Negative experience: Wasn't going to write a review, but after reading the emotionally manipulative responses from B3, I have to say I'm not a fan of how my brother's wedding was handled. As described in the reviews, B3 stressed the couple out before the wedding with terrible communication, became rude during the wedding, and are now resorting to clear deflection instead of taking accountability. Before the wedding, just because there was a long time period to plan doesn't excuse numerous missed meetings with beyond late notices. Also backpedaling by calling a B3 chosen tailor an 'outside vendor' that completely failed, and acting virtuous for refunding the deposit, which any reputable service would do, is equally ridiculous. During the wedding, there was no heroic moment of retrieving a 'forgotten ring'. 20 minutes before the ceremony, we realized one of our photo/video members didn’t have one of the rings in their bag due to miscommunication. The planner contacted hotel security, and security retrieved the ring from the suite and a family member brought it over in time for the ceremony. Many family members commented on the planners behavior as they grabbed the ring from our family member with a "rude attitude". Not the kind of energy you want at a wedding from your planner. At the time of the bride's entrance, the B3 team was fully present, as confirmed by family members, but did nothing to help her. They mismanaged the church doors after the bridal party entrance and took forever to call Shannon from the bus. As Shannon entered the church no one helped her as planned, and I saw it was our cousins and ushers who listened to Shannon to close the doors as is tradition before the bride's entrance. B3 team seemed disorganized and completely checked out during the reception after seeing the couple have to keep their own schedule for the dress change and leaving the makeup artist locked outside the hotel room. Also seeing the wild text messages the groom received from B3 during the reception was insane. After being caught misrepresenting and not addressing valid points the couple made, they conflate truthful with hateful, and ignore the real issues with their services by playing the victim of toxicity. What's toxic is the emotional manipulation, guilt tripping, and extreme defensiveness to the couple's honest review of B3's actions. They're complaining about a thankless industry, yet every wedding publicly thanks the vendors that did a good job. They clearly didn't earn it in this case with all these examples, so would not recommend.

Negative experience: Not very pleased with my experience. I had an introduction call scheduled with them for my reception planning. The email exchange was one no red flags. They had me scheduled for 3pm on the day we both had agreed to. The day of, at 2:59pm I get a “reschedule email” for 7pm that same day. 7pm comes around- I hop on the Google call and they are planning someone else’s sangeet & wedding. I was sitting in this call for about 30-40 min. with the team in silence while they didn’t even acknowledge me, planning another brides event. I found this extremely unprofessional & to be honest uncomfortable & an over all. horrible first experience. After sitting in this call where no one spoke to me, after 37 min I hung up. They wasted my time. They tried to reschedule another call with me but I declined. I have inquired other event decor businesses in my area for my reception and EVERY SINGLE one has been one on one. They gave me their full attention & listened to my vision without any other distractions or any bride on the call. This is usually the expectation when inquiring about a service.. one would think. I had a family friend use B3 for her wedding and reception this past year- when I asked her what her experience was after my waste of time google call, she said they were not good with communication & how she had to stay on top of them a lot of times and felt their attention was always else where with higher paying clients. She also told me that they were over priced for the service & experience she received from them. She said she spend roughly 25-30k with them. From their IG and socials they look like they do a great job & from sitting in on someone else’s wedding planning design call it looked as if they do a good job, but I wish they treated me and my time with more respect as a paying client. Note: After my initial call with them, they did send me a follow up invitation call for the next day or something like that. I declined. It’s been a few weeks and they had the nerve to send me another one for this week. I declined that too. Over all my experience with them I found was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, uncomfortable & over all just rude. If you have a destination wedding and have thousands among thousands of dollars to spend, you might have better luck with them because they will pay more attention to you. I will also say- after reading their reviews on Google, it seems like they are very defensive & quick to justify their unprofessionalism. Leaving this review isn’t to be “mean or nasty” toward your business but hopefully show you on ways you can improve the customer experience. Part of being a successful business is creating a great experience for ALL customers from start to finish. Not just for the ones that have more financial profit. & going on Google to invalidate customers real experiences with your business is only further proving why they had the experience they had. For future brides- please do your research & don’t accept this type of behavior as normal. Your wedding or reception IS important and any business you inquire to help bring that to life should treat it as such.

