Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin - LONI - no notes, just immaculate vibes is how I’d describe our day and planning experience. We contacted Loni and her team a little over a year in advance our day and since day one, she and her team have walked us through every detail, recommendations, answered a million questions, the list goes on. After seeing Loni in action in a few of our friends weddings previously, it was an easy and first choice we made going into wedding planning. Communication was smooth, prompt, decisive, yet easy going with Loni. As someone who works in the creative field, I was determined I’d be okay doing most of this on my own, but Loni and her team seamlessly collaborated with my wild ideas, while taming any stress that crept in. As wedding weekend approached, Loni and her team helped take a HUGE load off of us, so that we could truly enjoy our celebrations together with friends and family - no frills. Give this girl any task (hanging oranges, disco balls, paper sculptures - you name it) and she executes it flawlessly. Don’t even dare ask to help In addition to being our planner, Loni also became a good friend, and I cannot thank her enough for everything. Wedding planning CAN be a blast and it comes down to this. Fantastic experience: As a photographer, I've worked with around 50+ planners over the years, and no one simultaneously solves problems, meets needs, entertains guests, melts into the background, supports vendors, and makes couples feel so seen like LP Creatives. Each of my couples who's worked with them gets to enjoy a wedding that's truly fine-tuned to their wants and needs. I.e., this beautiful mountain wedding is filled with puppy adoption, a New Orleans band recessional, beer donkeys, and more dogs. Fantastic experience: Ok seriously look no further if you're wanting a wedding planning team. Loni and Lydia were absolute godsends on our big day and all the way up to the day as well. We had a previous planner that was the absolute worst and when we picked up with Loni and LP Creative it was like we had been planning with them the whole time! Which we really appreciated. They took so much stress off of us and really take the time and care to make sure we were feeling ok about every aspect of the planning process! Even if we were just panicking about simple little things they were there to help us through everything! Day of was simply flawless and the team did an amazing job and we actually got to enjoy our day fully and didn't worry about one aspect knowing they had everything under control! Fantastic experience: Hiring LP Creative Events was my favorite wedding gift to myself. I’m convinced that Loni and her team are among the best in the business. TL;DR: Hire Loni to plan your wedding. Before I even started planning our wedding, I knew I would need a little hand holding. First off, we live in NYC and knew that we wanted to host our wedding in western Colorado (where I’m originally from), so we were essentially planning a destination wedding. Second, my career is demanding and, at times, all-consuming, so it was important to me to know that somebody was thinking about the timeline and cared about my wedding when I didn’t have the time/energy for it. Also, day-of coordination was a necessity, because who wants to worry about the millions of details/scheduling on their wedding day?! I am not a natural party planner and—before getting engaged—I had never put a lot of thought into what my wedding would look like, so I needed someone to take the reins and guide me on everything from venue selection to day-of coordination. I knew I would be in it for the long haul with whoever I chose, so personality and overall “fit” was really important to me. While I didn’t have a comprehensive “vision,” I wanted luxury without pretension, and I needed somebody who could not only understand that but breathe it to life. Enter Loni and—later on—Lydia at LP Creative. From the very start, Loni brought the vibe. It is clear that she loves her job and knows how to navigate the wedding industry. Immediately, I could tell that we would work well together and that I could trust her. And, that intuition turned out to be 100% correct. She helped us navigate our first (and, perhaps, most difficult) task—venue and date selection—with the utmost patience and professionalism. Our schedules didn’t allow for us to travel to Colorado to visit every venue, so we heavily relied on Loni and her team to guide us through the process. We ended up selecting our venue based almost exclusively on Loni’s recommendation, and we successfully snagged one of the few remaining dates for the following summer. Once we had a venue and date, the entire wedding was pulled together in about 8 months, and Loni and Lydia did not miss a single detail. The team was easy to work with in every aspect. They seemed to know exactly what I wanted, even when I couldn’t articulate it, and they had a solution for everything. I particularly loved that the team never pushed unnecessary things and made each of our requests work even if they were non-traditional. Also, there were multiple times during the course of the planning process that I was busy with work and other obligations, but the LP Creative Events team always kept us on track. Loni’s years of experience and her drive, paired with her excellent relationships with vendors across the industry, helped turn every request into a reality. Even having worked with the team for months to plan all of the details, I stepped into our wedding venue and was blown away at how perfect it was. Throughout our wedding day, Loni and Lydia made sure that everything ran smoothly and according to their meticulously planned order of events. Because of their planning and coordination, our wedding day felt dream-like in the best way possible. Whether you are a bride/groom with a vision and extraordinary organizational skills, a bride/groom with no vision and no organizational skills, or fall somewhere in between, I HIGHLY recommend hiring LP Creative Events to plan your wedding.

It was the most important vendor to us, as we knew they’d be with us through every step of a very exciting and important season in life. Boy, did LP Creative/Loni DELIVER. Our check in calls felt like longtime friends planning a wedding together. Loni’s perfect balance of detail oriented and “letting things go” made wedding planning such a breeze. She can put out fires with one hand while simultaneously writing a full timeline with the other. She’s a wizard! We opted for the part-time planner package since we still wanted to be highly involved in the planning but recognized we also needed a lot of guidance. It was perfect for our situation and she made accommodations wherever we wanted! We can’t recommend LP Creative/Loni enough!!! Is 6 stars possible???

Fantastic experience: I have worked with many wedding planners and Loni is a cut above the rest. She was calm and collected, organized and ready for this wedding. I am with the band that played this wedding. We played the ceremony, cocktail hour and the dance party and everything went very smoothly without a hitch. It's nice to work with someone that helps make the day better than you thought it would be. Thanks Loni!

