When I walked in and saw how she took my vision and made it a reality, I was in shock. Plus she made everything so easy. Positive experience: We hired Integrity Events based off a referral from our venue. AJ, was great...until he wasn't. He was very rude to my guests and the groom. We had 3 signature cocktails that were absolutely delicious! The guests had nothing but great comments about the drinks, however, AJ was very slow in making the drinks and it was an ordeal and long wait time. We had approximately 50 guests. I would suggest that at least 2 bartenders are making drinks, or the bartender makes the signature cocktails that he came up with a bit quicker if he is wanting tips! I'm hoping that our guy was having a rough night, because up until the reception, AJ, was a delight to work with. Drinks were amazing, staying in communication was great, pricing was reasonable. His speed, service and attitude were unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: Shannon and her team were amazing! I hired her as our month of coordinator, but her services extended way beyond the month of. Her wedding planning portal sent scheduled checklist of things that needed to be completed, kept track of payment and vendor contracts, and the notes section of her portal provided information about many aspects of the wedding process. She handled so many details that I did not think about and made sure that my daughter‘s wedding ran smoothly! I would hire her again for any function that I needed a coordinator or planner for!

I recently hired them for bartending services for one of my clients' weddings, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. From our very first interaction, AJ was incredibly prompt and professional in his communication. I used partial planning - in which they acted as my day of planners and assisted the month and a half leading up to the wedding. However, before that time, they were still available to answer questions, give me opinions. Provided a TON of resources, vendor recommendations, information about name change process, How-To's. So much info! Was super helpful in my process to plan my wedding. Even as partial planning - so many resources and info. My husband and I didn't have to do a single thing the day of. I cant imagine how helpful they could be with the full planning package!

We took full advantage of Shannon’s established relationships. I can’t overstate the value of having a coordinator who has a network of wedding vendors and service providers. Especially helpful was Integrity's extensive experience with our venue, Lucky Spur Ranch and Retreat and our florist, Coco Fleur. At the same time, Shannon was able to work well with our DJ who was new to her. Shannon took the time to understand our vision and then orchestrate the players who brought that vision to life. Our “Tis the Season to be Married” winter wonderland was beautifully realized. During the planning process, Shannon kept us on track with regular meetings, checklists, and reminders. She provided helpful guidelines, timelines and tools. Even though I can have a tendency towards procrastination, we got things done according to schedule. I can’t imagine a wedding day without Shannon and Hailie on site. It’s more than coordination. Shannon was our ringmaster, managing lots of moving pieces and people to ultimately deliver an unforgettable event. There were some minor bumps, but those things were dealt with. Shannon is a creative problem solver. I think it would be pretty hard to phase her. Working with AJ to come up with a bar menu was fun and inspiring. This was one thing we added later as we discovered coming up with signature cocktails, a shopping list and understanding how much we needed to purchase for our bar were harder than we thought. AJ to the rescue. Our only challenge was selecting the perfect cocktails from the amazing options he provided. It was hard to choose! Guests loved our cocktail selection and we came in under our bar budget. The biggest compliment I have is that I had an amazing time at my wedding, as did my groom, our families and all of our guests. The day of the wedding the drinks were flowing and everyone raved about the Amber's Ocean water, and they still are even after the wedding. They made clean up easy and stress free. However after working with him, setting my menu, providing a shopping list, through to execution was great! I chose the Warm Sweater Sangria for my signature fall drink and it was the PREFERRED drink of the night! I appreciate everything !

Negative experience: I read these reviews and I know someone must have paid for the good ones! AJ was the absolute worse not only did he insult the guest multiple times throughout the wedding he forced a tip, his direct words are “it’s a two way street” granted they got paid very well for being there. Told the bride he couldn’t make her signature drink because she didn’t buy all the ingredients then she told him that she did and they were back there he still proceeded to argue with the BRIDE! Also he made unnecessary rules up on his own.I’ve managed a bar for years now and know tabc law like the back of my hand. He was just saying stuff to do less work also said he was a real bartender and not a drink pourer when my husband mentioned I was in the bar industry considering this man needed help setting up the kegs I find that very funny. very rude condescending and childish attitude. I feel bad for the guy who was working with him because he was great! I would ask for the other guy but do not book AJ!

Fantastic experience: Shannon and Hailee were amazing. I thought i had done pretty well planning, but they came in and tied up all loose strings, did a timeline and made everything run smoothly. The day was so easy and I did not have to deal with anything other than getting dressed and having fun. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone AND I will definitely use them when both of my daughters decide to get married. THEY ARE THE BEST and VERY easy to work with.

Negative experience: This was the WORST bartending experience I’ve ever had in all my attendings to 11+ weddings! Their bedside manners were equivalent to an arrogant ill-mannered child! AJ had no respect for any of the guest let alone the MOH. The bride received numerous complaints about AJ‘s attitude, his eagerness to leave, unprofessionalism, and overall vibes he gave off that were VERY unwelcoming. I wouldn’t let this so called “bartender” host a dogs funeral. If you want your wedding to have throwed off energy, a bartender with a distasteful attitude, and someone who talks back, book this bartender. You’ll have something to remember forever!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start? WOW, Mrs Shannon and Hailie were absolutely amazing. Two very beautiful souls. They were a BIG help and very professional. We began planning with these two ladies A COUPLE OF WEEKS before our official wedding date and with very very little bit of time for them to get everything they needed to help our wedding run SO smoothly, they sure did their thing . We were very blessed to have them be part of our special day. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Had a 21st birthday party, creature feature masquerade. AJ was perfect!!! Even dressed up and the signature cocktail was so good that the guests mostly drank that all night as well as the infused water drink. Fantastic experience: I knew from day one of planning my wedding that a wedding planner was going to be a priority in my budget. Shannon was exactly what I was looking for. I chose the month-of planning package, but don’t let the name fool you. I signed my contract about a year out from my wedding date, and from that time on, I had full access to online wedding planning tools through Shannon. There was a comprehensive to do list, recommended vendors list, floor plan editor, a spreadsheet for our guest list, and more. Shannon took the time to walk me through the whole website and was available for any questions I had throughout the next year. Month of, Shannon took over all communication with my vendors, developed a comprehensive timeline, and reached out to everyone in the immediate family and bridal party with individualized timelines so there was no question about where everyone should be. She made sure my bridesmaids and I had nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding and even personally helped put things into place at the wedding venue. I loved working with Shannon every step of the way, and I got so many compliments from my family and bridesmaids about how helpful and professional she was to work with. It was the best money spent! I loved working with Integrity Events and Designs because of how organized they are and also because they have really good suggestions. AJ helped us make amazing signature cocktails with beautiful garnishes( Grapefruit Paloma, Smoked Chocolate Old Fashioned, & Peach Rum Punch!). Shannon was amazing to work with throughout the entire process helping us stay on track and find the vendors that we need! She is so calm and bright and upbeat! As a 2 full time engineers, it was wonderful to have their help to put on our beautiful large Catholic Ranch wedding. Our Friends and Family were impressed. Fantastic experience: Shannon was a fantastic wedding planner! My daughter got married in a city four hours away so planning was a real challenge. The decision to hire her made our wedding planning so much less stressful. She was professional, experienced, encouraging and friendly. She took care of every detail, managed the many vendors and even set up the decorations and flowers. One of the bridesmaids arrived from out of state before the wedding with the WRONG dress. Shannon located the correct dress in the exact color and size and delivered it to her within hours at the rehearsal dinner. I still have no idea how she managed to make that happen so quickly! Our photographer told me that she was the best planner she had ever worked with in her entire career.