Fantastic experience: B3 was the wedding planning team for my son’s wedding in Cancun and they were just amazing to work with. Vini, CG and the team made the planning process manageable with their support, whether it was finding the right venue, vendor negotiations or entertainment and decor ideas/guidance. During the 3 day wedding weekend which consisted of 5 events, Vini and her team made everything seem like it was seamless as they had everything under control. CG and his team made the kids decor vision come to life in a breathtaking fashion for every single event. During and after the wedding we received so much positive feedback about the B3 team from our family and friends, as they too had noticed how all the events had flowed so beautifully. I would highly recommend B3 to anyone looking for an amazing wedding planning team.

Fantastic experience: Vini Desai was a godsend for our wedding. She truly cares about the families coming together and prioritizes the bride and groom’s wishes. Especially during the month prior, we were in constant communication and her organization capabilities kept all of us on target. Anything and everything was taken care of by Vini - she went above and beyond for all our last minute requests no matter how small. Her team (particularly Fernanda for taking care of my makeup emergency!) was fantastic, keeping us up to date and coordinating (and often rescheduling) video/photoshoots throughout the wedding. We had such a wonderful experience working with Vini and felt calm leading up to the wedding in her capable hands. Cannot recommend Vini and B3 Events enough!

Fantastic experience: Vini & the entire B3 Team planned our wedding in Cancun, and I could not speak more highly of the entire team. Fantastic experience: Vini and her team made our wedding planning process so much smoother and easier than we thought would be possible. She advocated for us with every vendor and helped a ton with negotiations too. We were able to pull off a truly magical wedding in only 7 months of planning! At times, it was a little stressful as we didn’t have the food and some other big components figured out with 3 months left before the big date, but I recommend to trust the process and trust Vini’s team to get it done, as they really do know how to pull it all together in the end. Fantastic experience: Vini and her team at B3Events have provided an outstanding wedding experience for Amit/Melissa's Wedding in Minneapolis. We have had an amazing experience, from the first steps of reaching out to go over possibilities, nine months later, to the culmination of a grand 3 day affair. Each event had a unique glorified theme, brought to life by the talented design star CG. His vision and support in figuring out our best options, was tremendously helpful. Their experience, patience and positive support helped ensure a smooth planning process. This was the first wedding in our family. Being in the business for a while, their extensive network allowed us access to all different types of services. Given a short timeline, we are hearing that this is not easily done! Hearing ongoing positive messages from our family and friends, regarding a truly memorable experience. A grand Indian wedding in the Twin Cities, with the best of catering options, talented music/dancing groups and traditional Rajasthani scene creation made for an experience of a lifetime. Negative experience: Hi, my name is Ann, 1st cousin of Shannon, and who was involved in day-of responsibilities. I am writing this review based on my observations during day-of, and information that was shared with me. Please note that I did not have any interactions with B3 Event Management prior to the wedding. 1) To start off positively, my interactions with B3 were pleasant. I was in charge of the family photos and the card box, and both times my conversations with them were pleasant. The way things were managed were odd though, not going to lie. With the card box, I had to walk all the way to one room to give the box back, but then walk all the way to the bridal suite with them to put away the cards. No complaints since I took the responsibility, but just found it a bit odd since I didn’t do this for my other cousins’ weddings, and I did miss out on a little of the reception. 2) Observation #1 was the bride’s first entrance. I do want to reiterate what Shannon & Blessan both mentioned in their reviews that the B3 team was nowhere in sight during the procession. I went to the back to check on my little cousin who was the flower girl and say good luck to Shannon, but Shannon and the B3 team were nowhere in sight. I assumed they were getting Shannon ready and went back to my seat. The procession began, everyone else entered, the bride’s entrance song began & the doors opened, but Shannon and her mom weren’t there. I knew something was up 3-min into nothing happening, so I went back to check and all I see is Shannon running down the street in her gown, veil and all trailing in dirt, looking like she’s about to cry, and everyone in the church looking through the open doors. It was the 2 ushers that eventually closed the door so Shannon could reset herself, but at that point, everyone already saw her, Blessan’s expression went from happy to confused, and that fairytale moment for the couple were ruined. To add the cherry on the cake, the rule of not letting anyone enter the church during the procession, specifically during the bride’s entrance, was broken, and people were let in. I thought this was very poorly managed as an event team. I do want to note that in the B3 response to Shannon and Blessan, they mention they were retrieving a “forgotten ring” during that time, but someone should have regardless been posted to assist with the bride’s entrance. The team was there for the bridal party entrance, but not for the bride’s most important entrance. 