficult. I started the process with minimal guidance... by the time I met Raina, I had already selected my caterer, photographer, videographer, wedding and reception venue, and DJ. I sure wish I had known her before doing all of that. She would have made things much easier and less stressful. Raina was a referral from my florist. I knew Raina was exactly who I wanted to work with 5 minutes into the conversation. She has a calming spirit and is very resourceful. She quickly helped me find the rest of my vendors, and was always quick to pick up the phone or text whether she was answering questions I had or just checking in with me to make sure I was still sane. Lol Raina is thoroughly prepared. She takes thorough notes and is always traveling with her binder so she can accurately address any concerns almost immediately. Raina is also very talented. My step-dad passed and I wanted to do a tribute to him by having his blue handkerchief embroidered. The seamstress in Houston did it initially and did a horrible job. Three days before the wedding, I gave it to Raina and she did an amazing job with it overnight! The entire ceremony started on time, ran smoothly, and every detail we requested, Raina and her crew were able to implement flawlessly. It was an amazing experience and Raina was an incredible planner. My husband and I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Raina and her amazing staff were involved, enthusiastic, and prepared since the day we engaged Weddings & Events by Raina. Raina’s excitement and attention to detail was clear within the first few minutes of our meeting, and her experience put much of my anxiety at ease. Our Sikh Indian wedding necessitated coordination across out of town vendors, last minute changes, and numerous course corrections. Her staff, Anita, Mariah, and Jennifer, were eager to please and stepped in to facilitate communication and last minute changes. From behind the scenes, our beautiful, complex wedding incurred the challenges of constrained venue staff and some minor printing mishaps. Our guests never knew the difference, and my groom and I only found out after the fact. You’re in good hands with these seasoned, organized experts.

Fantastic experience: I have had the incredible fortune of being able to work with Raina of Weddings and Events by Raina.on two occasions. I was hesitant to ask someone for help... with my daughter’s reception... because after all... I was super do everything myself mom! ( dramatic pause with sound of cape in the wind) ..and who better to put something together for my daughter?.... but I got schooled...Raina asked a lot of questions.... a lot....... it made my brain hurt... but it also quickly realized that I had grossly underestimated the massive amount of details involved in having a successful event... I have always been a fly by the seat of my pants ... and I always managed to mostly pull things off in an almost Bohemian manner....by relying (sometimes selfishly) favors from friends and family and a flurry of chaotic extreme activity... that wasn’t so smooth..but worked.... most of the time.... ( there are stories) But my daughter had met an amazing man whom I already loved like a son..and she had taken great care planning her destination wedding ( college job was wedding coordinator for a local venue). There was so much I wanted to do for them... but couldn’t... I wanted very much for this reception to be without the stress ... I wanted to spend time on the special day experiencing.and sharing not running around putting out fires sparked by a lack of attention to detail. There were planning meetings and a lot more questions... and spreadsheets and homework.. And although my head was still hurting... my daughter was very relived... she was relived to know it was being taken care of ... and that there would be no surprises ( my past efforts of family event management were well seasoned with plan Bs, surprises and redos) What we could not have anticipated was that my mother would suddenly become an invalid mentality and physically due to a terrible decision by her dr...and our family fell into a spiraling dark hole that weeks later would end in her death, in the last weeks before the wedding...in addition I contracted a debilitating form of Pneumonia from the nursing home where she was being cared for, my ability to function was frozen in grief.... and smothered in sickness ( I eventually ended up at the center for lung disease) but Raina stepped in and carried on... I was walking around in an anxiety charged, grief constructed, guilt filled cloud. I really had little to no idea how the event would play out...the details were fuzzy.. I had forgotten to get my hair and nails done.. dint buy an outfit...( smells like disaster soup , right.) but folks I walked into that event like a guest of honor.. Raina and her team had taken care of everything! It was beautiful and perfect down the tiniest details and a memorial table with a beautiful tribute to my mother, the grooms mother, and my son . I was impressed at sheer simple elegance of every thing ... then I forgot about the devil in the details...and emersed my self in the celebration... I fully experienced the day instead of fretting and stressing over everything....no cat herding for me.. Instead I have beautiful healing memories of my daughter’s big day... as do the members of our still raw with grieving family who shared the day.... I fear that considering the unexpected life events ;if I hadn’t asked for help..it may have never happened at all and it I had managed to pull it off ... the struggle and stress of creating a perfect day would have consumed me, if not landed me in the hospital. Or dumped the huge chore on an undeserving friend or family member.. The highlights of the day was seeing the joy on my daughter’s face...seeing my family bond and smile and laugh for the first time in what seemed like forever... and when it was over being able to walkout ...like a guest... (boss).. knowing all the clean up and vendor management was taken care of... We could not have done it without you Raina! Worth every penny and more!