Negative experience: Overall, we did not have a great experience with Loni. She came highly reviewed and we felt we had a great first call with her, but as soon as we signed the contract everything was different. She made several small mistakes (writing the wrong date in emails, sending us the wrong couple’s info, etc.) that I was surprised she kept doing, given it is her job to stay organized. On our wedding day, I was impressed with her ability to keep the day running smoothly and she did a great job dealing with the vendors. After our dream day, I was extremely disappointed when she mailed me my entire box of customized napkins a couple weeks after our event. She wrote a “sorry - forgot to put these out” note on top of all 300 hundred wedding napkins. This was disappointing given all the time and money that went into the napkins and something that she was responsible for handling. She also dropped the ball on another detail that we had discussed before the event that was very disappointing as well. After the wedding I sent her a long email with this and a few other disappointing things and she sent back a one line email, saying "thanks for the feedback, we will take this into account with future clients”. Given that we paid nearly 6k for a partial plan, I was surprised with her response and lack of action.

Fantastic experience: Ashley and Zoe were amazing. Our day was absolutely perfect and it wouldn't have been without these ladies!! If you are looking for someone who can make you worry about nothing on your big day they are your team! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. I had no idea how I wanted our centerpiece to be set up. I gave them the items we had and they blew what I had in mind out of the water!! I highly recommend LP creative and specifically Ashley and Zoe!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about LP Creative Events. Loni and her team made all of the magic happen for us, even in the face of not ideal weather and day-of meltdowns. We were trying to plan our dream wedding on the side of our busy professional lives AND while the biggest post COVID wedding surge was taking place and Loni's industry expertise, supreme organization, and contagious optimism got us across the finish line. There is no event too complex for this team. We changed our venue location 3 times (cancun, cabo, Scottsdale) and they found amazing locations everywhere and managed all of the communication. They guided us through every phase of the process and made sure we stayed on schedule. All we did was share our vision for our day and they sourced the vendors and made our dream come true. The weekend of the wedding we had multiple events with our guests, all of which went off without a hitch. More importantly, we got to actually enjoy our events because all of the details were handled by Loni and her team. From guest transportation, snacks for the bridal party, reigning in family members who overindulge in the booze , and ensuring our dogs who participated in the wedding were taken care of that event, they handled it. If you are looking to get married, in CO or not, you won't find a better team to support you than LP Creative events. They are experts and an absolute joy to work with.

Fantastic experience: Anyone who needs a wedding planner, run don't walk to book Loni. My worst nightmare was planning a wedding so hiring Loni was the best thing I could have done. Not only did she provide me with wonderful vendors, she helped coordinate with everyone of them to make my wedding day perfect so I did not have to - Her organization skills are unmatched! On the day of the wedding, I will never understand how, but her team appeared to be in 200 places at once (with me, with the vendors, with the groomsmen, etc.) to make sure everything ran smoothly. From making a last minute shirt switch for a groomsman, to sewing another groomsman into his shirt, from inclement weather, and dealing with a VERY LARGE wedding party, nothing seemed to phase Loni and her team and they were there to help with everything! The wedding could not have ran smoother and I could not imagine my day being as perfect as it was without Loni and her team being there. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. I also must make an honorable mention to Loni's wedding emergency kit - from eyelash glue, dress tape, a sewing kit, safety pins, etc. - somehow Loni had everything right when you needed it!

Fantastic experience: Loni is a powerhouse and is who you need to have the wedding of your dreams. We were fortunate enough to have Loni help us with the “full planning” package. She helped us to find the absolute best team of vendors. Our wedding ended up being held in Salt Lake City but we interviewed her in Denver before moving to SLC. She was confident in her ability to help us coordinate and plan a wedding in a city that she hadn’t worked in before and in the end, she blew it out of the water. She even took the time to fly out several months before our big day to meet vendors and become familiar with our site. She’s the type of planner that really becomes a friend during the planning process and I’m so happy we found her. On our wedding day, she was an encouraging and calming presence but I honestly had no idea what she was doing most of the day while everything went perfectly. I feel like that’s the sign of a well seasoned wedding planner/coordinator. It took no more than five minutes to show her where our 20+ boxes of knick-knacks were and in the end, everything was set up just as I had envisioned. We stopped by the next morning to pick everything up and she had even loaded our car up with all of our packed boxes! We couldn’t recommend Loni more highly.

Let me emphasize that one more time - Loni Peterson and LP Creative are THE best in the business for event coordinating here in Colorado! I cannot imagine having made our 175-person, Saturday-in-June wedding happen without this team’s execution and support. The wedding itself was a 6 hour event, but Loni and Jenna were on site by 10 am and didn’t leave until an after-midnight strike. We had a 75% chance of severe weather forecasted for our wedding day, and we were able to rest easy knowing Loni and our venue had a Plan A, B, and C ready to go no matter what the weather did. Thankfully, all the crazy weather held off and we had a beautiful ceremony and reception that we were able to spend enjoying with our guests without a worry in the world. LP Creative made sure we could feel present during this major moment in our lives and know everything was taken care of. This team holds themselves to a very high standard and will go the distance to ensure your wedding will be stress-free and fun. Fantastic experience: Ashley and the whole team at LP Creative went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a dream come true. She's so welcoming and personable, she made the wedding planning experience really fun and manageable. We planned most of our wedding from out of state and it wouldn't have been possible without Ashley. She made wonderful suggestions with vendors, party rentals, and guided us with what we really needed (or didn't need) to make our vision complete. This was invaluable since we moved to Denver just a few months before our wedding. Our wedding was outdoors and when the rain clouds rolled in, it was Ashley running around in the rain, drying things off, and telling the other vendors/staff what needed to be done.