2) Observation #2: Shannon and Blessan were never called by B3 for the mid-reception dress change. I distinctly remember Blessan constantly checking his watch and me asking him why he seemed anxious. Both Shannon and Blessan mentioned they were supposed to be called for their dress change but weren’t, so they made the decision to get up and go change on their own. 30-minutes into the dress change, when the couple still didn’t come for their re-entrance, I stepped out of the reception hall to see the full B3 team sitting at a table on their phones. I asked one of the team members what’s going on, and their response, in a condescending manner, was “Shannon had a few drinks tonight, so she forgot the steps and is practicing it now. We told her to come, but she needs to practice.” I peeked every so often to see if B3 would bring the couple, but they were very much settled at the table. 3) The comments Shannon and Blessan made about B3 texting them *on the day of their wedding* are absolutely true. I don’t know about you, but all the weddings I’ve been in, incl. myself, none of the brides & grooms had their phones on them and were actively checking on their wedding day. I saw the very unprofessional texts that were sent and was taken aback. I took a look at all the previous reviews, and a lot of people have the same thing to say. Very poorly managed & unprofessional. This is not an attack, these are what I observed & experienced that day.

Negative experience: I would like to take a moment to share this well-deserved 1 star review, and why you should not hire B3 Events to be your event planner. My wife Shannon & I hired Vini for full-service planning, and it was the one regret we have from our entire wedding experience. Firstly, I will highlight their sheer unprofessionalism. You texted the groom at 8:40pm on our reception night during our outfit change that the bride is being “very rude and demoralizing”, after which I had to calm you down. When I clarified that she was upset with your team about her church entrance (see her review below), you proceeded to say “it wasn’t our fault”, blaming the bride and making up excuses. When my wife saw these messages after our reception, she shed tears. She had spent a year planning the details, the grand entrance in her beautiful designer wedding dress, the song she chose to walk down to that was special to us – and not only did you ruin that moment, you proceeded to blame and insult her. There is no amount of “problem solving” or “positive efforts” from you that will take away from the way you treated her and took away from our happiness that night. My review should end here and provide enough insight for anyone considering hiring B3, but I will go ahead and respond to their response to my wife’s google review. 1. “Our weekly meetings were consistently scheduled on Sunday evenings” – this is a lie. In 2025 we met less than once monthly due to repeatedly cancelled meetings by you. The “scheduling conflicts” occurred multiple times when we signed into a meeting, waited 1 hour for you to respond that you can’t make it due to an “emergency.” 2. “None of these concerns were ever raised during the planning process” – by the 3rd time you cancelled a meeting last minute, we sent you a long message on July 22 explaining our concerns about lack of communication, lack of respect of our time as we’re waiting for you on a call for an hour with no follow up, and that we were handling all the communication with our vendors. Our time off is valuable. More lies and examples of unprofessionalism. 3. “We agreed to work with a smaller team” – this is also a lie. Adding more members to your team would have been a minimal addition to the overall investment of the wedding. If we had the agreed upon weekly meetings that we were promised, perhaps your team would have been less disorganized, or we could have added more assistants. My wife walked up to the church with no one there to set her cathedral-length veil, fix and fluff her ballgown dress, or even communicate to her what to do. Your assistant, Heather, who was assigned that job was nowhere to be found, texting on her phone, acting confused as she had been the entire day. We regret that we did not have family members taking care of Shannon instead of relying on your team. 4. Bridesmaids Lehengas and refunding the deposit from your payment – this was YOUR vendor that YOU recommended. We had several friends who had worked with successful tailors from India to create custom made outfits, but we went with your recommendation because we thought you knew best. Instead, we wasted immense time and effort. When we got the unusable, poorly made outfits is when we should have realized that your planning services were 95% talk, 5% results. 5. The 8 five-star reviews that have conveniently popped up in the 24 hours after my wife’s review should also give you pause into the type of business this is. Regardless of what happened, we had the most beautiful weekend because all our other vendors – photo/video, florist, décor, DJ, hotel, catering, hair/makeup – went above and beyond to provide us a memorable weekend of love. To any future couples considering B3 events for wedding planning services, if you would like further details from myself or my wife – please feel free to reach out to us on social media and we will candidly share our experience with evidence. We urge you to pick your vendors based on their personality, professionalism, genuine intent to support you and your vision, and above all, kindness.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about B3 Events? From day one, Vini and her team treated us like family, not just clients or another wedding on their calendar, but people they truly cared about. They took the time to understand our lives, our families, and everything we were juggling behind the scenes. Planning an Indian wedding comes with its own chaos, from the opinions to the traditions and expectations, but Vini never let our vision get lost in it all. She always had our best interests at heart and used her incredible knowledge and experience to guide us through every decision with honesty and care. What makes B3 so special goes far beyond wedding planning. I found myself in a unique and extremely difficult situation, dealing with a family emergency right in the middle of wedding planning. It was one of the hardest times of my life, something no one could have prepared for, but Vini, Khyati and her team stood by me through it all. They handled everything with such compassion, patience, and grace, stepping far beyond the scope of what any wedding planner is expected to do. Vini and Khyati werent just my planners, they became true friends. Because of Vini and her team, I was able to still have the wedding I had always dreamed of, even through unimaginable circumstances. B3 Events isn’t just the best in the business, they’re the best kind of people. Dillon and I will forever be grateful for their kindness, strength, and unwavering support.

Negative experience: My husband and I hired B3 Events for full-service wedding planning, and I can confidently say it was one of the biggest mistakes we made throughout the entire wedding process. From the start, we worked closely with Vini, who repeatedly talked over us, dismissed our concerns, and made us feel like burdens rather than clients. Despite paying for full-service planning, we ended up handling most vendor communication ourselves. Multiple meetings were missed without notice or explanation, leaving us waiting after adjusting our schedules. It quickly became obvious that our wedding was not a priority to them. One failure involved custom bridesmaid outfits. Vini personally recommended a tailor, and I spent over six months working with them, providing detailed references. When I expressed concerns about delays and communication gaps, Vini told me to “be patient.” The final lehengas were completely unusable — wrong colors, poor quality, and terrible stitching. With only months left, I had to scramble to buy entirely new outfits online, abandoning the vision I had poured time and effort into. Things only got worse during the wedding weekend. We paid to fly out Vini and two assistants and covered their hotel stay for three nights. They were not involved in the rehearsal dinner, which we managed ourselves. Then came the church ceremony — a moment I had dreamed of my entire life — and it was ruined due to sheer negligence. Despite rehearsing the order of the procession the day before, my bridesmaids were sent down the aisle while I was still stuck on the bus. I was left confused and then suddenly told “your song is playing, you need to hurry.” Instead of calmly lining up at the church entrance as planned, I had to run down the street in my ball gown and cathedral-length veil, collecting dirt and leaves, while guests watched in confusion through wide-open church doors. Guests were still being let in during the procession. No one on Vini’s team was managing the moment. I lost the one memory I had waited my entire life for — seeing my husband’s reaction as I walked down the aisle. The disorganization continued throughout the day — poor coordination, transportation delays, missing items, assistants scrolling on their phones instead of helping, and no time management or leadership. When it was time for our outfit change, no one informed us, so my husband had to monitor the schedule himself during our reception. Our makeup artist was left sitting on the floor outside our hotel room for over 30 minutes because Vini’s team failed to open the door for her, despite it being pre-planned. When I asked why, they shrugged it off. To make things worse, Vini texted my husband during the reception accusing me of being “very rude and demoralizing.” While no wedding goes perfectly and mistakes can be forgiven, to make this extremely unprofessional comment to my husband on our wedding day crossed the line. After the wedding, I reached out to express how deeply hurt I was by how our day was handled. Vini took zero accountability, just as she had throughout the entire process. I am aware that B3 Events and its leadership have reacted defensively to other critical reviews in the past. This is not written out of spite, but out of honesty. Everything stated here is based on real events, witnessed by multiple people, and backed by documentation. If their response is to deflect or discredit, that should tell you everything you need to know. To any couple, do not hire B3 events to plan your wedding. No couple should have to spend their wedding day stressed and disrespected because of the very team they trusted to protect it.

Fantastic experience: I would trust the B3 team with my life!!! They made our wedding dreams come true by bringing our vision to life and then some. They are so creative, and a true force. Our guests were absolutely wowed, and so were we! We used them for a 3 day 4 event wedding fusing American and Indian culture together, and they were somehow able to manage each of these events across 4 separate locations which is a feat in and of itself. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Stunning Decorations!! @Chintu: You are an absolute magician! The moment I stepped into the venue, it felt like I had entered a flower dream. You worked your magic with real flowers to create something truly extraordinary. The decorations for Haldi, Mehendi and half saree event were fresh, innovative, classy, and elegant, with a heavenly fragrance. Chintu, I trusted you completely, but you surpassed all expectations. We are completely in awe of how on top of things they managed to be and how easy they made things for us. Fantastic experience: I don't have anything but positives to say about the planning and décor team at B3E. They are very well organized and highly professional in interacting with all the guests and vendors. Kudos to CG, Vini, and the team.

Negative experience: We reached out to B3E with the hopes of working with them because many of our friends had recommended them for their work. However, we were incredibly disappointed with their unprofessionalism and poor demeanor. Vinny tried cancelling our appointment multiple times, which was frustrating because it was always a last minute cancellation. I had been warned about this from a friend, as B3E had cancelled their appointments several times too. After sending their team our potential decor ideas, we finally rescheduled, but Vinny texted me the day of saying that we “must” meet their $30,000 minimum before she would even consider meeting with my mom and I later that evening. We didn't get why as we didn’t even have a chance to discuss why our event would cost so much when our friends have had cheaper events done by them. With a a lot of persistence to keep the meeting, we finally met. She was once again late to this meeting and incredibly rude to us. She didn’t give us an option to discuss our ideas or understand their high costs. Vinny was incredibly unprofessional and didn't have the client perspective as a priority. She was very condescending to my mother and said “if you walk into a Chanel store, but want to pay the price of Michael Kors then you can’t expect that,” all while suggesting that we didn’t know what we were doing when it came to decor. It was honestly not worth it for us to work with someone who doesn’t put their clients first and is unprofessional/rude. Vinny reached back out to us a few weeks after the meeting to see if we would proceed with them and I expressed my disappointment with how we were spoken to and dealt with. It was even more discouraging to hear that Vinny had an insincere apology and denied being unprofessional and rude. I continued to say we would not be signing a contract with them and informed her I will be writing a review, at which point she tried to apologize a little more sincerely, but it didn’t feel very genuine as she seemed more concerned with the potential consequences to her business from this. Overall, very disappointed with this service and will not be recommending to our friends and community. My response to Ms. Gandhi's comment: You are absolutely right that there are 2 sides to a story, but please note that Vinny did not allow my mother and I to even have a discussion about anything. Therefore, only 1 side was shared and that is why I am sharing my side now. Yes, everyone is busy due to COVID, trust me, my family and I are fully aware as we work in a hospital. But it still comes across as unprofessional when your company repeatedly cancels a meeting last minute when we all have things going on in our schedule. If you are so swamped, then you should not take on more than you can handle. I explicitly stated that I was open to any changes in the suggestions that we sent your team, especially because I wanted to discuss what could be done to minimize the cost. Vinny was not receptive to this and that is not fair to the client. There should be a discussion at least. We tried getting to know you all by scheduling appointments, but it was your way or no way. Your poor attitude is another reason why my family and I were not comfortable proceeding with your business. Instead of understanding and genuinely apologizing for our poor experience with your company you are trying to discredit my perspective and refuse to put the client first all because I gave you a negative review. I am incredibly disappointed in how unprofessional and rude that you all have been. There is no legal violation in me sharing a screenshot from a texting conversation, but I also have a screenshot of your initial response to this post, which was beyond rude (I can share anything that was originally posted on Google, which you did yourself). Our friends know how bad of an experience we had and some of that has been shared on this review page, which you again continue to discredit, instead of making amends.
